Had the guys come up again to bid another job. My Dad has had them cut at his place several times and they've cut on the Hill at least 3 times. So we trusted the skillset of the crew. This time they showed up late to bid a job. Not a huge deal, but after the deal was settled my Dad pointed out how they didn't buck the tree from before. So he asked if they'd do that and the two went to it. My Dad payed them a couple hundred for bucking up the downed tree. Cool.
No NOT cool. Yesterday I went out to pick up the rounds to split and see they only bucked up the small branch sections and left the heart of the tree in two long sections. Job WAS NOT completed. An experienced crew that's done as much work as they have for us shouldn't need to have their hands held and be babysat.

The crew from OG came up to the Hill the day after bidding the job, showed up EXACTLY on time, cut quite a few big trees and they kept on it, got the entire job done in one day and did superb work. Thanks again👍👍

These guys helped me remove a tree that was in a complicated spot on my property but they were able to remove it without damaging my house, shed or the fence I would highly recommend them

Excellent service. Did a great job. I had a difficult Arborvitae mess on a property line. After cutting back exactly as I’d asked, I was asked to make sure it was just how I wanted it. Both Oscar and Salvador were very friendly and considerate.

Oscar and his crew removed a very old tree that was in between our house and our fence. The area had zero room for error because one small error could land the tree on our home or our fence. He and his team were spot on and removed the tree with skilled expertise!! I am beyond grateful for the excellent service they provided. I will be calling them in the future for more removals ! Oscar and his team did a great job for us, and was a pleasure to work with. He was prompt and punctual in providing a quote and doing the work. We needed to fell a tree that was tricky because of its proximity to structures and other landscaping. Oscar's skill and knowledge was clear to see, he is a professional in all aspects of the job. Terrific service, professional and courteous. Trimmed up a huge horse chestnut tree that had some big scary branches that needed to go. Very reasonably priced and cleaned up all debris in my yard and my neighbors place too.

Took a few days to respond to emails to set up appointment.... which not only did they not show up for but never even called. Needless to say we won't be using their services.

UPDATE: In response to "The owner's" message after the review was left.... Spam? Really? So your response to an honest review about your company's professionalism isn't met with even so much as a small apology (which from reading another recent review, sounds like that's not uncommon) but an attack and denial, claiming lies and spam? Not professional... at all.

Not only would I never use my full/real name on a google account for privacy reasons, but my husband made the appointment so it would have been under his name. A little presumptuous much to assume a google name would be the specific name of the appointment? My husband and I had no further contact with your company other than an email exchange setting up the appointment.

We made an appointment with you guys to come out to our home outside of Salem the end of this September (I guess it should have been a clue when it took days for someone in our office to answer our emails). I MOVED MY SCHEDULE around with my full time job and my son's daycare to be here so you guys could come give your estimate. After not showing up with not even so much as a courtesy call before or after, you're going to lie and claim this review is spam? How shameful. I really do hope others see this and don't waste their time with your unprofessional company. I would also hope that you would take this opportunity to improve your organization a little more so you don't lose anymore business in the future from your poor customer service practices.

We had a most satisfying experience with Jason and his apprentice, Chris on our overgrown property. They addressed a mature overhanging Maple, a crowded Japanese Maple and a prominent Oak. Their work on other shrubs and trees that had gotten out of hand has our property looking so much better. We found their service artful, careful, collaborative and fairly priced. I recommend them unreservedly.

So unfortunate - this company just finished trimming a tree in my neighbors yard in South Salem. The tree is leaning excessively over the roof of my home. They left debris in my backyard and even left cut branches on the utility lines. Not nice. To make matters worse the owner of this tree service business challenged me on my concerns of the leaning tree and debris. He first did so while in the tree and then came to my front door. He suggested I was just looking for someone to sue. I just want people to feel less entitled to take advantage of others. He thought I should offer to help pay for trimming of the branches extending out over my yard and patio. Where is the fairness?

If you are going to cut a vehicle off, while you are driving a truck hauling a chipper, then proceed to cut across two lanes of traffic on the salem bridge during rush hour traffic, maybe you try driving like that WITHOUT your business name on the side of the truck?

Steve is a great guy, new equipment, he has been at it for decades. Give him a call.

Excellent experience. We had a very large, dying gree that needed to go. Service was excellent, fast, and reasonably priced!

Had grandsons with. Jason or server went above and beyond.
The do need a hoppier IPA out of the taps.
Food was very good.
