Plumber arrived on time. No receipt received as promised. But does between $400-$500 sound like a fair price for a kitchen drain clog that took about 15 minutes to clear?

They were able to quickly provide all the information required by my HOA. The first toilet wouldn't fit my bathroom plumbing so I wasn't charged for the first visit. They are very well organized and arrived as scheduled. They were more expensive than I expected thou.

Eric & Daniel were friendly & honest professionals on inspection & installation day. The customer rep was also friendly and helpful over the phone.

We had Bluefrog install a new water heater in our cellar which is accessible via a very steep and rickety stairway. They managed to get the old heater out and new one in with care.
Separately, they connected our new washer and dryer to the water supply and drain, which involved cutting through the wall to the kitchen and tapping into the existing drain and rerouting water lines. They also installed a new dryer vent to the outside, replacing the old and battered original. All was done within a single day.
In summary, I would recommend them without reservations. They are totally professional, prompt, and trustworthy.

I feel ripped off. The plumber showed up and quoted $750 to replace an outdoor spigot. I should have declined but it would have cost $75 for the house call. 20 minutes of work and he left a hole in my drywall that I have to repair. I emailed Blue Frog but they don’t respond.

So now that I have been served by Bluefrog (love the name) - I want to be able to reciprocate by saying the plumber was very professional, informative and attentive to the job. Excellent experience today. Shae quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what had happened and how he would fix it, and then had it fixed within minutes. I would definitely recommend bluefrog!

Blue frog responded very quickly (literally, a few minutes) after I posted my request for plumbing services on yelp. After a little back and forth to gather some information, they sent out someone within a few hours to take care of the issue I was having. Once arriving, the job was job was diagnosed and accomplished within about 15 minutes. I’m glad my issue was minor and was easily handled. Thank you Bluefrog for the quick and effiecient service. I will keep you in mind should I have any future plumbing issues.

Daniel was professional, assessed the situation, asked some questions, got me an estimate and went to work. It wasn’t the most straightforward fix, but he stuck with it and figured it out quickly.

Our technician was knowledgeable and professional. I work from home and our house is small, and so I really loved how mindful he was about letting me know when there would be noise, disruptions, etc. and provided just the right amount of checking in on the project progress throughout the day. Our inspection passed with flying colors, and city agent was very open in praising the quality of the work. Would definitely use this company again!

I had them come out and install a water pressure valve to clear a contingency on a home sale. They were able to come do a quote next day and were able to do the fix later that same day. The tech, Shea was right on time, clean and professional.
