I called A-1 this morning and was able to take the spot of a cancellation. The lady who answered and set my time was delightful. Juan and Saul clearly new what they were doing and made a good team. The job was done in a timely professional manner. Both were pleasant to work with. Thank you all for a great experience.

We contacted A-1 from an ad in local paper about 2 small plumbing jobs. Agreed to pay call out fee if quote by plumbers not acceptable. Plumbers arrived on time and provided quote after discussing the jobs. Quote was much more expensive than expected but we needed the repairs doing and did not want to pay the call out fee for nothing so approved the work. Work carried out professionally and successfully, completely satisfied with the work done. But - very expensive so would not use them again unless absolutely necessary.

They replaced my water line from the meter in less than half a day. Job well done

Wow. I had a list minute toilet shut off valve emergency and despite being booked out for the next few days, these guys made it happen. They were very kind, professional and reasonably priced. It was good enough that they had the best quote I could find, but the quality of their workmanship was awesome. After everything was said and done I had found out that our awesome tech, Juan, had actually come over after work to make sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend going with A-1 Plumbing.

The folks at A1 are top notch! I was informed with a text when my tech Juan Estrada was coming on the day of service along with a picture so I knew who to expect. Juan was professional and friendly, actively listened to my concerns, and completed his inspection to provide me with estimates for different repairs swiftly. All the work I decided to proceed with was completed same day, even the addition of completely replacing a Toilet. 10/10

Excellent customer service. It is a pleasure to find professionals who are also good communicators. Ken kept me in the loop during the entire process and the plumbers were just great at explaining what needed to be done to solve the existing problems. I won't hesitate to call A1 when I, once again, need plumbing help.

I had A1 come out to give me a quote on repiping my entire home. The receptionist Savannah is super nice and easy to talk to you. Very professional as well and detail oriented. I had Juan and Dillon come out to review my home and give me options on repiping. They were thorough and answered all of my questions. They also sent me all of the quotes so I had time to review them. Now I can budget for repiping and I really appreciate all their diligence and hard work!

My first experience with a plumber that was honest genuine and wants to make sure you are taken care of . I'm so pleased with everything please support their family business.

Our water heater began leaking profusely at the base. It was clear from the rusty water that it needed to be immediately replaced. I made various calls to businesses in our area to schedule the repairs. The earliest appointment I could get was one week out, but I found A-1 Plumbing and they managed to work me in the following morning. Their crew was a 10! Very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. We had hot water again in 2 1/2 hours. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone in need of the services they offer.

A-1 Plumbing is an amazing company! I've utilized their services on more than one occasion and they will continue to be my first call! Sheri and Jason in the office are so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Additionally, all of the technicians who have come to the house are absolutely second to none! They patiently answer my questions and take the time to explain the work they've done. The technicians, like the office staff, are also helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Recently had A1 come out to help me with what I felt like was impossible to fix. They showed up and listened to my plumbing troubles then found me the best estimate for my project. A1 stayed in contact with me to ensure I had all my questions answered. Since then the project has been completed. Their staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Work seems to be done correctly and only took a day to complete. I’m very thankful for the help I received from them.

The BEST ever & I've used several different businesses over the past 25 yrs. Kenn, Dillon & John are true blessings. Professional, explained everything & had my gas water heater installed in no time. They will always be my go to people. And their price couldn't be beaten. Love A-1 Plumbing!!!!! You guys rock.

They were able to get someone out to me the same day - on a holiday! The two gentleman that came out were kind, courteous, and explained everything that needed done. I thought I just had a leak but they explained how everything under my sink was not to code. They helped me take pictures and explained that if this was not called out in my inspection report (I’m a new homeowner) that I may be able to reach out to my inspector and their insurance would reimburse me. I would recommend them ten times over. Thank you!

Absolutely wonderful experience for my business, did a great job installing an ADA toilet and repairing our urinal. Carl is punctual and experienced. Will be using them again for sure.

A great experience with the visit from A-1 Plumbing. I had some unusual plumbing applications and found their knowledge, creativity, and detail to be just what was needed.
The estimate of cost came through very quickly. Possibly in an hour or so. I found the costs to be very fare to both A-1 and myself.
They were personable and professional as well as respectful and considerate.
No question who I will use for my current and future plumbing projects. I recommend A-1 Plumbing without reservation. Good people, including the office staff. Great company overall. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Beware when doing business here
A1 plumbing came out to do a repair at my mom‘s house and this is a follow up of our experience with them.
After talking with Carl, he said their company policy on their work is a one year warranty. Needless to say, the conversation was not fun, neither one of us were very nice, but Carl made it very clear that to many people have wasted his time with issues like this. Great customer relations is where your bread and butter is and his attitude is horrible.
Needless to say, he had to come back out check the dishwasher nothing was found. It wasn’t leaking. It was a big misunderstanding..
A1 was paid in full for the first job $840 so because of carls issue having to go 21 miles out of his way and clearly insisted that’s why he charged her an additional $362 full diagnostic fee and cost of trip.
My mother showed this man some gratitude because he was doing some work for her and let him bring his daughter into her house to be warm and comfortable instead of making her sit in his service van, and you would think he would reciprocate that to her but apparently not.

I did not dispute the $80 trip fee, but a full diagnostic fee when you were already obligated under your own policy for a one year warranty on repairs to come out. This is how you treat a good customer and charge her full price again because you’re angry shame on, you guys do better.

They suck . Charge a single mother for cleaning a drain out that they didn’t even finish they didn’t do one thing and then we’re charged $800. We’ll see him in court.

I called A-1 Plumbing to repair a leak under the house plus a couple of other plumbing issues per an inspection report from the future buyer. I was very pleased when they were able to come the next day.
Carl was prompt for the appointment and very efficient. He repaired the leak, took care of other issues, and wrote up a good report for the inspector. I thank you much and would highly recommend their services.

I am a licensed principal broker in Or. I contacted A-1 Plumbing to inquire about getting a quote for repairs that were called out in a home inspection report. I asked if someone could come out to evaluate the crawl space and they said yes. I told them specifically what we needed a professional to evaluate and asked their availability. They said they could go out same day. I booked the appointment and after providing all the contact information they said it would cost a small fee of $59. Hesitant, but I added my client to the phone call and my client was willing pay for it if it meant getting the information we needed. I received a call from the owner and I explained again what we needed. I told him we needed someone to go in to the crawlspace to provide us a quote for work that was found in our home inspection. We wanted someone to look at the drain lines as they were done incorrectly. He said he is on his way to the house. Upon arriving, he called me and said that unfortunately he is going to have to charge us $410 to enter the crawlspace. Frustrated, I asked why this was not conveyed when I spoke to the office nor did the owner explain this to me when I spoke to him. He seemed like he wanted to get off the phone quickly and said we miscommunicated and he is unable to perform the inspection until it was paid. Please be aware as they do not specify their service fees up front. I would not be calling them for a quote in the future.

Replaced water heater and a hose bib. Called at 8am, both jobs completed same day before 11am. Couldn't be happier with the work, very professional and friendly. The the best part was it felt like they were trying to fix my issues the way I wanted and it didn't feel like a sales call.

Jeff was was unable to pinpoint my leak but went under my house and took pictures of concerning areas. Gave me several options to address my issues. He was friendly, knowledgeable and I believe being as honest as possible with me.
