They were able to come all the way to The Dalles area. Showed up on time, gave a very reasonable and affordable quote and did the job right after. Technician was very nice and explained process before doing the job. Thank you 😊

Arrived on time. Explained the entire process clearly, walked entire house, presented a quotation, we accepted and started immediately. Very courteous, clean process, replaced all furniture, and completed in a little less time than stated. Replaced our filter with a new one we had on hand as an extra. Will call again when we want our ductwork cleaned in the future.

Tay have done excellent tasks cleaning my ducts with deep cleaning. He looked at each vent, cleaned through. Am totally satisfied with his work and would recommend it to anyone.

Very good experience! He was very polite and respectful and explained everything he was doing through out the process. And I'm happy that I now have cleaner air and a clean dryer vent!

I cannot remember the last time we had our ducks cleaned. So, I knew this is going to be a big job. PNW Duct Cleaning was professional from the very moment we first spoke. They came out, gave us an accurate estimate, showed us pictures of what the ducts looked like, and got to work. They were friendly, incredibly courteous, and went above and beyond. They don't just clean the part that you can see, but all the way down the duct, all the way to the furnace. Very happy with everything they did, could not be more strong in my recommendation.

So reasonable and respectful! We moved into our home 6 months ago and did not realize that the air ducts had not been cleaned. Some of them were caked with dirt and others were fine due to the design, and Ty showed us exactly which ones needed the most work. At the end he took pictures and our ducts look sparkling new!

Was caught off guard with the price there was a deal for $149 but apparently that contract just the bare minimum. To do air ducts and heat vents was over $700 …. We have a double wide manufactured home. I knew the work was needed as it’s never been done but for the price to over 4 times the listed price was crazy … hopefully it’s all clean now . And good to go for next ten years.

They did a great job cleaning the ducts in our house. They didn’t just do a quick clean like I’ve done in the past, they really took the time to go through each vent and took pictures. I also like that they didn’t push anything we didn’t want. Would recommend

So professional! They came out for black mold remediation for my faucets and toilet. They knew exactly what to do. They literally fixed everything in 2 days. I knew I would have to have all my fixtures replaced, so to have everything fixed in 2 days was a miracle. So nice. So kind. I am already breathing better.

These guys were great! They were very friendly. They absolutely knew what they were doing. They were not pushy and I thought the price was very reasonable. We are very happy. Our ducts are cleared of all the dust and other stuff that had built up over the years.

They fit us in on short notice and Dave was able to come by and took care several different things for us. He gave us reasonable recommendations and made it a point of being honest with us about what we needed and what we didn't and that helped us to save money and time.

Tay provided amazing service. He showed up on time with all of the necessary equipment and was very kind and communicative. He helped me understand all of the work he was doing with my furnace, ducts, vents & intake vents, and dryer/dryer vent. He worked very efficiently.
