Jason was very professional, extremely thorough and very efficient. He advised me on problem areas in some of the ducts and gave a recommendation as to fixing. I am a happy camper!!

Pete was prompt polite and professional . He answered all our questions and cleaned up his work areas. His method produced less house dust during the process than previous work. All parts of system plus dryer vent included. Will use again !!

Pete and Ted were right on time and got to work promptly on the many ducts and returns of my 2-story home. Not only did they thoroughly clean the ducts, but they cleaned my furnace filters, replaced my old dryer vent, and gave me maintenance tips. They teamed up efficiently, kept the work space clean, and were very friendly. I recommend this business!

I have to say it is like a breath of fresh air working with pnw proclean. They were very responsive and professional. There was a small amount of residue left on the carpet at two of the vents. I called Ed and he answered right away. I explained the problem and he apologized and said he would get back to me. Within minutes he had arranged for a service to come steam clean the carpet at our convenience. What more could you ask for. Happy customer. Wish all businesses would conduct themselves as well.

Really great experience! Use all the right services software to make communication spot-on. Office (Ed) and on-site Technician (Pete) were unusually down to earth, calm, up front, experienced, realistic and friendly. Job done with everything cleaned up afterwards. Photos to reveal before and after inside our ducts, so we understood the results. Price was average (we got 5 local quotes). We will recommend PNWProClean Air Duct Cleaning to our friends, and will call them back next time!

Great company to work with! I’m glad I called them. Prompt, knowledgeable, professional. I had 8 air ducts cleaned and my dryer duct. Outside, I can now hear very good air flow coming out the vent from the dryer. Glad we got this done before the winter heating season.

They did the duct cleaning while taking before and after pictures. Very helpful to see! He figured out what size air filter I needed for my furnace (it didn't have one in place).

Pete even vacuumed the area behind the washer and dryer and neatly installed the new drier vent I had on the shelf without charging me anything! So nice!

So easy to communicate, schedule and felt very comfortable with Ted in my home. He was easy to be around, friendly to my dog, and just all around lovely. He shared wild photos of the cleaning!! So gross! Grateful for this service!

Today Ted R. came to our home and cleaned our air vent ducts and our dryer vent. The work took the time we were told, and he arrived at exactly the time he told us that he would. My wife and I had to leave for work, Ted was super accommodating with that. The work was great, I am looking forward to a winter where turning on the heater won't trigger all of our allergies.
Ted also taped up some hoses that needed it.
In looking around for this service I chose, in part, PNW ProClean because of the excellent reviews I read. I am a sucker for work that's done quickly, well, and when someone explains the work and the results fully. Consider me another happy customer. If you need your ducts and vents cleaned, PNW ProClean is an excellent choice.

PNW ProClean were amazing to work with. We needed to rush clean the ducts prior to a tenant moving in, and they were extremely willing to work on our tight schedule. They were very professional and easy to work with. Friendly and a very fair price. They even sanitized the ducts and cleaned the dryer duct for free! I will definitely be working with them again in the future.

Awesome job! Ted was so nice and thorough being sure to tell us everything he discovered through the cleaning (like 4 of our intake vents are no longer even attached to the system). We had our ducts cleaned maybe 8 years ago from a place that promised $99 that ended up costing over $300, and it seems like they did nothing compared to what Ted did. He even found a newspaper in our ducts from the 50s (when the house was built), so clearly the last company did not do a great job, but Ted 100% did. He was even very sweet with our three year old who had many questions. Thank you for the awesome work. We will for sure use you guys again. 🙌🏼

Ed and Jordan did a great job on the ductwork in my condo. We're in a high rise downtown and it's very difficult to find duct cleaners with the portable equipment to do high rises. I recommend them highly and will certainly call them again if the need arises.
Ed, the owner, was very responsive to my call and came out personally to assess my situation. When he got here he realized it would be easier than he anticipated from our phone conversation so he reduced the price from the original quote. I appreciated his integrity and skillful work! Best of all, the cleaning eliminated the mysterious odor emanating from our ducts, which was by no means a given. I'm very happy!

Everything about working with PNW ProClean was awesome. Right from scheduling where Ed talked me through how they clean and pros and cons of different methods to a reminder the day before and Jason who showed up on time in day of cleaning and patiently working on the cleaning. While I did get lower quotes from other vendors, just dealing with this company felt a lot more professional and glad I went with them.

I got my air ducts and vents cleaned by PNW ProClean: overall it was great experience. Owner Ed Ochs was very easy to work with scheduling and follow up, his technician Ted showed up right on time, was very friendly, explained what he was doing, offered to help me move heavy furniture to get to the vents, and then was extremely thorough with the cleaning. Ed (owner) was able to schedule us quickly and communicated prices/expectations clearly. Jason provided fast and thorough duct cleaning service. He patiently explained the process and helped us identify all the different duct types. Plus he was careful to keep our cats and belongings safe! Would gladly work with ProClean PDX again!

He protected our corners so that his air hose would not damage our walls and more protective goodies so not to bring it outside dirt.
