Patrick is a real find!! Roof is now in better shape, though it is due for replacement soon. He identified a major problem and repaired . The washed house looks new!! Pricing was very reasonable, too. Thanks, Patrick. You're on my routine maintenance list!

Patrick got back to me really quickly when I first reached out and let me know that he was in a busy period but would get back to me when he had the time. My home insurance was on me to clean my roof and I’ve had experiences in the past, where I didn’t think I’d hear back again.

Fast forward a little over a month and he circled back! Luck have it, it was the day that my insurance told me that the roof cleaning I had rushed to get with another company wasn’t good enough. Patrick was extremely helpful, thorough, and very reasonably priced. He took pictures of the finished results and included the reasons why there may be some dead moss remaining. Insurance finally accepted it!

I’ll be using On Top Home Services moving forward for all roof cleaning, exterior house cleaning, power washing, etc.

Patrick of On Top Home Services did some absolutely top notch work on repairing some areas of my roof that needed patching and repair.The work that he did was very conscientious and thorough and above and beyond what I had expected. As well as being a very personable individual, he was timely and dependable and professional, and he also charged quite a reasonable rate for the amount of work that he did.

Patrick did an amazing job cleaning A LOT of moss and debris off of our house and shed roofs (and gutters, and even our siding)! Very personable and professional! The clean up was excellent... we has a lot of build up on the roof and gutters and they clean it all! They were very mindful of where the debris landed, and even move and rinsed our kayaks because they were getting hit with crud. A delivery guy even asked about the service and cost while the guys were up on the roof. Great work gets noticed! I strongly recommend Gehring Softwash!

My first contact with Gehring Softwash was with a gentleman named John as he was leaving a neighbor's house after a roof cleaning job. After a short, pleasant conversation, I decided to get an estimate to clean our roof. The next day, Kevin contacted me, came out, walked around the house and explained thoroughly the softwash process they use, and gave me a written estimate with several options before he left. The professionalism, friendliness and explanation without sales pressure was the reason I decided to hire them to clean our roof and siding. Corey arrived the next day and began cleaning the roof, gutters. downspouts and siding. At the end of the day, other crew members joined in the clean-up, which was exceptional; bagging up the moss and leaving our yard clean of debris. With a several other related services, I highly recommend them for your home maintenance needs.
