After pausing for so long due to Covid, it was GREAT to have the girls back cleaning. Got a fantastic clean! I'm not going to identify my team by name here, because I don't want them to get too busy for me. But I will tell you that I highly recommend them!

The crew arrived on time, went to work and did a great job. They were friendly and informative, answered all my questions. I am more than pleased with their work and will definitely hire them on a regular basis.

It was easy to schedule and everyone was professional and informative. Allan loved the ladies who came to clean his apartment and kept raving about how good it looks now. Thank you for exceeding my expectations!

For a while now Graciela has been our merry maid. She is amazing. She is really friendly and great around kids. "She is the best at cleaning" says my 8-year old son.

Was really good overall. First house cleaners ive hired. They said two cleaners would show but there were three, so hope the price is the same. They were polite and friendly.

They didnt miss anything that i asked for, which is good. They were fast, doing a large house in about 3 hrs.

My only gripe is one of them stepped on a bath mat with bleach on their shoes and ruined it. Small price to pay just annoying.

Very friendly staff and management however, their work was disappointing. We asked them to focus on the kitchen and bathrooms in our "fixer upper" so we could focus on other work the house needed when we moved in. All floors had dust/debris pushed beneath the cabinets and it looked like they forgot to clean inside of the cabinets and drawers (all were empty and would've have been relatively easy to clean). The attached pictures are just a few examples of how they left all areas we asked them to pay special attention to. Management offered to have the team come out again but we opted for, and were given, a full refund instead.

[Service, Price, Timeliness, Cleaning Team] Wonderful to have the team back after months of us staying alone and trying to keep up. Felt safety protocols worked well, the team so pleasant and professional. And finally a truly clean house again.

Update: we called Merry Maids again after they replied to this review and the staff was very apologetic. They gave us an agreed upon refund and a credit on our next cleaning. The staff who did our cleaning is no longer with them. We are satisfied with the settlement and appreciate their effort to make things good!
My husband hired Merry Maids to do a deep cleaning of our home as a surprise to me. We always perform our own general cleaning. They were not asked to clean the two dirtiest rooms in our home. We were VERY DISSAPPOINTED in the job they did! It was not a deep cleaning at all - they basically just dusted what they could see and mopped the floors. They missed multiple places in their dusting and didn't even clean under the furniture - that's what we hired them to do! My husband called to complain and they said they couldn't send anyone over to check the work, but would give us half off our next cleaning. Why would we want to pay again - they already charged us $325 for doing almost nothing! We will never hire them again!

They were very professional, friendly, and confirmed with me what was to be done regarding the cleaning. They were very thorough in their cleaning. They arrived on time and our home looked shiney and bright.
I would not hesitate to use them again.

My experience with Merry Maids have been extremely positive. My two young ladies are extremely hard working and efficient. When the job is done my house sparkles and smells wonderful. At times they make an extra effort in certain hard to clean areas. I love there positive attitudes about their work and their employer. My girls take good care of us and I love having them in my home. I never have to worry about a job well done.

We needed this home cleaned immediately (particularly the bathrooms and the kitchen) for the new tenants. Merry Maids made it happen beautifully and did an amazing job! The Merry Maids of Salem cleaned our 2-story (plus basement) house in March from top to bottom after we moved out to prepare it to be sold. They did a spectacular job and it was so clean!! I was very impressed and pleased with the job they did. I highly recommend them. 👍👍

These cleaners do a consistent and great job every week. They are quiet, quick, and professional.

We have been using Merry Maids for 8 months. They cleaned our house, that was left in a gross shape by the previous owners, when we moved in. They did such a great job, we hired them for bi-weekly cleaning and have been very satisfied since.

COMPANY WITH NO INTEGRITY. My team was nice enough, but arrived nearly two hours later than the specific time that I was given, and now I am about to pay $350 for a partial kitchen & partial bathroom cleaning. 😭 Seems a bit steep, no?! I have included pictures from right after they left. There is a time stamp I can show on my phone if you need me to. The only things we can tell were cleaned are the sinks, and the sliding door window. Literally everything else looks the same. I might as well have hired a babysitter, done a COMPLETE job by myself (in less time than it took two people....), and then made an extra car payment. Elon Musk himself would not pay $350 for what was done!
Edit: For weeks they have ignored my multiple phone calls during business hours. THEY HAVE STILL NOT CONTACTED ME A WHOLE SEASON LATER. I would like a full refund.

Martha and team have been amazing! We have 2 golden retrievers and 2 cats, so the hair and dirt can be overwhelming at times. They do such an amazing job cleaning and making our home beautiful and comfortable.

These guys do a great a thorough job.
