tl, dr: Not cheap and 100% worth it. So happy I chose Lovett for concrete and drain work.

Needed concrete and a drain replaced because water was coming down our driveway and pooling up. Also.. our basement garage wall that faces Mt. Tabor leaks. I got two quotes, Lovett was 2x the other but I went with them because I wanted it done right and... it's concrete, you don't get a second chance.

I was so happy I did, the crew was pro and friendly. I felt confident from before they started. Jaimie was the lead, who was in touch and on site multiple times. Jeff, Mick/Nick and Diego were also great. Check the detail in the pics with the drain, the P trap has it's own cleanout and they added a backflow preventer thingee. It's all graded properly too.

Gary came out and installed commercial water fountians for me and moved the sink drain. Fastest, highest quality install yet. Passed inspections the first time. Very happy with Gary and Lovett

Cameron was so knowleageable and very friendly. He checked out the basement toilet to see if leaks had happened from first floor toilet. He talked about exactly he would do to fix the toilet leak, and then did it! He left the bathroom in spotless condition after all of the work that he did. He did promise to send a detailed receipt. He did let me know the total price.

Cody came out and assessed everything at around 12 midnight on Thanksgiving Eve, Wednesday November 26th. He determined the blockage needed to be dug up and fixed right away. He contacted the supervisor Ken after Cody couldn't clear the blockage and they went over the video and Ken sent two amazing guys to come out and excavate the pipe and pull the clog by replumbing the pipe. They worked through Thanksgiving until it was done and repaired and refilled the hole in the ground so no one get hurt. These guys are the hero's for the complexes Thanksgiving. They had everything fixed and filled back in by 5pm so everyone could have their water back for the rest of Thanksgiving. Thank you Justin, Justin, Ken and Cody without you the holiday would've been totally ruined for 20 residents here. We owe you all a debt of gratitude and we hope you got to enjoy some of your Thanksgiving with your family.

Lovett Plumbing saved our Thanksgiving dinner preparations. Friday our basement revealed a water leak beginning to cover the floor. Water was running down a corner wall of the daylight basement. We called Lovett and their expert team went into action to consult and help solve the water leak. Innovative Leak Detection came out and revealed the spot of the broken pipe (buried in 2ft of dirt). On Monday, Lovett's Excavation team reviewed the area and on the same day a two-person expert Lovett team, with excavator, dump truck and everything needed to drain the water and carefully dig to the broken pipe. They turned the water off and went above and beyond to fix the broken pipe/hose. The Lovett team turned the water on and confirmed no more water leaking from the pipe/hose. They replaced the dirt and smoothed out the impacted area. The Lovett Plumbing is exceptionally skilled, efficient and diligent with what they did for us. We were so stressed the water leak showing up 7 days before Thanksgiving Day would ruin our family Thanksgiving gathering. Thank you for all you did for us.

I have worked with Ken Williams and Lovett now for a few years, and every time it is a great experience. The whole team always come prepared and acts professionally to get the job done right and honestly. Appreciate all they bring to the table when we work on projects together.

This was my first time using Lovett, but I tell you what these guys are really professional shawne Thomas and Jeremiah petty always kept me in the loop about what was going on and what was going to happen next they also had a couple more guys on their crew that I don’t know their name but they all showed love and made it happen so yes, I do recommend these guys for anything with plumbing or restoration

Dan from Gladstone was prompt, courteous, and thorough in diagnosing our plumbing issues and finding a good solution. He was experienced and knowledgeable and offered good advice for maintaining our bath/shower plumbing going forward.

Lovett quickly came out to address and fix the problem we were having. They clearly communicated the project logistics/expectations through the repair process. They were extremely respectful about our property and helped to minimize the impact that the repair had on the businesses operating inside the building.

Ken was immediately attentive, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. He helped me troubleshoot the problem and quickly got their equipment scheduled and out here to get the repair underway. Lovett may be a big company, but their customer service felt like that of a small business—I honestly felt like I was working directly with the owner. Lovette is my go to Plumbing company. They are the best. I have used them several times now and from scheduling to the actual work was a very favorable experience. The plumber (Craig) was efficient and very courteous. this is the only company I will contact for plumbing issues

COMMERCIAL install of fire hydrant. Great service from start to finish. Install team kept the project within the allowed work area and cleaned the area perfectly when finished. A professional group that didn't have their radios blasting or screaming of profanities while working on site.

We were happy enough with the work overall. The issue was our well was affected by the work and we were without water at 10 at night for 4 homes. Lovett came out, could not fix issue. We had to contact the pump people and wound up without water 2 more days. Lovett charged us an extra $900 to come out that night. It wasn't a coincidence the pump failed. They worked on the system. They would not even consider a reduction in cost beyond $100, and then, without my authorization, charged my card for the whole amount. I was still trying to communicate with them about the charge. So unhappy overall.

Cody was exceptional! He worked over-time on Thanksgiving Eve and saved our company from a sewer disaster. He showed up and left with a sincere smile after walking me through the sewer scope results. Cannot recommend this company more!

Justin and Adam were wonderful and completed the task quick and efficiently. They addressed and fixed years of issues our property had with ease and knowledge. Highly recommend!

We had a hot water line break in our crawl space under the house, and Lovett was an invaluable asset! They came out the next morning and assessed the situation and we had mitigation happening right away. Their quick actions helped save our home from further damage, their thorougness in documentation helped our insurance claim, and they were excellent communicators. I don't wish a disaster on any one, but if you happen to have one come your way, I can't recommend Lovett enough. They are rock stars!

At Gresham-Barlow School District we had Greg, at Sam Barlow HS,Drain Tech identify a clog in a 4” Sanitary line after hours Friday night. Quick service marking the challenge.

Monday after school the Excavation Team of lead Houston and Adam came in after all utilities were located. Houston was so confident in his plan and to install a clean out we felt that we made the right call.
