Not only did he do an amazing job cleaning my fireplace but he showed me a few things about my insert that I didn't know, showed me better ways of servicing it, and things that I could do myself that other companies would have tried to gouge me for. I am so pleased with DGC Chimney Services and highly recommend them. I had not ever had my chimney sweeped in 13 years of being here, and was recommended to contact DGC. David and his wife were very friendly and warm upon greeting them. They were meticulous and very tidy, and had my chimney well cleaned, leaving no trace behind other than an immediately noticeably cleaner firebox, in just over an hour. When I built my first fire that night, it was an immediate improvement. I thought we had been buying damp wood from various supermarkets, as our fires had been weak at best this last season, but this immediately improved after the thorough cleaning by DGC. I will absolutely refer my neighbors and friends their way and look forward to working with them again.
