Wonderful job at assessing, explaining, and diagnosing. They understood there were line items I wanted to tackle myself, and from there helped me prioritize which remaining items needed attention. I couldn’t expect anything more from this company!

These Guys were great. Quick and efficient, and my gas fireplace looks brand new! Not only was the work they did fabulous, both gentlemen were very kind. Will definitely be using this company in the future if any other problems come about.

We recently bought a house and were disappointed to find that the fireplace wasn’t working well. Ben came out to diagnose the problem and Ryan came out to replace the valve. Both men were kind, professional, and made sure to keep everything tidy. Will be hiring again for other home maintenance needs.

Just had my attic looked at by some very helpful gentleman by the names of David and Garrett. They not only solved the problem we hired them for, they also identified and fixed some mold issues before they got worse.
Quick and efficient work

Antonio came out and checked our air ducts, filters and cleaned our dryer vent! He was so pleasant to work with, kept us informed about everything he was doing, we went through our rental management company so he made a few phone calls before proceeding. He was super professional and sweet!!! Love Antonio, very personable. We felt very well taken care of, he was super thorough, went above and beyond, answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. Definitely would love to work with him again when the need arises!!

Service advisor was very polite. I havr not had my ducts cleaned since moving in 2007. I was sold on a $149 package and was originally told that was to clean each duct. That wad not the case. They hook a large vacuum up to one vent and cover the rest of the vents. I saw a little bit of stuff come up the hose the first 3 minutes and nothing else for over 20 minutes. We have 3 large dogs in our house and I would expect to see more come up. So I used my own shop vacuum down the 1 vent and picked up a ton of dog hair and dust. I am very disappointed with the service. They tried to upscale me also for $600 on a UV lite that you can get off of Amazon for $99 and hook up to your furnace to prevent bacteria they say. Do your research first.

Ben from Forest Fresh Home Solutions did an outstanding job cleaning the air ducts at four of our properties, cleaning dryer vents and installing UV lights in most of the furnaces. He was punctual, professional, and took the time to explain each step of the process. The UV lights are a great addition, helping to kill bacteria, viruses, and mold spores inside the ductwork. Just had the best experience . Jacob was wonderful!! Explained everything, was so kind, honest, and nice, and put me totally at ease. He showed me videos of my Dryer line and even did an inspection of my air ducts and a video of them also. I will only have Forest Fresh and Jacob do these for me from now on! Very happy customer.

Wow. Our house is built in the 1950s and the vents have probably never been cleaned. Elijah came on a Sunday and cleaned our vents! It already feels better in the house. Will definitely be recommending to friends and neighbors.

Both Ed and Pete were wonderful! We had a rodent smell in one of our vents and Ed was able to schedule Pete to come out first thing the next day! I couldn’t have been happier. Pete was thorough and kind and did a superb job. He reassured me that everything was good to go when he was done. I’m so happy I found them! We have two chow-chows and a two year old, so we had a lot of debris, dust, hair, etc. built up in our system. They were thorough, efficient, timely and friendly.

But then we also had them clean our office, which had been formerly been an insurance agency with dogs, for over 10 years.

Ed and Ted did a phenomenal job replacing our filters, and cleaning our system, and now my team can breathe.

They are the best at what they do. Thorough, great at communicating, and they clean up quickly.
