Booked with Grant. Was lovely. Met with Jessie who did my estimate. Colin did the soft wash and gutter brightening. I inspected the work and it was very much subpar. Texted and Grant admitted that they failed to give me all the warnings of effects of my siding with their chemicals and process of cleaning because of a new hire. Yet nothing was offered to remedy the situation. Just a recognition of fault. Extremely disappointing and I’ve now paid $1200 for shiny gutters and a house that looks dirtier than it did before the soft wash. $1200 I could have put towards power wash and repainting the house. Extremely disappointing with little remorse for their faults.

I recognize I have an older home - and all the things that come with that. It’s the fact that there was zero warning or education of the effects that their process would have on my siding and house. And that’s just bad business.

We received the gutter/down spot cleaning, roof spray/moss treatment, and gutter exterior cleaning services. The service was quick, but thorough. Everything was explained well, and the cleanup was exceptional.

Everyone at Gehring is top notch! Their customer service was huge as I messed up scheduling them and another contractor on the same day. Even with Joseph on the way, they were willing to reschedule no questions asked. The roof looks great after the service was complete. Can’t recommend these guys enough!

Jesse was super! The house is dazzling clean. He and his helper got right to work, knew what to do immediately and performed each task very well. I couldn't be more pleased with the results.

Joseph serviced my home providing a very thorough cleaning and treatment to the roof. He spent several hours cleaning, far more than what was estimated. All the gutters were cleaned out and the water spouts were flushed clean. I am pleased with his services and I like that the company includes a 3 year warranty. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because they didn't instruct me to move patio furniture out of the way. I had no idea how much moss debris would fall down towards the ground. Joseph did a prtty good job cleaning up after, but the debris wasn't completely removed as it was in between the patior chair cushions. I didn't think to move my vehicle and a lot of debris fell onto it too. I just had it detailed. The company should have suggested me to move objects where debris would fall to help keep them clean. Overall, they did a great job for the price paid.

Great communication and very thorough work. They clearly explained what they did and what services they offer moving forward. The roof looks so much better.

I contacted them, they came out a few days later. Clean the roof and the gutters. Plus, they offer a 3 year warranty. Good job!

They came on time and were polite. They also gave me some feedback on the gutters condition. I was slightly bummed that all our shoes on the front porch got all wet, I would have removed them if I had known they were gonna get wet.

Technician Trevor came out today for moss removal and a softwash on our home. He arrived right on schedule, provided fantastic customer service, and did an outstanding job with both the removal and cleanup. The results were honestly better than I expected. Our home is sparkling again! Thank you for going above and beyond. Much appreciated, and I would highly recommend GEHRING Softwash to anyone looking to have their home serviced. Well worth the price! Gehring Softwash offers a great roof treatment service that cleans, beautifies, and extends the life of my roof. My roof is 12 years old and NOW looks as fresh like the first day it was installed. The 2-man team prepped my yard, covered plants, swept and blew and roof debris from roof and gutters. Great job!

The Gehring team worked quickly, efficiently, and very professionally in clearing our huge driveway and sidewalk area of at least 6 or 7 years of built-up moss. They made our house look so much better.

You know somebody is being thorough when you reach the point where you tell them they’ve gone far beyond what your expectations were for the job and the cleanup! John was absolutely meticulous doing the work and the cleanup. I honestly believe our property hasn’t looked this clean since the house was built over two decades ago. There’s not many people out there nowadays, who truly take an approach to their work as if they’re performing it on their own home, John is a rare breed! This service will extend the life on our roof for a couple of years and our house looks like it was just painted now, bestmoney we’ve spent all year! I can’t recommend these guys highly enough, especially John the general manager, who stands by his work in a way you don’t see very often anymore.
