We purchased a home with the intent of flipping after a couple of years. The roof was in desperate need of a cleaning so we called First Aid Roof Care and were pleasantly surprised to find out that this is a small family business. We were scheduled a bid, they came out the day of and actually within their window of time, gave us the bid and then called to schedule the job. They did make a mess but assured me they would clean it up and they did! While on the roof, Mark (owner), said that my shed was also covered in moss and tree branches and for a small additional charge he cleaned that for us as well. We are thankful for the fast and reliable service we received and have recommended to them to many friends in the area.

Met the owner Mark at one of the home improvement events and got his card. Called him and he came out the very next day and gave us a reasonable bid. Scheduled an appointment for about a month later (busy guy!) and he showed up first thing in the morning....did an amazing job....cleaned the entire site around the house, cleaned the gutters and checked all of the vents/skylights/etc for leaks or damage. Made sure the downspouts were clean and flowing as well. Super nice too, I highly recommend First Aid Roof Care and Mark.....hard to find a business this good these days.

I've used this company and Mark Sanders for several years to clean my roof and protect it from moss and am always pleased with the job. But I also appreciate his knowledge and advice when it comes to the status of the roof, the gutters and vents. And he always cleans up. He's been in the business for a long time. Highly recommend.

Mark was responsive when I first called him for a quote. I appreciated that he came when he said he would for both the quote and the cleaning. The roof looks much better now. A few days afterward, the gutters were not draining properly even though they were draining while he was cleaning the roof. I called him, and he came out the next day. He got the gutters draining again in after a few minutes.

I wish we had taken a before and after photo of our roof! Mark did an excellent job cleaning our roof; it looks like we replaced it instead of just cleaning it. They were timely, affordable, and conscientious in their work and cleanup. We will be using them for yearly maintenance going forward and we highly recommend them.

Second time I came to Refered Roof for a service on my roof. My main concern with my roof was to kill the moss that was originally up there and to keep it off. The White power that you use works great in doing that. Also Wesley did a great job this time around, was very efficient and professional.

The first staff left without finishing all the tasks. He missed several spots and ended up did not do the moss treatment. I called the owner. What I liked was that the owner took a quick response and scheduled me another make up treatment. The second staff did a better job. The only downside was that the tools were not functioning well. Maybe it needs some upgrades.

They detailed in writing what they were going to do and they did that and exceeded my expectations. Ben and Charley who did the work actually cared about the quality of work. The roof looks great. They also pointed out some issues that went beyond their scope of work but was greatly appreciated. Late in the day they worked really long and hard during the cleanup phase. Very impressed!

In my initial phone call, Jaffit proved extremely knowledgeable about cleaning our roof of moss & how to best keep it from coming back. Our service was just completed yesterday and the man who went up to do the work was on time, pleasant & kept me apprised of the situation. The work was completed in the expected amount of time, and I could hear him going through the various phases I had expected, that I had been told about on the phone. The property was left tidy, with debris blown down off the roof cleared away. We’re very pleased and have entered into a yearly maintenance contract.

I advise against engaging this company. Their assigned worker demonstrated significant inefficiencies, spending excessive time idling in their vehicle, resulting in incomplete roofing work within the scheduled timeframe. Furthermore, a two-week delay ensued before the job's completion. A substantial portion of the workday (over 10 hours) was dedicated solely to moss removal. Following project completion, the client was informed of a significant cost overrun exceeding the initial estimate. No prior notification of this price discrepancy was provided. This constitutes a deviation from accepted business practices.
