I reached out to American power vac with concerns of my residence air quality and Kim was sure to set up a same day appointment for Eddie to come give me a quote and check out the furnace to see if it was working right. I am so glad he came quick as the filters need changed and the thermostat isn't working. He scheduled me for the soonest appointment that would work with my schedule. I highly recommend Casebeer Hydronics, they have great customer service, are very knowledgable, professional, honest, and are reasonably priced. Laura and Jenna were very accommodating with my crazy schedule and went above and beyond to fit me in their busy schedule when it worked for me. I have an old hydronic boiler system that had a super whacky homemade zoning system and the bottom floor of the house had no heat. Greg (the owner) and one of his employees tackled the system and didn't stop till they got it done right. They did not do any unnecessary repairs like some other companies I've dealt with and got the thing working properly quickly and efficiently even though it was a pretty challenging/unusual system. I will be hiring them for all of my HVAC needs.

Best HVAC crew I've ever encountered. Friendly, efficient, really know their product, and completely professional. They left the job site immaculate, fixed minor problems in other systems, arrived on time, etc. Changed a non-functional steam boiler for a water boiler, modified the existing radiators, answered questions cheerfully. Highly, highly recommended for any heating, hydronic job.

We recently hired Casebeer Hydronics and had a phenomenal experience. The entire experience from the initial consultation with Greg, to the scheduling with the courteous office staff, to the installation team who are extremely knowledgeable about their work was fantastic. If you have a boiler, radiators, or tubing in your floor add this company to your rolodex!

One year ago…Triangle Tube boiler for radiant floor heat and an indirect 60 gal DHW tank. I did a lot of the prep work myself. I was a little behind schedule but the Casebeer crew worked with me to get the job done in three days. They responded quickly to one small problem caused by my own work. Haven’t had a problem since. Ultimate comfort level and non-stop HW. There were three bids on the job but I picked the right crew. Very satisfied with my choice.

Casebeer installed my new boiler 18 months ago and the experience was phenomenal. The guys on the crew are super friendly and really know their stuff. They were responsive, communicative and were so professional from the initial quote right through to clean up. They broke down and removed my 100 year old cast iron oil boiler so well you wouldnt even know it was there.

When I had a minor follow up issue I was shocked at how quickly they responded, explained the problem and got it dealt with. Amazing crew, amazing company and I am so glad I went with them. Wish every home upgrade experience was this positive!

After a thorough A/C check-up, the technician provided clear explanations and helpful tips. They arrived on time and completed everything in about an hour, leaving no mess behind. My system’s running smoothly, and I appreciate the peace of mind knowing it's ready for the warmer days ahead.

This company installed my gas furnace10 years ago! over the last 10 years I've called them twice (there is a sticker with their phone number on the furnace). They answer the phone and they're here within 24 hours. I'm in disbelief a company like this still exists. Old school customer service times 10!!! Thank you Scott.

I had them run a new gas line and decommission an old one. They showed up on time and were very professional. Not only was their quote below others I had gotten, they were quick and efficient and got the work done within an hour. I am very very pleased with their quality and service.

This place was responsible for installing the hvac/ductwork on a home I purchased. I have no issue with the quality of the work - things seem to be correct and proper.

I write this 2-Star review due to Scott Detwiler and his customer service.

We recently decided to see if getting dual zone climate controls was possible. I reached out to Scott to ask some basic questions. I was surprised when he responded with utter rudeness and discourtesy. Whether it was because I had used a different company to consult on this job or whether it was from sheer bad behavior, I don’t know.

I hope this is not representative of this business’ customer service.

These guys suck. They don't know what they are doing.

We had them install two AC units at our house.

They told us we needed 2, 4 ton units.

They charged us for two 4 ton units and instead sold us a 4 ton and a 3 ton in a 4 ton shell.

After the install, they continually iced up, but eventually, they figured it out.

The AC never worked that great, but we just figured it was because we had a ton of south facing windows and a big house.

We ended up hiring someone else to work on our furnace and they found a TON of problems (like installing a different unit than they charged us for).

They also routed the 4 ton unit to the basement and main floor, which had by far the least need for AC, and routed the 3 ton unit to the top two floors of the house, where AC was needed most.

We should have know that they were the lowest bidder for a reason and once again, the lowest bidder ending up costing more.

These guys suck more than Ben Affleck in Pearl Harbor.
