Excellent. PDX Sewer Solutions solved my broken sewer line promptly at a reasonable price. They have been doing this work for 30 years and care about Portland. They also have a good relationship with the city to get permits and inspections completed as needed quickly. You won't find a better team to get the job done right and fast.

I was totally impressed with Rob and his son, Robbie. They came out and took care of our problem with in a very short period and were very reasonable for their time and experience. I will definitely be using them again and again.

Wow! Can’t recommend this guy enough! He responded promptly, came out and diagnosed the problem. He and his son worked in finding where the problem was and then referred us to a company that that could ‘jet the line’ with the kind of equipment Rob didn’t have. He was extremely helpful, explained things very well and guided us in the right direction!
THEN, he circled back to see if the problem was resolved! A rare find this day and age!

These men are absolute ANGELS!!! We had a plumbing disaster. Main sewer line was broke and it was just a mess!!! Rob, Tai, and Robbie came to the rescue. They were beyond amazing. It at one point seemed to be unrepairable but Rob is clearly more than a master at his craft. I’m still in Awe at the work that was done. But what I’m most thankful for and astonished by is the true honesty this company withholds. When you have a MASIVE problem with plumbing you’ll do just about anything to get it fixed. Rob is a stand up guy. Honest, real and genuinely wanted to fix the problem. And HE did! He did it quick, clean and to perfection. And he was HONEST!! I can’t thank you men enough for what you did for my family. Honestly from the bottom of this momma’s heart THANK YOU!!! I’d give you 100 stars if I could.

Lemme first start this off by saying my partner and I are first time homeowners.

The other day we had an emergency, when our neighbors came to our door and told us our front yard was flooding! We started to panic, we had now idea about this problem and this was a first for us!

We tried to figure out what was happening by ourself and our neighbor but were unable to find the cause. Finally, my partner caved and called around trying to find a plumber around the area that could come same evening. After a bunch of calls and let downs we finally got connected to home advisor and they said they would connect us to someone who could help.

Here comes Rob and his partner Ty to save the day, after a long day out in McMinnville, Rob had no problem answering the call, helping us try to figure out where the mainline to shut off our water was and helping us at stay calm all at the same time.

After about a 10min conversation with my partner, Rob was knocking on our door within an hour to help us figure out the problem.

He quickly told us everything that he believed to be the problem and that we would be without water for the night but that he and his crew would be there first thing to figure out the problem.

I left my house the next morning around 8:30ish to head to work and Ty had already come out to get the work started! I was super happy to see that they kept their word and came out first thing! I also never mentioned that this was also on a Sunday, which shows a lot cause who wants to work on Sunday!

Rob and Ty worked all day from 8:30am to 5pm. They dug up a hole in our yard, found the problem, and replaced everything that he could. He not only explained everything he did to with great detail, he did so in a way where I felt like I was learning something and felt more comfortable about any problem we may have in the future!

Words can’t describe how lucky we were to have found Rob and His crew to help us with a very scary problem, as most home owners know anything that happens can be scary when you don’t know what’s going on, and Rob made us feel very comfortable and helped ease anxiety we had with it all.

I’ve met very few people in my life who actually love what they do and love helping people, and after everything experienced with Rob I can tell he is without a doubt one of those people!

So thank you Rob and Ty for all your hard work, you made two young home owners very happy!

PDX Sewer Solutions was simply amazing to work with. They repaired our main sewer drain that would never have passed code even in 1979 when our house was built. The work done and the level of attention to detail was far beyond what I expected. The cleanup and care were impeccable. Rob was sooo helpful getting a pipe repaired on our property. He was so quick and we got it resolved right away! RotoRooter had quoted me like $10K to do the job and Rob did it much faster and at a fraction of the price. Good, honest, family ran, local business that I will definitely go straight to next time!

