His transparency and communication were top-notch, and I truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism. He did an excellent job fixing my washing machine and drainage pipes, and I truly couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend!!!

Darren, and his team were absolute pros!
I needed a really creative solution troubleshooting what was causing a leak from our main bathroom into our basement. It’s a tight space and hard to see. It was so encouraging for both of them to take their time and be patient… Darren was determined not to leave until we located the source of the problem… and we did!

It was nice to hear a couple suggestions on quickfix solutions that do not require a repair. We had basic water intrusion behind failing silicon Sealed corners.

Proline plumbing will definitely be my go to for plumbing needs!

I highly recommend Proline for your water heater repair needs!

Heat pump water heater from AOSmith failed after 5 months. Proline was able to replace a bad part and get the water heater running as expected within a week.

Adam and Dustin were extremely knowledgeable and completed their work in a very reasonable amount of time.

Great work! This was a big job that we needed done quickly. Adam is great to work with and very knowledgeable. They did the least amount of cutting when it came to sheet rock removal which makes repairs much easier. We will be using them again and I would recommend them to anyone!

Proline plumbing came to my house and andre? Was very friendly and efficient getting my drain unclogged. Even though it was getting late and could have rushed through so he could get home.
Wasnt sure what to expect since it was through a home warranty company which is giving us issues separately so I was hesitant after the last tech for another home issue was very substandard. And wasnt even the correct tech.
We discussed other minor plumbing issues that he recommended and I agree I want done if they are approve.
I'm hoping to hear from them with the exact plan in writing so I can confront the warranty company with the recommendations proline made.
And would be more than happy and at ease if proline does it.

Proline Plumbing went above-and-beyond in helping me with a plumbing emergency. They were able to send Andre over within a few hours of my call. He was friendly and knowledgeable and quickly replaced a broken angle stop valve that had turned a small project (replacing a bidet) into a potential disaster. He then made several recommendations for replacing other angle stops that were likely to start leaking soon. I quickly made another appointment with Proline. Tristan was sent for that project, and he was just as helpful and friendly as Andre. He worked efficiently to replace old parts with new ones that will keep the water flowing well for years to come. He also installed the new bidet that I was struggling with. It was completed to perfection! Proline will be my first call the next time I need a plumber.

Told them to find out why our toilet is constantly getting clogged up. To investigate, possibly take the toilet apart. All they did was auger it, which I do every other day. They did not want to go any further. For that we were charged $200. Next day it was back to the same old. Plus the woman on the phone was beyond rude demanding CC payment the same day when the Tech assured me we would be billed. Not a way to do business!

Jaun, and Matt did a great job. They were earlier then the appointment but did call ahead to get the okay. They were great about me adding basically a 2nd job for them to do. The pricing for the work was a bit of sticker shock. But I had them do the work anyway. I would definitely recommend A-1 and especially Jaun and Matt. They were both respectful and pleasant to work with. They answered our questions and seemed knowledgeable. The both seemed like they enjoyed what they do.

Appointment scheduled in advance and confirmed for between 8 and 10 AM. They called at 8;30 to tell me they had a service truck issue, but would be here asap. Crew showed up at 9:00, proceeded to quickly and efficiently install a new faucet on our kitchen sink. Tested with me present. Everything done just right; no mess for us to clean up, etc.

My wife heared a hissing noise when she opened the bedroom closet door, which sounded like it was coming from below the flooring in the crawl space. We have had a leak in that same placre before, so we called A-1 plumbing to ask when they could send someone out to fix the leak, to my amazement they siad they could have a plumber call round in 25 minutes. I don't know if it was exactly 25 minutes later, but there he was and in next to no time the leak was repaired. This was an amazing response by todays standards, and they should consider changing their name to A-1+. Thank you for a truly remarkable service.

This is 2nd time in 5 years that A-1 did service for me. I needed 4 plumbing items checked. Kyris & trainee gave me an estimate on water heater. Repaired faucet. Included toilet flap no charge. They were very knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant to have in my home. I would hire them back for sure.

Office staff was friendly and helpful. The guys called shortly before they arrived, sent a text with a picture of who would be here. They arrived right on time, went straight to work and took care of what was needed. They were friendly, competent and professional. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

We had a dishwasher fire and the firefighters unhooked the electrical for me. However, they didn’t unhook the water. I thought how hard could it be? The toxic fumes needed to be out of the house, so I tried. Lol. I had water everywhere! The valves under the sink were broken and I couldn’t just shut off the water to the dishwasher. I called A-1 and Kyris stopped by about an hour later and capped it off. He returned the next morning and replaced the valves, rebuilt the faucet and replaced the spray hose as well. Very helpful! He helped me shut off/turn on the water at the valve outside and he took the smelly dishwasher away! Would highly recommend!

We were very pleased with A1 Plumbing's service; The workers were very professional. The task was completed in no time and the lady of the house was totally amazed at how clean the area was when they departed. For any future plumbing that may arise you know we will be calling on A1 Plumbing
