Joe made the experience of replacing our water heater super easy. I texted him some pictures and info and he replied right back with water heater options and total prices for the tank and the installation work. We chose the water heater we wanted and he came by the next day to install it in about an hour! Very satisfied with his quick work and responsiveness. Thanks Joe!

Joe is great. He was super responsive with text messaging. Incredibly fast. I contacted him and within an hour he was at my door with a water heater. He did a great job. Pricing seemed fair, and the heater is a quality brand.

For starters, I reallllly appreciate how easy it was to get a quote and get scheduled - that was a big draw for me after going rounds with half a dozen other places (some of whom charge for the courtesy). Joe texted me directly and stayed in touch, was easy to set up, didn't have to deal with dispatchers or estimate fees. He also accommodated our same-day service need; I texted him around mid-day and had hot water again by dinner.

Once here, Joe was friendly and prepared, he chatted with me while he worked. The price was reasonable and the final outcome looks good.

Joe is awesome! He saved the day and replaced my water heater after it went out in our most recent storm. He was so quick to get out to my house (within 24 hours of initially making contact!) that we still had ice all over the road making parking a difficulty but he persevered through it to get the job done. He's super reasonable, professional, and was a great communicator throughout the booking and repair process. As someone who doesn't buy water heaters frequently, I didn't know how to compare one option vs. another and Joe patiently explained the differences in brands, warranty, size, value, etc. which was so helpful. Going with Joe a local, small business owner that truly cares about his work vs. a large company who couldn't even give me an estimate without charging me an arm & a leg was an easy decision and the right decision. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing their water heater replaced.

Joe did an AMAZING job! We had found out today that our water heater had been leaking, possibly for at least a day or two, and no one noticed. We called Joe based on a recommendation from a friend. Joe’s text-based communication was quick, concise, and led us to getting a quote which was fantastic. Even though we had just contacted him, he was able to come out and perform a same-day replacement of our broken water heater. He was personable and friendly which made the experience that much better. Especially since our water heater sits behind PVC pipe that can make installation of a new one more annoying than usual (you can see it blocking part of the bottom of the newly installed water heater in the picture). I highly recommend him as it was quality work for a last minute call.

Wow, what a great experience. It's always difficult to choose a contractor, there's so many options out there. I chose Joe because he's a one-man operation and all he does is water heaters, so his expertise is unmatched. My water heater was not in the best location, but Joe found a great top-of-the-line heater that fit perfectly. He had it installed like a pro in under 2 hours, and 40 minutes later I was taking a long-anticipated shower.

Water Heater Champion!!!! I can’t say enough good things about the service, speed, and quality of Joe’s water heater replacement. We had our water heater leak and die on Friday night. 15 degrees out and ice on all the roads. Nobody could install for 5+ days…Except Joe!!! Had a 50 gallon heater installed in 2 hours and with no skimping on ensuring that the little bits were updated and everything was up to code. I cannot recommend Joe enough - shoot him a text and get yourself sorted.

Great guy! Great service! I had a huge leak in an old water heater that the previous owners had left in our house. The steps to our basement are super steep and I was worried we would have to spend a fortune to get it out. After calling Home Depot and Lowe’s and being on hold for ever, I decided to go with a small local business- and I’m glad I did! Joe was super fast and friendly and did an excellent job. He gave very detailed information on what our size house would need, and made the whole process feel pretty seamless. Getting the water heater out of the basement was no problem for him! Joe is an awesome guy! 10/10 recommend!

Our 50 gallon gas water heater replacement was a challenge because the unit was squeezed between the basement wall and the furnace with only an inch or two of clearance. Joe was able to find one that fit perfectly and installed it within a couple of hours or so. After meeting with several other techs, we decided to work with Joe because he was honest and an independent small business. He didn't try to find everything "wrong" with our setup and upsell us like all the larger companies try to do. Instead, he gave us clear pricing on the needed item, options, valuable information and most importantly a quality water heater with top notch installation. Great, easy experience. Thank you!

I decided to proactively replace my 20+ year-old gas water heater and began searching for quality firms for the job. I came across Joe Water Heater and contacted him for a quote. Joe got me scheduled and confirmed via text his appointment both the day before install and while en route to my home. Joe was on time and within two hours had the job completed. He even added an additional shut off valve to comply with code at no additional cost. Gabe was our technician. Incredibly friendly and respectful. He was knowledgeable and open to answering our questions as lay people. I was hesitant of the price for services i didnt fully understand but i Gabe was very trustworthy and made me feel comfortable for what i was paying for. His sevice guarantee helped feel better about it too. Wouldnt recommended having broken plumbing but would recommend Gabes work.
