We couldn't have asked for a better experience with PDX Sewer Solutions! We had a break in the main water line during the ice storm and after making the call, PDX Sewer Solutions responded the following day ready to fix the problem. Rob and his son, Robbie, communicated every step of the way and called for needed parts that were delivered in short order. Rob went the extra mile by helping a homeowner with her on demand water heater in our small complex, and also figured out there was a leaking toilet in another unit making the water meter spin after the main water line had been repaired. They took pride in their work, submitted a very reasonable bill, were honest and explained things in plain English. Rob followed up a couple of days after the repair. Rob and Robby did an incredible job on my project. Rob advised on utility routing to avoid extensive boring and lower risk. They established a new water line to the main house and meticulously hand trenched and tunneled a new sewer line from a new ADU to connect into the basement of the primary house. They showed up when they said they would and performed the work as promised. Rob knows what he is doing and lucky to have his son Robby at his side. Highly recommend.

I want to give my highest recommendation to PDX Sewer Solutions. Rob went well above and beyond to help us out when we had a very bad sewer problem. He came out on the weekend to scope it out and to see if he could give us any temporary relief. He then gave us really clear options for fixing the issue. He was then able to work us into his already booked week, knowing that our sewer problem had basically left us without any working bathrooms,- and in a full family household, that’s not great situation. When he and his son showed up they worked quickly to fix the problem, cutting in to the sewer pipe to remove a piece of metal strapping causing a massive blockage. And they were able to keep the mess contained and out of our living areas. And he was fairly priced to boot! Rob and his crew were an absolute pleasure to work with. I contacted Rob at PDX Sewer Solutions to help with a clogged catch basin on my property, because he was highly recommended by a friend. He and his son, Robbie, responded quickly, and not only did they clear out the basin and get it draining properly, they went above and beyond by surrounding the basin with river rock and bio bags to ensure it wouldn’t clog again.

Rob and his son Robby are true professionals! I have personally been in the construction industry for 45 years and I know the best when I see it. My sewer issue was particularly challenging because of my house's proximity to a lake and the depth of my sewer line.
Rob and his son excavated a very deep trench and installed all the necessary safety shoring before repairing my broken sewer line.

Several things became obvious to me when I met with Rob....He is an absolute pro in his field, he has the expertise that gave me 100% confidence that he knows what he is doing. On top of that, he is honest, he is what I would call, old-school honest! He took a lot of time initially to diagnose exactly what needed to be done, he told me precisely what he was going to do and then he did it. When he was finished, I could not even tell there was ever any work done on the surface of our driveway! I could tell Rob is a perfectionist.

After getting several quotes for sewer repair, some outrageous and disgraceful to be honest, I chose PDX Sewer Solutions. Rob is down to earth, honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable and passionate about his work. He's been doing this work for years and really knows his stuff! He went above and beyond to give me an honest assessment and do a great job on only repairs that were necessary. His crew was also great and even repaired and replaced my lawn so you can't even tell that work was done. I highly recommend this company. Do yourself a favor and call Rob/PDX Sewer Solutions first!

PDX SS was referred to me by my new General Contractor. I had another contractor start a remodel and then walk off the job. After much debate, I needed to have the foundation that had been poured removed and fill in the hole. I was really struggling to find anyone to even bid the project, let alone take the job. Rob, the owner, showed up, bid the job to my new GC, was forthcoming about when he could start and what the costs would be. He was no nonsense, good for his word. Showed up with his crew and equipment the day he said he was going to, and every day till the job was done. He came across many issues with what the previous contractor had done, but he also came to me with solutions and the means to fix them. You have to love a guy who brings you answers to the problems you didn't even know you had! It was one of those, "this couldn't have gone any smoother" transactions. His crew was very careful with their equipment and made sure not to damage any of the surrounding areas, i.e. sidewalks, trees, fences, the neighbors cars. I'm pretty sure that man could tie a shoelace with that excavator thing he was using. Rob did everything he said he was going to do and even more. He went above and beyond. It's very rare, and hard to find honorable, no nonsense guys like that these days. This is an amazing team. A well run business, and just an all around great company to work with. I couldn't be happier. It's hard to see in the pictures, but the "after" photos show where Rob actually had some rich soil brought in and planted grass seed in it for me!! He didn't have to do that, but he did because that's just the kind of guy he is. One of a kind for sure.

Most companies wanted to simply line the existing sewer but Rob recommended replacing the entire line, which turned out to be the right approach. His pricing was very fair, especially considering the quality of work. He also fixed issues with my sewer line that other companies hadn't even mentioned.

Rob took great care with my property. He left my yard looking almost exactly as it did before the work started, and he even cleaned up the street afterward.
