I had the best experience with this company. I had some dryer problems that the took care of really bad clogged vents that took alot of work on their part and they stayed until it was done. It took much longer than it was scheduled because it was so clogged. These guys went way above and beyond. I’m a customer for life!

I booked Northwest Breeze Duct Cleaning for clean air and ended up getting top-tier service and personality too, fast, respectful, and clearly know what they’re doing. My vents are spotless and my allergies are grateful.

Tech was super nice. Very respectful of my home. Even gave my dog some love. Very much enjoyed having him here and appreciate his hard work.

Absolutely amazing!! The team is extremely knowledgeable in what they do. They cleaned every inch of my ducts and also my dryer vent. I had no idea how much lint can get stuck in your dryer vent exhaust pipe. He explained the whole process, got evething cleaned out, and even got a bunch of before and after pictures for me. Can't recommend these guys enough for any of your hvac cleaning needs. Will be using them for all my hvac needs from now on!

Service was excellent. My on-site serviceman was hard working, very thorough and effective. My only complaint was total cost came in $300 over quote, which may have been my misunderstanding. I thought quote included laundry vent, but apparently it did not.

Had our ducts cleaned recently with NW Breeze. Paul was amazing , he did an amazing job. He was well informed, thorough, and friendly. He showed us the before and after pictures, and the ducts look much cleaner now.

First time experience with NW Breeze. All vents are in the ceilings of our 3 story town home, so consequently lot’s of climbing ladders and stairs. Pleasant efficient staff. Great cleanup. Fumes from van were unpleasant, but not sure how that could be avoided as cold weather limited ventilation.

From start to finish, Paul was friendly, professional, and informative. It was nice that he provided pictures of before and after the cleaning. It’s amazing how much dirt/dust collects in the vents. He was a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend Northwest Breeze.

I just had my dryer vent and ducts cleaned - and wow, what a difference! Inspecting the dryer and outside vent as well as photos of the before and after views of different vents and returns was eye-opening. (If you have pets or if it's been a while since you had a cleaning, you definitely want to call Northwest Breeze!) Paul and Artem, the techs, were timely, respectful and did a thorough job. The price was exactly as quoted by Dennis in the office. I expect to work with this company again, and I recommend them.
