Ted was GREAT! He did a wonderful job and politely answered all our stupid questions. Also, showed us before and after photos which was awesome. We would definitely recommend them and hire again.

The owner Ed was very quick to respond when I contacted him, great to talk to and got me scheduled within a week. I liked their flat fee pricing structure too. Pete came out to take care of my duct cleaning and was a pleasure. He explained his process to me, did a thorough job and showed me photos of my ducts and furnace before and after. We have used PNW ProClean a number of times for duct & dryer cleaning - they are THE BEST! They show great care in taking care of the home - booties, corner guards, clean drop cloths, etc. Highly efficient yet very thorough. I strongly recommend them - you won't be sorry.

My dryer had started being a problem child so I figured it was time to schedule a vent cleaning. Filled out the contact form via website and Ed, the owner, called me same day to schedule an appt. The technician was kind and walked me through everything he was doing and why. After my appt my dryer stopped drying altogether and I called Ed to inquire as to why. He scheduled my technician to come out again ASAP. I want to be clear that my dryer was not being truthful as to amount of gunk stuck in the duct vent, and this was not the company's fault. Again, he showed me what was going on, got it all taken care of, and I just successfully had the best drying in quite some time.

Pure professionalism across the board. Tanguy was so conscientious & respectful of our home (sadly rare among many home service vendors). The process was thorough (3+ hours!) & clearly explained. Every question promptly answered. All at a shockingly reasonable price point. I’m so impressed & heartened by the value here.

The price for the services offered was reasonable and they offer more than most. Made no mess while cleaning out a considerable amount of dust from the HVAC and my dryer. And replaced my dryer couplings with far superior fittings. These folks installed wood stove piping for my neighbors house, so I reached out shortly after to get an estimate for the same work on my house. Took nearly two months for them to say "sorry, we can't do it"

12/21/21: Scheduled visit for Rusty on 12/28
12/28/21: Rusty couldn't make it for some reason, so they scheduled with Jeff several days later. Cool whatever, it's the holidays. That's understandable.
First week of January: Jeff comes out, takes several pictures and says they can get me scheduled "any time" as they're not too busy. Said he'll review it with Rusty and send me an estimate. I asked if it'll be an email and he said yes.
2/7/22: ZERO communication for weeks. I send an email asking where my estimate is and they say they'll get back to me.
2/22/22: Over another two weeks later they finally email me back to say they apologize but, they've changed their policy and no longer do this kind of work due to liability reasons.

After nearly two months, it's kind of late for an apology I think. Not sure why you couldn't just say something back in January.

I asked for a quote and OR Chimney sent one of their techs out. Said he needed to get the quote approved first by someone in the office then they would send it to me to approve and sign. They had it reviewed and sent to me with a contract to sign. I looked it over and signed it and sent it back to them. I called to schedule the work and I was told they needed to review the job again. A few days later someone else came out to assess the chimney again and I was sent an updated quote of $2000 more than the original quote on the job. When I sent an email asking for someone to call me about this I didn’t receive a reply or call. I’m still scratching my head over this one!

I recently had my chimney repaired by Oregon Chimney and I must say I am impressed by their degree of service that they provided. Steve and his crew did an extremely nice job they kept me informed every step of the process and explained to me what was going on. My chimney was rebuilt from the ground up and it looks absolutely wonderful my hat's off to Steven his crew. I would highly recommend them to all my friends thank you very much Oregon Chimney.

I'm looking for mainly three qualities in a contractor: honesty, fair pricing and punctuality. Oregon Chimney has got them all!
