Constraction reviews in Salem, Oregon

Valley roofing did an amazing job on our roofing and gutters. They were promptly on time and work hard while on the job. The crew took great care in cleaning up everyday before leaving. Which was great since we have 3 dogs. I would definitely recommend them for any of your roofing needs. Thanks again Joe and Jon for your prompt amazing customer service as well.

I can't say enough about the wonderful job Valley Roofing did for us. Their communication and overall performance was top notch. I'm more than happy to share this experience with these commendable words for those of you looking for a new roof. We had them update our old solar tubes to bring them into the 21st Century. They look great! I would recommend this company to family, friends, and neighbors. Give them a call today and enjoy what your tomorrow will look like.

Needed to get some moss off of my roof that has extremely high pitches. Valley Roofing and Repair didn't even flinch. Their same day response from the online inquiry resulted in an appointment for a quote and a crew out just days later. To say I'm impressed is an understatement. They did what they said they were going to do, on time, and with a fantastic attitude. I couldn't believe the gentleman who got right up on our roof, you couldn't pay me to do it! Thank you Andy and your repair/cleanup crew at Valley Roofing - it was a great experience!

Valley Roofing replaced my roof. Their crew was responsive, polite and did an quality job. My roof had some challenging spots and they were diligent and made sure it was done right even though it took extra time. The quote was very reasonable and I felt like I could trust the integrity of this company. They cleaned everything up and left my home and yard as they found it. I would highly recommend them.

My wife and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Valley Roofing to anyone needing a new roof. The price was very competitive. Jon's team did an excellent job with the tear off and install of our roof in only two days. In addition the crew was thorough and very skilled at their job. Needless to say we are very pleased with the final results. I would have given 10 stars, but 5 is all that's allowed. Thanks again Valley Roofing for a job well done.

Valley Roofing is hands down the best roofing company in the Willamette Valley area. They are extremely professional and get jobs done in a timely manner. Jon Taylor is an extraordinary community man and business owner who takes care of his employees and customers the right way. I can't recommend this company enough for all of your roofing and exterior needs for both residential and commercial. This is an awesome and extremely trustworthy local business!

Jon Taylor is a true craftsman. I was impressed with his friendly approach, quick service, and attention to detail. My expectations were exceeded. I have been in and around construction all my life. I usually do all projects myself. Jon has won me over to let a professional handle my roofing needs now and in the future. His crew was friendly and did a great job. The clean up as was excellent as well. I would highly recommend Valley Roofing for all your needs. Thanks again Valley Roofing for getting my roof water tight for this winter. Look forward to the new roof this summer.

Best regards,
Shawn Barnes

Valley Roofing did a great job on our new roof. The crew that was here were polite, hard working and professional. They made sure the job was done right and everything was cleaned up after the job was complete. Jon the owner was very responsive and fit us in to make sure the job got done before the bad weather hit. Overall we are very pleased with the work that Valley Roofing did and the look of our new roof. We will have them do work for us in the future and highly recommend them!

Working with Valleys Roofing in spring of 2021 was a great experience. It started the day we arrived at the showroom- they were closed however Jon was there in his truck getting ready to go home. He took the time to greet us and let us in to get get samples and chat about our needs. The crews were exceptionally personable, professional and courteous. We are extremely pleased with the end product. We continue to get compliments on our home and requests for information on “who did your roof” . We happily tell all about Valley Roofing. Happy to report one of neighbor referrals started their project this week .!

Joe from Valley Roofing came to our house to inspect our roof and he was excellent, very friendly and professional. In fact everyone I've come in contact with at Valley Roofing was friendly and very accommodating.

We are very pleased with Valley Roofing from the onset. From the bid through the tear off and new installation, as well as the clean up, Joe, Edwin, and his crew were very professional and respectful. We would highly recommend Valley Roofing for your roofing needs.

Valley Roofing was one of 4 bids we obtained. After checking reviews and BBB we elected to go with Valley. The management was easy to work with and was not a high pressure sales presentation. The crews who did the work on our house were professional, friendly and answered any questions I had. The weather worked out and they were able to complete the job in 3 days. I would recommend Valley Roofing if you’re planning on having your roof replaced or repaired.

My husband and I would like to thank valley roofing For prompt service and the dangerous work they do, would highly recommend valley roofing for any future repairs.

I had The Most Wonderful Roofing Experience! I contacted Valley on Tuesday, having been advised on Monday that the flat roof section above my front porch had been partially pulled off(that's another story). Not all roof contractors 'do' flat roofs, but Valley was suggested and I was impressed by the stellar reviews. I had photos of the issue and on Tuesday I sent them directly via email and the response from Tana (every response, actually), was prompt and clear and kind. It took me a second to get the digital aspect of the estimate sends, but I was reassured by Jon Taylor reaching out directly. It was a very reasonable and comfortable estimate. I was expecting to be put on a calendar; we've had so much rain and I'd gotten accustomed to the extremely wet porch, however Jon thought they'd be able to get it done 'tomorrow' (which was today). Amazing! The two man crew (Angel & Cesar) were so nice, so professional, so focused and timely, did the job at hand and really really went the extra mile to clear up an old issue of the roof. Nutshell:?I will not ever go elsewhere if I need a roof contractor. Period!

I couldn't be happier with the gable repair work completed by Valley Roofing. No more stressing about the coming bad weather causing more damage to my home. Jake was wonderful to work with and did an excellent job. The repairs were completed fast and looks terrific! I'll definitely be working with them again on my next project. Very happy customer. Thanks to Jon and the whole Valley Roofing team.

Noticed a little dripping from the furnace pipes coming down from the roof.....called first thing this morning and talked to a real person. Jon was there by 3 today and got it fixed before it starts to rain again. 10 out of 10, will use again.

We had Valley Roofing place our new roof in 2017. We were more than pleased with the work performed, as well as stellar customer service. This past week, we had a leak show up unexpectedly. We called that morning, they were here to assess the situation before noon. They have already been back to complete the repairs and it was not a small repair. They made certain we were pleased and took care the billing because, in their words, "it was the right thing to do". We are so grateful to have found Valley Roofing and highly recommend them to anyone at any time. They are honest and trustworthy and sometimes that is hard to find.

Valley Roofing did a great job on our large commercial roofing projects at two properties! They were prompt and they stayed on the job until it was completed. The people at Valley Roofing were very attentive to our needs, and their communication was excellent. Plus, they even came back to meet with us for a follow-up and walk-through after the job was finished! We would highly recommend Valley Roofing for your roofing needs.

Valley roofing went all out on my roof replacement. Replaced several trim boards and we got gutters done. I would recommend them to all home owners!

Great service! They came out the next day to take care of our leak! Thanks Jon, you made it super easy!!! I’ll definitely be a repeat customer in the future.

Absolute pleasure working with Matt Donoho, General Manager, for roof replacement completed September 2023. Outstanding customer service and care, along with a complete knowledge of roof components to address on complex roof design. Corrected issues not completed by previous company just 7 years ago, including ice and water barriers in deep valleys and low slopes, metal valley flashing, proper shingle installation, improved ventilation, and more. Any questions or concerns were promptly addressed to my satisfaction. Efficient and reliable performance, with daily clean up. The roof looks great!!!
