We had a complete remodel on a rental with plumbing changes in the kitchen, bathroom, laundry plus moving the water heater. All new water supply pipes and drain system. JAM did it all and did a very professional job. They did the whole thing within the original quote, no changes. All this during the COVID emergency. I would use them again

Julio and the rest of the JAM team were very responsive over the July 4th holiday weekend and came and replaced a section of pipe within a day of us contacting them. We will definitely call them for future plumbing issues.

JAM Plumbing re-plumbed our entire 10 unit condo complex. It was a detail oriented job given that most residents were working from home during COVID and a lot of coordination was required. The PM provided an ongoing up-to-date schedule and the team was hard working and thorough. We will be contacting JAM for all of our plumbing and contracting needs moving forward.

JAM did and whole re-piping job at our home, installed a new water line from the city main, added a new drain and the basement, and more. They did a great job, we’re right on budget, and communicated superbly throughout the process. They are a small local company that I will recommend to friends, family, and clients from here on out!

Julio, Josef, and Leo came to fix a bathtub and subsequent sink leak after the ice storm. They were so quick, straightforward, and easy to work with. I highly recommend them!

Its is very rare that I leave a negative review at a place. This business owner set appointments with me three times to do some work with one of my rental properties. Every time he told me we were confirmed for a date and that w=he would coordinate with the tenant once he arrived. Every time I heard nothing from him and when I reached out to the tenant he told me that Jam just never showed up. Jam never reached out and let me know they were having issues, just completely ghosted both of us. Absolute waste of my time, my tenants time, and I cannot believe they are currently at a 4.7 here.

JAM workers replaced the plumbing and pipes to and in my bathroom and all the fixtures. they were on time and the workmanship was solid. When revisions were required to accommodate the new vanity and drawers for some built in cabinets they made them promptly and without question. they went above and beyond by putting needed structural reinforcements to the floor under the bathtub and did not bill me for it even though the problem was only discovered after work began. They also managed to replace pipes from the basement to second floor without requiring any walls to be torn out. They were a pleasure to work with. i'd definitely use them again

We are new homeowners who unfortunately inherited a surprise mess of plumbing issues that weren’t discovered during inspection. Our real estate agent strongly recommended we use Jam Plumbing and after employing their services I can clearly see why. They quickly came by to diagnose the issues and were able to begin work within a few days. We were even able to get a replacement water heater the next day when ours suddenly died the night before they were scheduled to come to fix another issues. Everyone was very professional, friendly and most importantly they fixed all the issues we had with our plumbing in the basement very quickly. I hope to not have any plumbing issues for a long while but if I do, I absolutely know to call Jam Plumbing for help. They do great work, everyone is friendly and their prices are fair.

Jam was contracted to repipe my house. From the beginning they stated they knew there were grounding issues in the house but did not include that in the estimate though that was necessary to pass any inspection for their job to be complete. They stuck us with that bill due to their own lack of foresight.

I also had a speaker go missing while they were the only ones in and out of my house. As well as our fence one day appearing damaged and unable to close entirely - they denied responsibility but they were the only ones in and out for weeks.

Would not recommend this headache.

We had Julio’s team do the plumbing for our bathroom remodel. They were very accommodating to all of our changes. We couldn’t be happier with the end result.

After an unexpected water line burst during the middle of our work week, we panicked and started making calls. Julio made us a priority and had a temporary fix on the same day with all the other work done within 48 hours! Very professional, reliable, and exceptional customer service.

Only 4-stars because they were late.

Otherwise, I had a leaky sink and they fixed it immediately for a very reasonable price. The owner was very professional and easy to work with.

I plan to have them out once more to install a fixture and will reevaluate my review based on both.

Working with Julio is a pleasure.
On multiple projects I have met with him for a site visit. He has always promptly followed up with a written bid. His total cost has always been reasonable. And has quality tools to quickly perform.
And all projects have been completed correctly the first time around.
No call backs to date on all completed projects.

After contacting a few sewer repair companies, I went with Rob at PDX Sewer Solutions because he had the right approach - my sewer issue required a full replacement. The location was challenging - a steep yard during the winter. He got the permits, knew what to do, and made it happen. He was professional, a good communicator, and did great work. He was respectful to me, the neighbor, and my tenants. I would definitely recommend Rob and call them again!