I requested a sewer/water line specialist through Angies List due to a water leak. Rob from PDX Sewer Solutions called withing 10 minutes after the request and even came out that late afternoon to look at the problem. There was a break in the water line that runs from the meter to the house. It was a pretty large leak. I received the estimate later that evening and I hired Rob. He gave the job priority due to the severity of the leak. Rob and his helper, Ty, were on the job two mornings later. They were on-time both days they were on the job. Rob kept me in the loop of his findings and anything else that he was concerned about. After the job, Rob and Ty put my yard back together, spread grass seed, cleaned up the dirt and sprayed the mud off the sidewalks. It looks as if nothing had happened, other than the grass less spots in my yard. I highly recommend PDX Sewer Solutions to fix your sewer/water needs. I will definitely utilize there services again. I had such confidence in Rob for my recent sewer-pipe replacement. For starters, after my initial call, he quickly came out to do the video scope and give the bid. His bid was complete and his price lower than all but one of the six other plumbing companies I carefully vetted. Plus, he is such a warm, kind, courteous, thoughtful, down-to-earth, get-it-done and fun man with an old-school charm—and decades of experience. I had already done a ton of research about the two different methods of sewer-pipe replacement, and he made sure I completely understood all that he’d be doing, and was happy to answer any questions. I felt that he really cared about his workmanship, and me. With his easygoing yet hard-working son Robbie, the sewer-pipe job took two days, just like Rob said it would. They were friendly to my neighbors, careful with my trees, protected my plants and lawn, replaced the sod in my yard, and you can’t even tell they were here. I highly recommend PDX Sewer Solutions for sewer-pipe work and other plumbing.

I'm recommending them to everyone. Rob came out before he started work for the day to look at a leak in my water main, despite being absolutely slammed. Since I was still getting quotes, he gave me his card and told me to call, but while he was here, he found the exact placement of the leak--making those quotes WAY more effective. When I called him to get the work done, he and his son fit me into the schedule and did beyond what was necessary to make sure my house was taken care of, my new pipe was safe from the same problem happening again AND that I knew who to contact about adjusting my bill now that things were fixed. They were both friendly, helpful and all around wonderful. As I said before, I'm recommending them to everyone. Thanks again, guys!

Late Saturday evening I was alerted by my neighbor that my front yard was leaking. After calling several different plumbers, Home Advisor got me in touch with Rob from PDX Sewer Solutions.

Rob was able to help calm me down, use his experience to walk me through my next steps, and showed up at my house within the hour even though he was coming from a couple towns away. Rob and Ty were quickly able to turn off my water line to prevent further damage to my property and were back first thing Sunday morning to find the root cause.

The crew was prompt, professional, and extremely quick with their repairs. Even though they dug a hole almost 5 feet deep, you would never be able to tell with how clean and neat everything was put back together. These guys saved my day and my home; I cannot recommend them enough!

Rob does this work because he genuinely enjoys it. His knowledge, experience, and care for the job/ customer is truly above and beyond. As a first-time homeowner and this being my first sewer line break, I am blessed to have been put in contact with Rob. Rob and his son were extremely professional and responsive. We had a challenging (in my opinion) problem where we were losing water somewhere between the house and water meter. Rob came out immediately and started work shortly after that and was there for 3 days until it was done. Even after some unexpected things happened, he came up with solutions and left everything looking better than it did before. Rob is a cool dude and a good human. There is no question that this is the guy you go with.

We are not on city sewer and have a septic tank with a warning alarm where we live. The alarm was tripped on a Sunday afternoon and we knew we either needed the tank pumped or maybe our pump failed. We experienced this before and knew we needed to get service ASAP. Monday morning I called PDX Sewer Solutions to help us out. Rob took my call and discuss options with me. He came over quickly (within 1-2 hours) to take a look and assess our situation. He was able to what we needed and he helped us right away. Rob was so kind and easy to work with. He explained everything in detail and the price was lower than other companies we have used in the past. I am an extremely happy customer and they will be my first call the next time we need service. Great service from a Father and Son business. Our landscaper was replanting area where we lost a tree in last winter's ice storm. After just a few inches of digging, they ran into some foul water. Rob came out the same afternoon and gave us a verbal estimate. Came the NEXT DAY to do the work. He had expected just a couple hours labor but ran into drainage pipes running UPHILL from the yard to the curb. He and his son excavated it all by hand to protect our plantings, relaid all the weed fabric, and removed and replaced all plants. He re-installed drain lines from the house to the curb. He only asked for his two hour estimated price, but we finally convinced him to accept a little more as they had worked all day. They snaked and camera- inspected all the lines up to the house and left the place pristine. Hope we never have sewer or drainage issues again, but if we do, our first call will be to Rob. Warm, polite, great job, and yes, a little chatty, but WELL worth the money for a job well done.

We had Rob from PDX Sewer Solutions come out to check the plumbing after a questionable quote from another company. He and his son gave 10/10 customer service, communication, and got the job done for a fraction of what the others guys quoted us. I cannot recommend this company enough. They are woman owned, attentive, and I am confident that they did great work on our pipes. As a bonus; our pup Cooper loved them too. It is awesome to know there are good people out here doing honest work. Thanks again Rob!
