Gabe and Josh with Judson's have been working at our property the last month for a big water heater project, and they have been awesome. Having a vendor you can trust when you have occupied Apartments is huge. You've got two great guys working for ya and we loved having them. Professional, fast, and great communicators. We'd have them back on our property anytime!

Excellent service from every dept from the calls being answered, scheduling, service and billing. They are set up to receive payment online with credit cards with no additional credit card fee. While every other business says "we're busy, short staffed," etc. Judson's keeps delivering 5 star service at every turn. We've used them multiple times over many years. Service provided on this review was assisting us with a full bathroom remodel.

Had a water heater installed today and a shower control valve replaced last week. The crew was great. My third time using them and I highly recommend them to anyone.

We purchased an advanced air purification HVAC system, and it is amazing! We’ve had it for over five years and it helps so much with allergies. John and Kyle are wonderful to work with we hired Judsons for all of our HVAC plumbing and electrical work and we have been very pleased over the last 10 years! They go out of their way to provide outstanding customer service, and they are always honest, profesional’, punctual, careful and efficient. Their prices are also very fair and we like that we can trust them because they know our house and our plumbing heating and electrical system very well.

Juson's did outstanding team work and very professinal. There was slight glitch and the owner made it right with no hesitation. Not often does one see stand up character anymore. A welcome relief. I endorse Judson 100%.

When our old water heater started gushing all over the floor, I called these guys since they'd done good work for us in the past. Within 24 hours they installed a brand new water heater (a power vent gas type, not the easiest to find), and they also came back the same day to fix a faucet that coincidentally had clogged. The price was fair, they were responsive (both via email and phone) and on time, and professional and friendly. They re-used they original retention straps with no issues. I would definitely use them again!

Luke installed new circuit breakers and fixed two electrical issues with ease and worked very efficiently to get the job done as fast as possible. We highly recommend his service.

Judson’s was short on staff, and yet they didn’t want us to be without hot water for even one day. They were out to the house and from start to finish had a new hot water heater installed in no time at all. We’ve used them for years for plumbing and electrical… wouldn’t recommend anyone else. First class! I had a shower drain leak causing damage and called Judson’s. I received direction from Warren and quickly scheduled an appointment. Gabriel showed up and took care of the issue and made my plumbing issue painless. I highly recommend the care and professionalism I received!

We have had excellent in our home experience's with Judson’s plumbers and electricians . The plumber installed sinks and faucets in both bathroom. He was courteous and respectful of our home. We will do business with Judson’s again. I will never go to big box stores again .

I’m a community manager here in Salem, Josh imperatrice came and replaced a flange in one of our units. He did a wonderful job! Made sure the toilet was put on properly as well as did a great caulking job around the toilet. He has been here to do repairs for us before and he has always given great customer service as well as a great work ethic that we can truly count on! Thank you Josh for your help!

Judson's replaced my water heater, and I would definitely recommend them! Everyone I dealt with - front desk, sales and installer - were courteous, professional and efficient. I noticed that my water heater was leaking around 9 pm Thursday evening. I called the next morning, and they were at my house around 1:30 that afternoon! Josh drained and removed the old water heater, installed the new one, and tidied up after, all in about 2 hours. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient regarding my many questions. He went above and beyond! It was a pleasure to have him in my home!! I will use Judson's for any future plumbing needs.

My Dad used Judson's for more than 20 years, so when it was time for us to replace a couple of toilets and 4 outdoor faucets in a 50+ year-old house, Judson's was the first place I thought of. Our toilets are wall-mounts - unusual in most residential settings - so I wanted to make sure the plumbers knew what they were doing. From my initial discussions with Warren in the sales room to the job estimate in advance of ordering the toilets to completion of the installations, everyone was outstanding. They were pleasant and professional, and they went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with their work from beginning to end.
Judson's isn't the cheapest option out there, but I'm more than satisfied with the value of their products and their work. I'll definitely use them again in the future, and I enthusiastically recommend them for any jobs you might be in the process of planning.
