Jeremiah and Alicia of Fox’s Chimney Sweeps arrived on time. They were very pleasant and informative. Jeremiah, when cleaning the chimney, showed me a minor maintenance item related to my wood stove, which I very much appreciated. They covered the hearth and carpeting with drop cloths to protect my white carpets. They worked well as a team and were very polite. I’d give them my highest recommendation and will be have them back in the future as this was a great experience.

Jeremiah was extremely helpful over the phone, answering a cold call, providing advice on a quote that I got from another company. I plan to use him in the future to clean my chimney based just on this extremely professional consult.

Once they arrived, the duo was super friendly and respectful of our home, and they were in and out in 20 minutes. Talk about efficient all around! Foxes chimney is the best chimney sweep company I’ve ever seen. They always take the upmost care in preventing your house from getting ashes blown everywhere. They have efficient tools, and are always super polite. If you have had bad experiences with other companies in the past, I would highly recommend giving Foxes a call. Very competitive prices, and they give advice that’s worth its weight in gold, and could even save your life.

We had a squirrel nest in our chimney. First, we had another chimney service quote significantly more - they made it complicated (put up scaffolding, remove a tree, etc.). After meeting with Jeremiah, it's pretty clear that the other service didn't know what was needed for our situation. For Jeremiah, this was a routine job.

Their work is incredible. If Dago is working on your project you are in excellent hands. He cranked out an art piece in ONE DAY. Starting early and ending a 7 because he wanted to make sure it was done right. And it was.

My wife and I had an appointment for an estimate on a Friday, staying home from work for the estimate. After waiting all day, the estimator called and said that he was stuck in Beaverton, it was getting dark and he was by his house. Further, he wanted to know if he could come on Sunday at 10:00am? Things happen, no big deal so I said no problem…
Sunday comes around, he doesn’t show up until after 11:00am. He got the info he needed and said that he would send an estimate. 2 months later and still no estimate.

Great customer service and David was able to fix the issue with our gas fireplace quickly. Very knowledgeable about our old fireplace that is 23 years old. We highly recommend Bridge Town Chimney and Masonry.
