Mag came promptly, even though it was Sunday morning. He was professional, courteous and efficient. And opened my drains quickly. Couldn’t have asked for more. (Except a smaller bill.)

Amazing and quick service. Maq was our tech and he was top notch. Would highly recommend.

Called around to all the local plumbers and Rotorooter were the only ones who could come out same day and it was within 2 hours.

    Could not recommend enough.

Roto-Rooter has been very kind to my grandparents and understanding of their circumstances. Each time they have come out they have been exceptional and fixed the problem. Our service men are top rated and would recommend them every time.

Maq was absolutely amazing! He worked so hard, and was incredibly friendly and professional! He taught us a lot about about our sewer line, stayed late working so hard to clear the drain. Best experience with a plumber we have had. Thank you so much Maq!!

The handle of our kitchen sink's hot water faucet broke.
2 months ago I went into George Morlan's SE location on Foster, to order a replacement part.
It took them 20 minutes to get around to helping me, find a part, order it, take my payment, and get me back out the door. They were not busy, they were simply slow & inept & frustrating. They said they'd contact me when the part came in, which should happen in a few days.
After 6 weeks without any notification, I went back in (this was 2 weeks ago.)
I waited in line for a bit. As the guy at the counter finished with the previous customer, I stepped up. He held up his hand to stop me from approaching the counter. I stopped in confusion, as he turned to a passing co-worker to ask them about something non work-related... just chatter about a sports game from the previous night. It felt like he was letting me know my place; he'd get to me when it was convenient for him. It was my job to wait.
He might know about plumbing, but he knew nothing at all about friendly, or professional customer service. Eventually he looked at me in mixed resignation and disgust, and waved me forward as if it was a huge burden on his part.
Flustered, I explained that I'd been waiting 6 weeks for a part. He looked it up, and said, "It's still not in." That was it. I left, frustrated and disappointed. I felt like I must look like a homeless person or something... but I didn't, I was dressed for work.
Yesterday I stopped in again. The person at the counter heard me out, then looked up the part. They weren't rude, but they were not friendly, they offered no explanation or apology for the 2-month wait, nor for the lack of notification when the part did finally arrive. They fetched the part and handed it to me. It felt very unfriendly. I left the store, having had a truly miserable experience each of the 3 times I'd been in there.
2 months' wait. Zero notification. Horrific customer service. If you have other options for your plumbing supplies, I recommend utilizing them. This store scored 0 out of 3 interactions.

Drove an hour here on a Saturday to pick up the last of a specific water heater where George Morlan were the only ones in town that had one in stock. Got home and realized they had loaded the wrong one on my truck! Called to notify them of this issue and they had someone out within two hours with the correct water heater at no additional cost to me. I also purchased extra parts for the installation just in case. The lady that helped me waived the 30 day return policy so that I can return any extra parts the next time I’m in town, even if it’s after 30 days. Great place

Came in with some parts that had failed on my bath tub faucet handles and within 3 minutes they were handing me oem replacement parts at a cost less than I expected to pay. It took me longer to drive here than to fix my tub with their help. No nonsense, extremely helpful, and I'm satisfied with the parts.

I had an unpleasant experience at George Morlan Plumbing. Two of the salesmen were extremely rude and unhelpful. I felt uncomfortable throughout my visit, as if my accent was not welcomed by the staff and they were eager for me to leave the store. Despite feeling unwelcome, I had no choice but to purchase the supplies I needed for my project. I strongly advise against shopping at this store and will be seeking an alternative plumbing store nearby.

Had a water heater w/ a heat dispersion valve installed less than 2 years ago and it just started leaking at the thread because the tech didn't tighten it properly. I called the “Service” department to let them know since it flooded part of my basement and they talked to me like I was a child. The employees there generally have a condescending attitude so I only go there if I absolutely have to for a last minute part. Only reason I didn’t give them 1 star is there is one employee there that actually knows what he is taking about and treat’s customers with respect.

Every time I go in the staff ignores me and then treats me as if I’m a problem. I wouldn’t go back if they weren’t in my neighborhood.

Drove half an hour had the part with us for a gas water heater the attendant at the counter didn't really look at it. Dissatisfied with the lack service. Thanks anyway

I had the worst service from two employees at the SE Foster location yesterday 06/18/2024.

When I walked into the store, the only person that was there was a woman who was talking on the phone with a customer. She seemed very agitated and very negative. She had to put the customer on hold and go to the show room and get a box with something they were selling to be sure it was the same thing that the customer wanted. During this time she was mumbling negative comments about the customer. She confirmed that it was the same thing that the customer wanted and then they discontinued the call.

    To Be Continued ..............................

Customer service was non-existent / dismissive. My first time here, I had a list of what to get, I would have been a quick and easy sale.

Nobody greeted me, so I walked around expecting someone to maybe approach me like most appliance/hardware shops I've been to. After I lapped the store I noticed a line forming for the counter so I guessed I was supposed to wait in line for help. I waited and was told maybe someone could help me in the back, so I walked through the front counter to the back. It wasn't obvious to me this was even an area customers could walk to. I walked back there and told the person working I was sent back there and he said it was for commercial customers only and sent me back up front to get to to the back of the line again.

I don't fault a shop for being busy but I feel like good customer service is still at least acknowledging customers and letting them know how to receive service. I've always loved driving by this place and I adore the neon. I was excited to finally have a reason to come in and support a local business but I walked out feeling snubbed, bummed and I guess I'm gonna buy my sink online now.

2 Stars because of the neon though.

Having a great local plumbing store is such a treasure. Sooo much better than big box stores. I went in looking for a replacement bathroom faucet for one that was leaking. The person that helped me was so nice and patient, took the time to understand what I was dealing with, helped me figure out how to handle it, somehow went into the back and pulled out the perfect replacement, and helped me understand how to install it. It was my first time installing a faucet and I'm happy to say that it went great! Thank you!

Such a bummer, as this place has been in this great location forever, but it has the worse customer service. Maybe its a hit and miss but the people working here have been incredibly rude. Unfortunately we will have to go elsewhere for our personal needs and guide clients elsewhere as we have been doing.

Extremely rude customer service. 2 men who huffed and puffed, rolled their eyes when I asked questions, and acted like I was a huge burden. I won't be returning ever again, not even to return the incorrect parts they sold me. The guys at home depot are kind even if they don't know the answer.

I had an excellent experience at George Morlan. I came to the location with a dishwasher hookup issue and the expert I spoke with gave multiple options that all solve the problem. He was pleasant to speak with and cared about sharing his knowledge, solving the problem, and connecting with me as a customer. Go here and thank you Jason!

Recently remodeled and re-plumbed a portion of our new home and bathroom, I had the pleasure of working with Jason (the short bald one, hahaha). He was great. super chill, very knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I would recommend him 10/10 times if you are attempting some DIY plumbing repairs.

    Cheers Jason, and thanks again!

No place has everything but George M. has a lot and will direct you elsewhere if necessary.
