The entire group that came were very pleasant, cheerful, and willingly interacted with me. Before they started the work, they were very diligent in discussing precisely what they were going to do and made sure they did the work I needed and wanted. They sent a large group of plumbers and apprentices so they were able to get the house re-piped as quickly as practical. Done in less than a day. Not sure about the cost relative to what another company might charge as I didn’t secure any other bids but I feel like the quality of the work is top notch.

Fantastic service! The gentlemen that came to do the work were kind, knowledgeable, courteous. The job was done on time too. Even when the weather was awful, cold and rainy they finished on time.

Called Evergreen Plumbing on a Saturday and within an hour had a professional and knowledgeable service technician at my door! After reviewing the issue and offering solutions to fit my budget, Salvador went straight to work. The job was completed in short order, and there was no mess left behind. What an exceptional company. We have an 85-year-old home and the pipes finally gave out. Evergreen first replaced the sewer pipe leading to the septic tank. We liked them so much, we had them back to replace all of the pipes in the house. They did such a good job there, we had them back to install mini-split systems for the whole house. In all of my interactions over the past few months, I have been treated kindly with patience and respect. It’s one thing to do excellent work. It’s another to also provide outstanding customer service. Evergreen knocks it out of the park on both counts.

What can I say about Evergreen Plumbing?!?! I contacted them due to concerns about a leaking pipe in my dad’s house. They were so friendly and helpful from the first phone call. They sent someone to the house the next day who inspected under the house. Dad’s house is over 50 years old and had copper pipes-there were several issues that needed addressing. I am so impressed by their customer service; the manager himself came
to the house to do a complete walkthrough with me, taking time to thoroughly explain what his team would be doing.
Today the team showed up promptly on time and got immediately to work. Everyone was very professional and personable at the same time.
Huge shout out to Peter, Mason, Jaymeson, Max, Ryder, Daniel, Rich, Allen and John!! You guys worked together like a well-oiled machine, getting the job done in roughly 6-7 hours. Wow!! Everyone was very respectful of dad’s house; and did a great job cleaning everything up when the job was finished.
If I could, I’d give them a 10 star review! Highly recommended and we know who will be doing any future plumbing work for us!!

I was told by my meter reader that I had a leak somewhere so contacted Evergreen for the first time. A very personable young man, Jacob Harris responded, arriving on time to diagnose the problem. Jacob quickly determined that it was a toilet issue after thoroughly checking other options. He quoted me several different repair choices, understanding the fact that it's the holidays. I will absolutely contact Evergreen again if I find myself needing services they cover. Jacob Harris is a kind, thorough representative and a credit to your organization. As a person who worked in the business world for 50 years, I would respectfully suggest that Evergreen take good care of him. Great employees are very hard to find these days.

This was an amazing experience from start to finish. I called on Friday, they came on Monday because it wasn't an emergency. They worked with my schedule. Jacob showed up at my door did the job, inspected my plumbing and was in and out of here in less than a half an hour. I'm not going to say how much it cost because I don't want to ruin their reputation with the other companies -(plumbers) but it was nowhere near what the other guys charge. When you have to call a plumber to do even a small job it's terrifying because plumbers are expensive, they carry a lot of insurance, they go through a lot of training. At least that part wasn't a nightmare for me. You have to choose Evergreen, you will not be sorry!

Jacob did an amazing job. He gave me a wide variety of options and pricing and was very good at explaining what was going on. He was also great with all my animals wanting to be in his face, including my very large dog. I had just gotten off a 12 hour night shift and was super tired but he made everything easy and pleasant from the start.

My husband Don and I were very pleased with how Jeff explained everything, was helpful as we walked through our concerns and Expectation. Then Richard came in and did a walk through and was also very informative. Peter and his crew arrived on time introduce us to his crew Mason,Jason,Carson, Dan, Sal and Max. They familiarize themselves with a walk through with Don, then prepped the area with rugs and cleaned up the first day which was a lot of work done. The second day they returned knew what they were to do and started right in again. It was a big job our house had a complete repiping and water filtration system plus sewer lines. We are pleased with their work. Peter’s has a very tight crew that works well together and gave us the impression of not just a crew but a family style work ethic. Would highly recommend Evergreen Plumping.

Great service. Eric D. came to my house to do annual inspection. I had an awesome experience with him. He is very thorough and explained everything he did. Also provided recommendations to keep my plumbing systems running efficiently and replaced a valve that was starting to corrode. l definitely recommend using Evergreen and sign up for their yearly plan!

This professional crew is prompt and friendly. It almost makes you feel better about the brutally high rates charged along the way. Jacob, our technician was knowledgeable and helped us choose the right water heater for us. They were available next day and had excellent communication along the journey. At $2600/ hour in labor it feels like a steal for somebody.

Woke up with a leak dripping from the ceiling. Called these guys and within a few hours they were in and out. Gave me amplel service options which relieved a lot of pressure (no pun intended).

Called around to a few places, but landed on Evergreen Plumbing. Kaitlynn was courteous and understanding. She made the scheduling process a breeze.

Jeffrey B was the certified plumber they sent. He was experienced, friendly, efficient. He came in, took his measurements and photos, went to his work rig and pumped out a really easy to understand menu of options for us to choose from. I appreciated his professionalism.

My overall experience with the company was fantastic. I would highly recommend these guys!

Jeff was so professional and honest! I called this AM needed emergency service for our plumbing and they were at my door within 2 hours. He not only fixed the immediate problem we had but did a whole inspection of our pipes which included getting in our crawl space. He was very upfront about pricing for the visit and gave us a comprehensive look at what we needed (we live in a older home) in the future for the health of our home.. I would 10000% recommend Evergreen for any of your plumbing needs.

I had a failing mini split system in 3 of the seven rooms that needed replacing. I met with Jimmy and he and each of his team Warren, Christain , Frank, Kevin, Jack ordered everything I needed to do all 7 rooms in just a couple of days. The respect of my property was unbeatable! They were true professional's. I now have heat and air conditioning in each room and im warm for the winter. They also had Harris and his team available to do my electrical talk about amazing if you need them Talk to Evergreen they compliment each other very nicely. Hopefully I didn't miss anyone. Gosh they also cleaned up after each area they worked.
