I called Bonn after watching them clean and treat my neighbor's roof which is a very steep 2 story house. The guys who worked on it were diligent, careful and clean up after the job was done. They were also careful not to get anything onto my property. After I called, Corey, came out to look over the roof. He did a great job of explaining what he saw and what he thought needed to be done. He did not "find" anything unexpected. He answered all the questions I had. After reviewing the estimate, I called the company the next day and Laura was very helpful in scheduling and asked if I had any further questions. On the day of the job the two young men arrived on time and again asked if I had any questions. They got to work and completed the job in a timely fashion and cleaned up around the entire house, though I didn't see much that needed it.
The next day, Corey came by again to check on how the job went and the company's owner called over the weekend to see if I had any questions. In summary, their communication was excellent, they did a great job and cleaned up after the job. I only had one other price on getting the job done and though Bonn was a little more the 2 bids were close and I'm glad I chose Bonn.

I highly recommend referred roof cleaning, Jacob did an excellent job on our roof. I felt like he went above and beyond trying to get our roof clean after years of moss accumulation. Prompt, courteous and professional.

I've owned 2 houses in Salem and am very pleased with this roofing maintenance company! I needed moss removed from the shady areas, debris removed from the gutter and zinc applied. The cost was the same as Jaffet's estimate. I would consider a yearly maintenance with this company as they did exactly what I needed and in a timely manner also. No surprises in the final invoice which is a game changer for me.

My house has a steep roof and I felt this company would do the best job cleaning the moss off my roof. Two men came out and worked all day, and got the moss off. They were very polite and hard workers. Sprayed roof with a citrus product, Moss Melt, to kill any small areas of moss that were left. I highly recommend this company.

Jacob was great. On time, discussed what he was going to do, asked if I had concerns. He performed the service thoroughly and literally cleaned our driveway, leaves and all. Very impressed with the service!!

He gave me some options to work with and gave me a price that was fair. My service person was Trenton, he was very professional, took care of the property, was informative and explained what would be done before & after. Was very pleased and appreciative with the service. The following day I received a phone call from the company asking how things went and if I was satisfied with the job. gr brothers showed up early, gave us a quote in a timely manner, we agreed to a price and they showed up on a later day to complete the job, when they showed up we anticipated the job would be half the day, low and behold they only took just shy of two hours, they cleaned up after them selves and even swept my driveway when they only worked on a small corner of it. 12 out of ten would recommend again.

GR Brothers Construction crew were courteous and kept me informed every step of the drilling/boring process. There is no sign of damage to my lawn, landscaping or driveway!
This project started with my complaint about the lack of communication from Comcast-Xfinity, Spectrum and GT Bros. Construction. Mario at GT Construction worked hard to remedy that, and did the best of all of them!

Not real happy, they were to lay a comcast/xfinity cable which they did but they didn't seal off the tube that the cable goes through so that means it will fill with water and can freeze. They also left my lawn torn up and didn't even try to fix it eventhough restoration of was checked on the xfinity door notice. I filed a complaint with xfinity and representative will be out to look at damages left behind, at least that's what I was told by xfinity. But biggest thing i called the this office around 3 ish and it went straight to voice-mail who knows if I'll get a return call. and if they deny anything we do have a picture of what it looked like before, we took extra steps based on the other review on here. Overall extremely poor work xfinity needs to find a better company

Xfinity contracts with this company and as such, they were working on my utility easement property. They left the utility box open with some wires cut, others leading nowhere and now a neighbor has a cable line running across the backyard above ground. Numerous attempts to contact the company, as encouraged by the door hanger which has minimal information. No one has replied, going on two weeks. Reported them to Xfinity today, who promise to look into it as their records note the work was completed.

Very friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. They did the job very quickly and efficiently. The operator is a great guy and a true professional.

One star for safe drivers, when driving down I5 the activities of the people driving your vehicles represents your company. 70+ passing on the inside lane in a construction zone with a 55mph speed limit. Left lane also super wide open if speeding in the construction zone is needed.. respect your fellow construction workers.
