Ace Pressure Washing did a great job cleaning my log house. Elijah and Issac were friendly and helpful moving what I couldn’t and replacing everything back when done. Great job!

Roof cleaned and treated, house washed, results were as expected and explained per the estimate. This was our first experience with this type of service and we are happy with the work.

Aaron and Elijah were great to work with. They each were eager to get the job right for us, and that is exactly what happened, done in a timely manner while exceeding expectations in terms of the finished look.

They showed up and were here for a few hours working. They even hand broomed my cedar lined patio roof as I wasn’t that as part of the clean process. I felt they were detail oriented and did exactly exactly what he said he would. When we did a walk around he explained what I could expect and what soft washing would not do. Very upfront. I liked that. Did not promise anything he could deliver. Very competitive bid and able to schedule work within less than a week. Would hire again.

We were able to get Ace scheduled quickly. We have solar panels that had collected dirt and tree sap. The Ace tech was able to clean the panels really well which will improve the power generating efficiency. We will use Ace again.

I had them power wash my metal roof and my vinyl siding. Both glisten like new again! I’m having them come back in dryer weather to clean and reseal my driveway and sidewalks.

George came out and gave us a quote months in advance. Once our board approved the quote they were able to get us scheduled within a week. Before completing the job George came back out and did a walk through to make sure everything was completed.

Excellent results. Washed gutters look fresh and clean. Checking downspouts’ flow adds peace of mind. Removing debris is also appreciated. Very well done

Chris Beltran sent me the link to Green Wash. I sent an email to over 20 of my friends and sent a copy to Chris Beltran. I had a new roof, siding and windows installed on my house in 2012. Chris has made my remodel look new again. My concrete was installed in 1985. It now looks 20 years younger.
One observation-my house key 🔑 wouldn’t slide into my garage door lock until I squirted WD 40 into the lock- so I treated all my door locks with WD40 and that solved the problem jw

Unable to make contact with them. Voice-mail full and no response to message through Nextdoor so moved on to another company.

The cost was so much less than another bid I got, I wondered if the quality of service would be there—and it was!

I'm very happy with the service and quality of work that the curb appeal guys did cleaning and treating my very moss covered and very steep roof. All the gutters and surrounding ground areas were also throughly cleaned. I will definitely call them back for the next cleaning.
