Had a slow draining kitchen sink and couldn’t clear it with a 25ft snake. I called and Gabriel came out within 1.5 hours and was confident that he would be about to clear it in an hour. He did not disappoint! He was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of good information.

The repairman was on time, went right to work on the toilet clog quickly, the work was done efficiently and successfully. I would highly recommend this company.

We could not have asked for a better Roto-Rooter team than Kyle and Rodrigo. Their work on our house was excellent. They informed us every step of the way as to what would take place and advised us of best procedures. They worked together to take accurate readings. The crawl space was challenging, but Kyle did a great job while Rodrigo provided backup. Both showed up on time regularly to provide us with a clear picture of the drying process. Both Kyle and Rodrigo were polite and respectful of our space. They answered questions thoroughly. We wish them the best. They worked together so well as a team. We do not hesitate to give them the highest recommendation.

We had an emergency issue, no useable shower or toilet . We called 3 people none that could come out immediately. Roto rooter came out with in the hour. Gabe was amazing getting to work right away. Explaining what had happened and how to prevent it from happening again. He also gave super helpful tips for future maintenance. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service from Kai today! From the moment he arrived, it was clear that he was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain exactly what the issue was, how he planned to address it, and made sure I understood the entire process. When the problem turned out to be more serious, he didn’t hesitate to bring in a tech with a camera to inspect the sewer line and locate the obstruction.

He was very thorough and transparent, providing a clear, fair quote before moving forward. It’s rare to find such excellent customer service these days, and I really appreciated how Kai took the time to ensure everything was handled properly. I’m definitely keeping his number on hand for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Corey did a great job. He was able to find the water shut off valve and repairing a leaking bathtub faucet. I would not hesitate to have Corey back for another job.
