Stellar work ethic and attention to detail. Our whole project has been challenging. However, we didn’t have any issues with Valley Roofing. They have delivered wonderful results and I would highly recommend them to all of my friends.

Contacted Valley to get the roof inspected and cleaned. Communication was great- videos so we knew what we were talking about. Different levels of service were offered. They were on time, courteous and professional. All in all we will call them again.

Huge thanks to Carlos for helping us today. Our HVAC exhaust PVC pipe was letting water in through the roof and he repaired it quickly and thoroughly. Friendly, knowledgeable, and the workmanship is top tier.

Jon came out the same day I called and went above and beyond from the start — first by finding our very tricky-to-locate house, and then by offering to cover a hole in our roof free of charge to prevent interior damage. He was incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely cared about helping us. It’s rare to find that kind of integrity and customer service these days. Highly recommend!

Noticed a leak in the roof late Friday afternoon…called valley roofing and Jon called and set an appointment for the next morning. He came out found the problem and fixed it very quickly….before it started raining again! Very nice young man….thanks Jon for saving our bacon!

We hired Valley Roofing who provided a prompt timeline for work and completed all work satisfactorily. They even came back to look at a couple minor issues afterwards which were not a result of their work and repaired at no charge. I have used Valley Roofing for my home and a rental home. The owner Jon Taylor and his crew did a terrific job. They were quick and did a good job on the clean up.

Valley Roofing responded to my request for a diagnosis and estimate. They sent someone the next day, who temporarily stopped the leaks around the chimney and gave me a reasonable estimate for removing the decommissioned chimney. The next dry day (two weeks), a crew came and removed the bricks above the roof line, patched the hole, and re-shingled the roof. I am very happy with the work.

Just want to thank you for your prompt response to our concern that we might have a leak of some kind letting water into our house.

Within an hour of our call Joe was busy investigating for us and provided information we needed to know.

Jon came to my rescue a few years ago in mid January with a new roof and again today with installing additional venting. He’s a wonderful guy to do business with, he has all the great qualities we look for, integrity, ethical, kind and is fair about pricing. I wouldn’t have anybody else unless Jon got out of the business!

The whole team from the top all the way down is just outstanding. The price was very reasonable (Much Less than other bids), it is a local company which was very important to us, and all of the installers are local. The young men installing the new roof are Really Nice men. Valley Roofing is a wonderful roofing business!!!

This is how disrespectful Valley Roofing and its employees are. They were blocking the view of oncoming traffic, the bike line, AND the sidewalk for several hours even after I informed them of the issue. Not only is this unsafe for traffic, it’s unsafe for the disabled folks who use their mobility devices to get from home to the Safeway across the street. There is no crosswalk before this point, so it’s a huge middle finger to anyone who depends on this sidewalk.

The owners will insist it was only for a moment, except the truck was parked there for several hours (I personally saw them parked there from 1:30pm-4pm). The owners insist there was an alternative crosswalk for all of the people in the apartment complex to use when going to the store, but as we can clearly see from the map, that is not the truth. The only crosswalk is once you get to commercial street, but the truck (marked in red) was blocking that path. The owner’s excuses and lies are just another slap in the face, and shows a total lack of accountability.

I would never recommended this roofing company to anyone given how they choose to treat the folks who live in the area. If you bring a concern to them, the employees will laugh in your face, and the owner will avoid telling the truth instead of taking accountability.

I had several contractors flake on me prior to friend referring me to Valley Roofing. Jon came out to see the deck, provided me with a quote the next day. The deck was finished quickly while I was out of town. I’m satisfied with the job and quality. I’d use and recommend this company again.

When our Christmas lights were installed on our roof the light technician told us we had some damaged vent coverings and that our gutters were clogged and spilling over full of water from a recent rain storm. He suggested we call a roofer right away. I called Valley roofing and they came out the VERY same afternoon to inspect our roof and give us an estimate for the repairs. They cleaned all of the gutters and downspouts immediately to prevent further water damage and took photos of the broken vent covers. The cost was more than reasonable and they came out the next day as well to inspect the entire roof and replace the damaged vent covers. I was impressed with the professional advice given, especially since he showed us with photos that our roof was in great condition and didn't need any further repairs at this time. A lot of companies try to upsell you on products and services that you don't need, but Valley Roofing had the professional integrity and honesty to provide top quality service and repairs at a phenomenal price. I can't thank them enough! They saved us thousands with their prompt service and arrived promptly at the time of the appointments. When our roof does need to be replaced, this is definitely the company we will be using! Thank you again for your amazing service!
