I requested a bid from numerous plumbers, and Proline could come to do the work that very day. So they were super responsive, and the worker was very nice...now the problem.

It cost me over $250 to fix an outdoor faucet, that if I had done my research better on how to fix it, I could have done it myself for $15.00.

If it were my company, I would have informed my customer, I do have to charge my service charge, but just do these easy steps, and I can save you $200.

That would have made me a repeat customer.

I would happily call Tyrone Miles of ProLine Plumbing again for any plumbing work. He showed up on time and listened as I went over the things I needed help with (install a new garbage disposal in my sink and repair the toilet). He then explained exactly what he would do and showed me an estimate of what it would cost. Then he installed my new garbage disposal and gave me tips on keeping it clean and in good working order. Then he replaced the broken fill valve in my toilet and it is now working perfectly. Payment went without a hitch and I had an invoice emailed to me instantly. The price was fair and reasonable for the amount of work done.

Customer service was outstanding from the 1st (real person) I spoke with. Tony was the service worker who came out and fixed everything quickly and efficiently. A big thank you and I will be using you again.

Tyrone and his apprentice (or assistant?), Kirkland, came by yesterday to figure out why we had a water stain on the ceiling of our basement bathroom. They quickly identified the problem and solution and fixed the issue right away. Tyrone was professional and polite ,and ensured the work they delivered was done right and tidily. I was so impressed. It's always stressful to have service providers in your home, but they were both fantastic and we were comfortable with them right away. 10/10 would recommend.

Tyrone was great to work with. He arrived 15 mins into the time window that Proline stated. He was super friendly and based on how quickly he fixed the issue, it's clear that he is very experienced. Tyrone and his apprentice did a drain line cleanout, and cut into old cast-iron piping to attach a new sink drain line; all in the matter of 2 hours. High quality work, and efficient. I'd recommend proline any day of the week, if you're looking for peace of mind with plumbing issues.

Prompt, GOOD service. I like the way they alert you via text about who is coming and can follow them on a map. The best part are the kind employees. From the office staff to the guys who came and did the work, everyone was helpful and nice. Chris and Dustin were efficient, knowledgeable, and really great to work with. I appreciated the way they took the time to explain what was going on but still worked quickly. I also like the way they documented the progress of the work and any additional issues for the future. This is a company I'd hire again for any plumbing needs around my house without hesitation.

Darren and his teammate showed up right on time. There was some miscommunication between what I thought I was told on the phone, vs the quoted price, but I appreciate that Darren really went out of his way to do the best for me that he could. As a disabled vet and a single dad, times are tough enough as it is, but who really plans for a sudden failure of an outside faucet. I really felt Darren was compassionate to my needs and did what he could to make things work for everybody. That customer service aspect alone is what makes me a repeat customer of any business.

The installation team let me know when they were on their way and arrived a little before the stated arrival time! They were very pleasant and professional in all aspects of their work. My project was rather involved and all the members of PROline I dealt with were wonderful to work with and went out of their way to help me. I have used this company in the past and their great service has stayed very consistent and pleasant to work with.

Our drain seal cracked and created a leak into our kitchen ceiling within 6 days before we headed out of town. Through our home warranty, Proline Plumbing reached out, come over the house, and diagnosed the issue. Their professionalism and know-how got to the heart of the matter immediately, which left an awesome impression on us.

Proline’s technician, Adam, was really nice and answered any questions we had from the issue at hand, what needed to be fixed, and how the work was getting done, especially in a short amount of time. Definitely would like to see Adam from Proline Plumbing & Sewer again if we have any other plumbing issues.

Tristan was very professional, friendly and answered all my questions. There's nothing better than a technician who is a professional and honest at the same time. I highly recommend him to anybody to work in their home or business. He was fast, efficient and corrected all the problems from previous bad plumbers work. Plus he had a great sense of humor.

From the get go these people were amazing. As soon as we called them we got a call back, and they always called back when they said they were, always answered the phone, and very professional. I would choose these people over anybody anyday especially these days you can't get ahold of anybody and you will never get a call back from anybody else if you call someone other than them. As soon as they came to the door I asked if they can put On booties because I had no vacuum for a week and they did not hesitate and said they would take their shoes off instead and come back with booties the 2nd time they came in the house . So every time they came in the house they wore covers over their shoes and were very respectful and there very kind, did their job the way they should and cleaned up their messes and did a neat job.. Thank you for amazing services and for being committed to your job and for always answering when we call you And for returning our calls. We appreciate you guys. Can't wait to use our gas line when its all done. They installed a new gas line for us.

Darren was very helpful and fixed all of my issues with my plumbing. He and his coworker were timely and explained everything to me. Would recommend their service.

Andre was pleasant, on-time, efficient and did a great job with our new kitchen faucet and disposal. Easy to schedule with a live person, had to adjust time same day and they did so pleasantly.

"Had to replace a 15 y.o. water heater that started leaking. After installing the new one, per the instructions in the booklet, we kept getting an error message. After calling the water heater company they recommended Proline. The techs arrived on time, were very professional, even when we got irritated due to a code violation on our part, making it so the tech could not check the alert warning. But he explained about the tank and helped us understand the issue we had and why the tank was working this morning without any alerts.". The code violation was that the earthquake straps were not installed on the tank.
To make service even better, (5 stars) would recommend that during the disclaimer, that a statement is added re: the earthquake straps needing to be in place or the tech will not be able to check and the customer (me) will be charged for the visit (ended up costing $ 140). Or a list of requirements be sent with the email re: the visit. My question was: 'Why should the earthquake straps need to be in place prior to making sure the new unit was working?' Doesn't make a lot of sense.
Like I said previously, the tech however was knowledgeable and remained pleasant and professional, but he did state that this was a common issue that they encountered.

Excellent service. Excellent communications, plumbers Adam and Dustin did an amazing job. Stayed until everything was done, continued to retest and make sure we had no additional gas leaks. We were able to open in a few days once the gas company turned on our gas. Excellent all the way around. Thank you so much Proline Plumbing.

Our Frigidaire has been acting up. It magically started working when Tristan came by to assess. Still, he was thorough in making sure the pump was draining the dishwasher. Additionally we went over new dishwasher options and quotes for installation and the real talk of chasing up replacement parts and fixes to a evident broken seal drip and a pump evidently on the out - versus buying a new dishwasher $$. They were very helpful, polite, and patient even though we weren't able to exactly replicate the problem we've been having for weeks when he got here. Thanks, Tristan!

Tristan was great! He arrived quickly for my emergency request re. an AO Smith hybrid heat pump water heater and calmed my frayed nerves with his professional manner. After diagnosing the problem and repairing/replacing several parts, he got the heater running again in an hour or so. What a relief!!
