Constraction reviews in Salem, Oregon

I’m really glad we chose Referred Roofing to clean our roof. The whole process was fast, efficient and professional. The entire staff was wonderful to work with. I want to give a shout out to the individual who did the work—-He did a ***great** job and went above and beyond what the job required. I wish I could give a hundred stars.

I've had good experiences with them in the past, but not this time.

Had to call and reschedule 3 separate times because nobody showed up at the appointment time. I moved all my patio furniture into the yard 1 hour before the first appointment, and the work didn't get done until the following week, so it all sat in the rain for no reason and my yard service had to work around it.

After the roof cleaning and patio power washing, they both still look dirty. Both are less than 5 yrs old. I expected more.

Referred Roof Cleaning has been servicing our roofs for 10 years. They continue to provide excellent work and service. Through a recent move, they have performed moss removal, gutter cleaning and treatment for prevention of moss growth at our new residence.

Truly appreciate the quality job, professionalism, and personable reliable communication from our Referred Roof crew. We have an older house with multiple stories, a myriad of roof angles and years of moss build up. They gently but effectively made it look darn near like new again. They also did a great job washing the siding which had a buildup of spider webs, moss and who knows what else. We were a little hesitant about having the siding pressure washed since it is original to the old 1900 house - needn’t have been concerned since they carefully explained their standard ‘low pressure’ method and it turned out great. Many thanks to Charley along with Trenton and Justin. Pricing was very fair, being neither the cheapest nor most expensive, but representative of the quality service. This company came highly recommended to me and I’ll pass forward the recommendation here. Thanks Referred Roofing!

We had a great experience with the Referred Roofing team from start to finish… initial communication, in person estimating / bid, follow-up, scheduling and service. We are glad to have had this done, knowing it will help extend the life of our roof.

Contact was straight forward. Got an appointment quickly and the folks kept me up to speed with regular texts. Got notified of who would be doing the moss prevention spray and sure enough he showed up as planned. He was polite, efficient and professional. This is our second year (last years treatment worked as advertised) and we'll have them back next year for another moss prevention treatment.

We had the Bright Green Roof treatment and we want to thank Ben, the technician who did the work, for being on time, efficient and very nice. Thanks also to Jaffet, the owner, and Tammy in the office for your excellent customer service and support. This is a very reliable and responsive company.

Great service, work well done, and very good clean up after the work was completed. All workers involved were friendly, and were glad to answer questions or discuss any concerns. We would not hesitate to recommend Referred Roof to others needing roof, gutter or window cleaning services.

Excellent service and quality all around. I inquired about an estimate and was contacted back the same day. Travis the technician arrived on time, worked hard and did a great job.
The price was under 800, which I thought was a good price due to the square footage of my roof. I would definitely recommend these folks!

Referred Roof Cleaning and Exteriors deserves 10 stars!!!! I just had my home serviced, and I had great communication, and my roof looks incredible. The team is attentive to detail, customer focused, and they do fantastic work, highly recommend.

We use them on the properties we manage as well, they're amazing!

We got several bids for a roof cleaning.
Tyler at Referred came back in a couple days with a very reasonable price (the lowest in fact).
Wesley arrived exactly at the appointed time and did an excellent job. Quite the workout I might add.
And when Wesley left, the place looked better than when he arrived.
Roof clean. Gutters clean. Anti-moss solution applied. Excellent value and will let neighbors and friends know.

This company was great to work with! Jacob did a fantastic job. He worked hard, it was an all day project and took longer than he expected; he stayed late and got the job done. Top notch! We’ll be working w you again next year for maintenance. Thank you!

I was very pleased with the Referred roofing company. Their worker was extremely nice and did a really good job and I plan on using them next year. The company offers warranty and complete satisfaction guaranteed. Pricing was fair and the job got done quickly.

We really appreciate the work Referred roof cleaning performs. They do a great job every year and this year was no exception. Ben Filled up our recycle can, and when it was full, he bagged up the the rest for easy disposal. Our roof, gutters and grounds always are so clean when they leave.

I am writing to applaud this company - Referred Roof Cleaning and Exteriors! I called on a Saturday and after a gracious and helpful conversation with Tammi, I had an appointment the next Tuesday. Jacob arrived when expected and, after a walk around the house, got to work. Jacob was very polite, positive, professional, and let me know what (and how) he was going to do his job. Six hours later he was joined by another employee (I can't remember his name) who was equally skilled, polite, and professional. I felt impressed that this was a company whose employees work so well together and seemed to have each other's back. They worked another two hours and it was agreed that the last half of the driveway could wait for the next day. Trenton came the next afternoon - all smiles - and finished the job. I couldn't be more thrilled with the roof, patio, my RV pad, and driveway. ( I am new (3 years) to Oregon and the 'issue' of moss! ). The service and experience has been excellent! I highly recommend Referred Roof Cleaning and Exteriors!

Jacob showed up right on time and spent the entire day removing moss from the roof, cleaning the gutters and checking the downspouts. He even cleaned our skylights. Very pleased with the results.

We have a tile roof and many oak and fir trees around our property. For over 30 years, we cleaned and treated the roof for moss ourselves with excellent results. Prior to using Referred Roof Cleaning we hired another company and the moss treatment did not work. Referred Roof Cleaning removed the moss from our roof in August (excellent job) and in December we had them blow the leafs off and put on moss treatment. All the workers we've had have been respectful to our property, provided excellent service, communicated time of service, and left the area cleaned up. This is our go-to service and expect to have yearly service done. Very happy customer.

Very happy with the price; the service; the quick service. Recommended to other church members for their roofs. Would use again!

Did a great job removing years of moss off my tile roof. Also did a great job with clean up. Everyone was very professional & setting up a time to get my roof cleaned was very easy. I would highly recommend this company for roof cleaning.

We recently got our roof cleared of all moss, treated and the gutters cleaned. We were very happy with the results and the service men were very professional, on time, worked hard and cleaned all areas after they were done. They also inspected the roof, so we were reassured of its condition. We are getting put on their annual maintenance list, so we do not have to worry about it. We highly recommend them. Their price was also very competitive. Jerry C - West Salem

I have been looking for a company to do annual roof cleaning / maintenance on the roof at my residence. These guys are fantastic. Every one I spoke to or dealt with was very nice, professional and attentive to detail. The quote was below I had received from other companies. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend Referred Roof to others.
