David is WONDERFUL! He came by to diagnose an issue with the plumbing in our downstairs bathroom. It turns out when it was renovated, the plumbing was not completed up to code as was causing pretty major issues. David was able to give me a quote and make a plan for fixing it quickly, came on time on the day quoted and finished the job within two days. He was informative and checked in every step of the way. I would recommend Brightman’s Plumbing to anyone that needs a trustworthy plumber!

David did a excellent job! He also installed upgrades to the service that we will appreciate going forward. And not to forget Roxy his 4 legged helper! We definitely recommend both of them!

Can’t say enough great things about David and Brightman's. We had a house full of guests when our hot water heater went out. He was super responsive and we were able to easily talk things over on the phone. He arrived on time with all needed parts, and got things switched out quickly. He removed the old unit and cleaned up. His prices are reasonable and he’s a great guy to work with. While I’m not looking forward to my next plumbing mishap, I’ve got his number saved for when it happens!

Friendly, fair, and timely. Beyond all that, David was very supportive! We had what we thought was going to be a simple commercial plumbing update. It turned very complex, and David helped us figure out what was going on, fix what he could, and refer us to good businesses for the services we needed that he doesn’t provide. Brightman’s came through when 2 other plumbers cancelled on us twice. We were trying to get our manufactured home hooked up to septic and water but it was becoming a nightmare. The holiday season put a damper on things. I didn’t really want to go another weekend without plumbing. Someone my husband and I know recommended Brightman’s. I did not expect them to be out here helping us so fast.
Him and his daughter showed up with a great can do attitude and got right to work. They got the job done same day. They worked pretty late on a Friday, just to get it done. I was really impressed and so happy!

Anyone who goes with a plumber other than David Brightman is making the wrong decision. He is skilled and an honest and nice guy.

I first met David when a contractor referred him to me to swap out the piping during a bathroom remodeling project. For starters, his bid was the most reasonable and after meeting him, I knew I was in good hands and dealing with someone who I could trust and rely on. During the project, David was early, kept an open line of communication about what he was doing and what he was seeing, and did a fantastic job completing the project. He has since become my go to plumber (which is much needed for the older home I live in).

As another example of how great he is, I recently called him about a shower drain clogging. He came out immediately and fixed it. While he was here, he also showed me how to fix an issue with our toilet so that I could know how to deal with the issue in the future and he didn't even charge me for it.

It is comforting to know that I can call David with any future plumbing needs. I highly recommend him for any big or small project.

My aging water heater started leaking so I contacted Joe via text. He was very responsive and gave me options to choose for my replacement water heater. Once I made a selection, he was out the same day. It's rare you can find someone to communicate through every step in the process and be so quick to response and resolve the issue.

Joe replaced our water heater today and provided the best customer service from start to finish. I will be recommending his service wholeheartedly 👍

One Friday afternoon, I came home to a slow drip from my water heater. By Saturday morning I had a bigger and better water heater, beautifully installed, for a good bit less than what the big stores wanted to charge. On top of the fast turnaround, fair price, quality tank, and professional install -- on a weekend no less, Joe was a pleasure to deal with. The whole process was downright enjoyable, and made me glad to support another great local business.

After our water heater unexpectedly failed, we started looking around for someone to come install a new one ASAP. Joe was super responsive via text, gave us several options to choose from, explained the pros and cons of each (including extra info like whether it was made in America, how good the customer service was, ease of finding replacement parts, etc.) and was happy to answer all questions about it. He set our minds at ease about spending a large chunk of money on a new appliance and got us exactly what we needed installed much more quickly than the other companies we contacted would have. If I ever need another water heater installed, I will definitely use his services again!

Nothing ruins your day like a water heater leaking all over the floor. Saw the reviews, called Joe, provided pics and info via text, and he was here faster than I could clean up the water. He’s truly a professional in every sense of the word. I learned a lot, feel like I got exactly what I paid for in a super timely way, and it didn’t ruin my day.

When a hot water heater rusted out in the middle of the night, Joe was there to help me out the very next day, installing a new unit, removing the old, handling permitting and getting the hot water flowin' with gusto.

Our water heater quit working in the morning and by the afternoon, we had arranged for Joe to come the next day to install its replacement. (He offered same day service, but we opted to wait a day.) Joe is prompt, friendly, efficient, and thorough. He was detail-oriented and communicative about every step of the process, from helping us choose the best replacement model, to removing the old one and installing the new water heater. We felt good about patronizing a local small business and it definitely paid off, working with someone as conscientious and professional as Joe!

Our old gas water heater was on its last legs and we had family coming to town the next day. I contacted Joe and after sending him some photos and a couple text exchanges he gave us price for the water heater and installation. It was very simple and a very fair price. Joe showed up the next morning and installed the water heater. Even though it was more complicated getting the water heater installed and up to code then previously thought he stuck with his original price. Later that day we noticed one of the fitting was dripping a little. He was back the next morning and fixed the dripping fitting. I really appreciate people that back up their work! tl:dr - Joe Water Heater is an amazing local, small-business owner that is personable, informative and provides unparalleled service at a fair price.

Longer version: I'm not big on writing online reviews, but every once in a while a business comes along that just blows everything else out of the water (pun intended). For me, Joe Water Heater LLC was that company. He is smart, personable, punctual and kept me informed throughout the entire process of replacing my water heater (and even gave tips and what to watch out for post-install and how to handle it). Prior to Joe, I called multiple companies to try to get an estimate to replace a 15 year old water heater - most wanted to charge to send a plumber out to do an estimate, then had unreasonable wait times, etc... it was a headache just trying to get a quote. I contacted Joe, he asked me to text him a couple of pictures and within an hour or so I had 3 different quotes. I selected the one I wanted, and Joe came out the next morning and installed it. Though, that almost doesn't give it justice - I'd been upfront and told Joe the water heater was in a basement (some companies charge an automatic extra fee for that), Joe said he'd done hundreds of installs in older homes with cramped stairwells like mine, and that as long as he could maneuver it in and out, it shouldn't be a problem. And sure enough, he pumped the old water heater empty, hauled it away, and installed the new water heater easy-peasy. On top of that there were some issues with the connection to the existing plumbing, and Joe took care of it at no extra charge (he said he felt bad cause he should have let me know ahead of time that there could be problems with some of the old pipe-work and wouldn't take a dime for it). I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience with Joe Water Heater LLC - It was painless from start to finish, Joe was informative, punctual, very knowledgeable, and not interested in nickel-and-dime-ing me along the way. If I ever need to replace another water heater, Joe will hands down be the ONLY call I make.

I appreciated him encouraging questions, AND his prompt replies, even on weekends.
