We have an Airbnb in Aurora and had some stains in the carpet. I called several companies to clean the carpets and they were booked out. I called The Masterful carpet cleaning and they said they could do it today which was amazing. They not only came the same day, but arrived early and did an amazing job. Very professional, and courteous. I owned my own floor cleaning company and I am very meticulous about cleaning, and they went above and beyond. I am very impressed and I hope people actually read this review because if you want your carpets cleaned professionally, then call The Masterful Carpet cleaning.

This Father Son Team is what I love most about American Small Business.. they were the BEST carpet cleaning company we have ever used, attention to every detail, extensive and expanded cleaning process like no one else I have used before, great fair price, and incredible attitude and professionalism.. they were absolutely 10/10. I think it was Randy who cleaned my carpet today.
At first he had trouble finding a spigot to connect to, but he found one.
He did an amazing job. I’m very pleased with how things turned out.
I was originally quoted $156 for the work, but was charged $200
I was told the difference was the fact that my apartment is on the third floor.
I am very happy with the results, but $200 for a small 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment seems a lot.
But thanks again for doing a good job.

Jose, the business's owner, was the hardworking gentleman who provided the cleaning for my home today. He did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets and a rug. He was careful with the walls and flooring and his work was top quality.

I definitely recommend this company. Great communication, great customer service, excellent work, and very punctual.

Excellent service! Very friendly and professional. The gentleman who came to my home was efficient and did a very nice job on all my carpets! Very impressed with trying this new company! Had 3 rooms done, hallway and stairs and a small living room job! Carpets are wet so didn’t go upstairs to take pics but I’m sure the carpets look great up there! Thank you!

Junction City resident: We changed cleaners because last guys broke a mirror and didn't say anything. What they didn't know is that I probably would have shrugged it off. They kept us informed including when they were on their way. They have a
Eugene van that serviced our area. The tech was polite, respectful and cordial. He looked over the job to make sure neither of us were surprised of what we were getting into. He got 'er done and it looked good. I waited to review to make sure the dried carpet still looked good. I'd say he did a better job than the other guys. Looks great! Used one of those vans that has a self-contained gas unit to power the extraction. Good job! CP

I had contacted masterful Carpet Cleaning with a tight schedule and short turn around. Not only were they able to accommodate my schedule, but they overcame multiple challenges (parking issues, hose length, etc.) to get the job done.

The carpet in my mom‘s condo, that we are listing for sale this week, is original to the house (25+ years old) and had pet stains on it from years ago—they got it all out and the carpet looks brand new…I could not be more pleased with the result!

I can’t say enough good things about this carpet cleaning service! From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and super impressive. Randy showed up on time, was incredibly friendly, and explained everything he was doing. He tackled some really tough stains I thought would never come out—and made my boucle couch look (and smell) brand new again!

I have pets, and he was able to remove all the fur, odors, and mystery spots I’d given up on. The whole house feels fresher and cleaner, and it made a huge difference in how cozy and inviting everything feels. He was quick, efficient, and left zero mess behind.

Highly recommend this company if you want top-quality service with excellent results. I’ll definitely be using them again!

Great job. The service person, Sam was really conscientious. He didn’t just do the job. He did a really great job and you could see it while he was working.
I had both the couch, a recliner and my carpeting cleaned and my house looks so much better

The organization scheduled me let me quickly. Talked about what we were gonna do asked for pictures so they knew what was expected. What was the worst and gave me a reasonable cost for their services

I had a great experience from start to finish. The guy who came out was super friendly, professional, and really helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explain the process, which I really appreciated. He worked quickly and made sure everything was done right.

He finished the whole job in under 2 hours, which was way faster than I expected. The carpets look so much better now. They are fresh, clean, and like new. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about providing great service.

Overall it was an awesome experience. Fast, professional, and easy to work with. I will definitely be calling them again

Hall and one room cleaned. Technician Chris called and was running early and that was good with me. We did a walkthrough and he got to work -only took about 50 minutes. No add on services were pressured. I paid ($156) what I was quoted (plus a tip for Chris. He was presentable, nice, spoke clearly and didn’t break or mess up anything.).

This was my first time using Masterful Carpet Cleaning. We are moving in soon so I scheduled a one room carpet cleaning on Thursday for the following Monday. Communication regarding the time of arrival was exemplary. He arrived right on time and completed the cleaning within an hour. I will be calling again next month to clean the carpet of the home I am moving out of. Definitely recommend.
