Used for Helping to resolve irrigation leaks. They were expensive and did not identify all the leaks (I later found these on my own). When I asked them to quote on adding a French drain system, they didn't want to come and look unless the project was above $10,000

I don't know if this company is disorganized or just disinterested in small projects. I have contacted them several times to apply a herbicide on my lawn. First they told me it was scheduled (it wasn't) and then they said they would call me back to schedule. That was several weeks ago, and still no phone call from them. I feel like they do want my business.

The company touts "Beauty" and "Environment", but some of their workers sure don't seem very committed. Tossing fried chicken bones out the window on State Street isn't very "beautiful", and don't see where it's doing the "environment" any good! I got the license number and called the office. Don't know if it will go any further than someone listening to my phone call though. I don't "hate" them, but I sure wouldn't use them now, if the employee driving the truck is any indication of "caring".

We recently had a major yard renovation completed by DeSantis Landscapes in Salem, including new paver sidewalks, new landscape lighting, a 3-stone bubbler fountain, a retrofit on our irrigation system and installation of a Wi-Fi controller. This company is outstanding, and the experience was positive from Day 1!!! Supervisor Luke Smith was wonderful, responsive to our desires but also giving creative ideas for additions and revisions. He is personable, professional and a terrific lead for projects. His irrigation crew of Junior and Braulio were fast, efficient and totally accurate in the zone design and system coverage. Junior worked overtime to make sure my system was hooked up to Wi-Fi and I understood the app and how to run the program. He is brilliant at his job! The paver crew of Jorge and Miguel were also excellent. They implemented our plan but also added special touches of their own to make our yard stand out. I think Jorge is a genius at what he does! The DeSantis crews also went above and beyond to make us happy, including fixing a downspout and getting new bark dust for the yard, neither of which was included in the contract. This is a company that really cares about the customer and takes pride in what they do! We are so pleased with Luke and his crews, and give them our highest recommendation possible! THANK YOU TO LUKE SMITH AND DESANTIS LANDSCAPES FOR A JOB WELL DONE!!!!!

From landscape design to installation of the watering system, pathway and plants, all quality work. Everyone from the landscape designer to the crew working on site were responsive, friendly and did great work. We're very happy with the finished project. The project seemed expensive, but this may be a case where we got what we paid for in a positive experience.

Our huge condo complex hired DeSantis to care for our grounds after some lengthy subpar service from another company. We are star struck at the care & attention, as well as the knowledge, that this company brings to us. Not only are we getting high quality service but top that off with fantastic quick communication and super friendly employees. I really can't say enough good things about these folks. We love them! Thanks DeSantis for being awesome.

In addition to providing ongoing maintenance services for us, Desantis recently built a water feature in our back yard, and we cannot say enough positive about the quality of their work or the commitment of their employees. The water feature is beautiful, and looks as if it just came out of the forest. They completed it in slightly less than the elapsed time they estimated, and the crew was both dedicated and friendly.

The maintenance services they provide have been excellent, and all work is coordinated by a very talented and skilled account manger. She is very responsive to all of our requests (which have been numerous this year) and she is very skilled at designing landscape revisions, and also managing the work of implementing those revisions so that it goes very smoothly and quickly.

In short, we would enthusiastically recommend DeSantis for design, construction, and maintenance.

DeSantis Landscapes has proven to be responsive and caring of their clients. More recently I’ve started working with Brandon whose one of their account managers. In this time I’ve witnessed a passionate and responsive account manager. He’s a great communicator and very proactive! I’m very appreciative of the relationship that’s being built. We had a guy come out to quote our retaining wall over a 5 weeks ago. We got up early at his request to meet for the inspection, to date we have heard nothing. I tried calling the office and it’s just an answering machine. Very disappointed in this company. They do work on our HOA ‘commons’. I will be recommending we get a different company. They obviously do not want our business.

We just bought an "old" new home, and the yard needed a lot of work. We contracted with DeSantis to come in and "gut" the lawn and start over. They completed their work in a very timely manner, and the end result is amazing - more than we had hoped for! Luke, the manager who ran the project is so good to work with, and the two landscapers - Jesse and Jorge - could not have been nicer, more professional, or more capable. If you need landscape repair or "re-do" for your home, you don't need to look any further than DeSantis Landscapes. I would have given them more than a "5" if that was available!

Last week Sandy who schedules the irrigation appointments, scheduled an appointment for 7:00 a.m. this morning 7/1/2024 for Cesar to come and look at my irrigation project. He was a no show!! I didn’t get a call from Cesar or anyone else from this company today! This is not the way to do business with a potential client! I tried calling the office a few times and it kept going to voice mail. I did leave a message this morning at 7:30, where’s Cesar! I would NOT recommend this company.

I have lived at Deer Creek Crossing Apts in West Salem for 10 years and the crew that maintains our landscaping are wonderful!! They are kind, polite and professional. Today it was raining so much and the Gentlemen did the work in the rain in rain gear and it was as beautiful when they were done as if it was on a warm sunny day. Never a complaint!.
