Team #1, Patricia, Yolanda, and Lupita, are extremely thorough, make sure to complete any special requests, do the little extras that let you know they care and always show up with a smile! I've been using The Maids for a monthly cleaning for about 6 months now. I am very pleased with their work and the fee I am charged for it. The teams are friendly fast and efficient. Today I had team #5, Brenda, Rosa and Simona. They did a fabulous job as usual!

My husband and I just moved to Salem from Maryland. We purchased a new home which needed a thorough cleaning. It was a model home and after sitting empty for over a year and, some recent construction, it was in need of a deep cleaning. Team #4 Lorena, Lucy and Rosalinda arrived right on time. They were so friendly and upbeat. They were very willing to do whatever I asked of them. In less than 4 hours the house looked amazing ~ it just sparkled! I am so relieved that I found The Maids. The house is now ready for our furniture and all household belongings to arrive. I plan to use The maids on an ongoing basis every other week. Thank you Team #4. :-)

We moved to Salem at the end of August and used The Maids for the fist time to do post construction cleaning. They did such a fabulous job that we decided to hire The Maids for regular cleaning every two weeks. I continue to be impressed with their timeliness, efficiency, friendliness and thoroughness in the work that they do. Today we had Team 5 Bianca, Amilcar and Rosa today. The house just sparkled after they were finished. They clean items that my previous Maryland house cleaners didn’t do. For example, I have antique Japanese wood carving on my wall. They dusted it with a dry paint brush ~ which is what I would do and did do in the past because my previous cleaners didn’t do that. They were thorough and paid attention to detail. Overall, we are extremely happy with the quality of the work of The Maids team. Thank you again Team #5

Team #4 was here today (Gaby, Elsi and Teresa). What a delightful team. They worked very hard and were extremely efficient. I wanted the house ready for Thanksgiving and they ensured that everything was cleaned to our satisfaction. It was clean, fresh and beautiful! I am so impressed that they even vacumn the furniture & lift the cushions. The Maids of Salem are a "preferred house cleaning" company for a reason. I have been extremely satisfied each time they come to our home. Thank you again Team #4 Great Job~ have a Happy Thanksgiving!! I appreciate all that you do.

We’ve been using The Maids of Salem since moving to Salem over a year ago, and they continue to impress us every single visit. Their teams are consistently friendly — always arriving with big smiles — and they work efficiently while still delivering a spotless, detail-oriented clean every time.

Today we had Team #6 (Rana, Milka, and Lucia ~ they were wonderful! Cheerful when they arrived, they got right to work and did a fantastic job throughout the house. We couldn’t be happier with their professionalism, consistency, and the care they put into their work.

Everything is sparkling! It looks incredible! I asked for a deep clean of my kitchen cabinet doors and they’ve never looked so clean! Ask for Team 3! Hard workers, fast, thorough, and so sweet and kind!

Im giving three stars because they did okay. For a deep clean and the price i think they missed some things (like not dusting baseboards) Overall they were very quick, nice to work with and definitely cleaned most areas great.

Needed there help after a car accident and they helped, I probably wouldn’t hire again because it’s just not the level of work my house needs. I could use some more attention to detail but they were efficient fast and helpful and I got what I paid for. However scheduling online was confusing and I chose the highest package available but i think I should have called and ordered it so I could clarified what they would be doing exactly and that’s my bad.

T#3 was amazing. They did a great job, definitely worth the money. Thank you 🙏

We were very fortunate to have Isobel, Blanca and Fabiola be able to help us at such a short notice. This team did an amazing job. We were trying to get a home ready for professional photographer to come in to take pictures. They advised they wanted to do it this week, so we called up The Maids, and asked if there was anyway they could accommodate such a short notice. I was told let them check and they would get back in touch with me. Not only did they call back, but I received an email appointment notice and a text when they were on their way. I will definitely be using their services again!

T4 Gaby, Rosa, Sonia did AMAZING! I am so grateful. My bathrooms looked brand new. They paid close attention to detail which I appreciate very much! And the countertops felt so clean and smooth. Everything sparkled. Thank you, T4!

Blanca, Marisela, and Luisa did an amazing job deep cleaning a duplex that had been occupied for over a decade. My husband and I were both amazed it could look so good. We had been overwhelmed at the prospect of turning it over to new tenants in a couple of weeks. Thanks to these hard working ladies, we are on our way there.

Gaby, Sonia and Rosa came on short notice. Though this was a scheduled cleaning, there was a glitch in the scheduling. Nonetheless they were here within an hour and had the house spick and span in about an hour. We have several pieces of mission furniture, and they cleaned and dusted even hard to get at spots. They were in an out in an hour. They work well as a team and we do recommend them. A hour for a three bedroom house with no evidence of haste or overlooked nooks and crannies - well worth it.

The maids did a wonderful job! LuPita, Patricia, Simona, and Editn cleaned everything so well. My place has never looked this clean before. I’m really impressed and thankful for their hard work!

Team 3, Victoria, Tere, and Juana did a fantastic job. I have a little one and the deeper cleaning has gotten away from me, and they did a really thorough job and reset my house, getting bathrooms, kitchen, and bedrooms in great shape. Thank you!

Brenda, Milka, and Tere R. did an EXCELLENT job deep cleaning our home today. The house looks great, from floors to kitchen to bathrooms, and these ladies were extremely professional and hardworking, very detail-oriented. We definitely recommend this fantastic team for a deep cleaning service.
