Prompt service and installation of the water heater. The two servicemen who responded were friendly and courteous. A couple issues: the processing of my credit application was incorrect, my sink adjacent to the garage was not working following the install, which they did fix, but is now dripping and dirt and water were left around sink. Minimal issues overall. On a positive note, the water heater is amazing and we have endless hot water!

They charged a flat rate price to clear our sink which seemed a little high, but we were desperate. The plumber was here for about an hour and it was better when he left, but we discovered that when the dishwasher would run, it would drain really slow and fill up the sink. Called them twice about it, but they did not return either call. Would not recommend.

This is a great team of plumbers. I truly felt I was getting my plumbing problems solved, not only were they skilled and friendly but they gave me a great price.! Any future plumbing issues I will definitely give A-1 Plumbing a call...They made my day!

A-1 Plumbing answered the phone during business hours. We had an estimate visit within 2 days and work completed two days after that. Two other companies called with one able to do the work quickly but $1,000 more than A-1. Other company did not respond to request for call back. The two plumbers who came to do the work were professional, nice and worked with us to fully understand the unusual project scope. Finally, the billing office was available and provided the invoice I needed for tax purposes and scope verification for inspection. Five stars for the work, the people, the cost and the attitude at A-1 Plumbing.

The first time I used them, to replace a water heater, things could not have been better. The price quoted was the same as the bill, arrived when promised, etc. The only issues were they didn't shut off the electricity and ended up blowing out an outlet next to the water heater and drug the old water heater onto the lawn removing a portion of sod with it.

The second service call was HORRIBLE!
Communication was so bad it was frustrating. They kept giving me a window of time that the servicemen would be at the house, to clear the drain, then they wouldn't show up during that window of time! They either didn't show up at all or tried to perform the services two to four hours BEFORE that window. I think we re-scheduled five times. The bill was almost $100 more than quoted due to machines used to clear the drain.

Mr. Rooter came out first to see about fixing a leak in our water main, right next to the meter. They told me I had to replace the whole line because we had old galvinzed pipes. It would be $2500+ and it would take 3 days. Then they charged me $70 just for that.

A1 Plumbing came out the next day, both of the techs were super professional. They listened to my issue and after looking at the leak they told me my pipes were PVC, not galvanized, and the leak was maybe 6in back from the meter and they could fix it in a few hours. Which is exactly what they did and they showed me everything while they worked. Very upfront and honest guys. No hassling me, and no BS. They charged a fraction of what Mr. Rooter's tech wanted. I will never use Mr. Rooter again after that, what a rip off. But A1's service fee was only $40 and they took that off when they fixed my pipe.

Plumbers are expensive and I know that and others should also. Travis, the plumber, was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful and willing to help answer any questions I had. They were not trying to see how much money they could get out of me but trying to solve the problem in the most cost effective way. The staff on the phones was very helpful and worked things around to come out as soon as possible to fix our leak. I would very much recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber. You can also tell they care about their staff. It was great that they gave me a call to let me know exactly how long until he would be there also so I could be ready for them. Do wish that they would itemized how much everything is to get a better understanding of the price.

These people are great!! Our Tankless hot water heater started leaking and required us to shut down our only source of hot water. We have a tankless 220 AC heater. These folks came up with a replacement and had installed within 2 days,

Very much satisfied with the service. Since the beginning of the call, customer service was very helpful. Our assigned Plumber (Jose) was on time and ready to work, announced who he was and proceeded to his duties. Made sure to clean up after himself

We were able to take advantage of a same-morning cancellation to get our shower working again, and a new showerhead installed. I don't know the going rates for plumbers, but the price they gave us made sense for quick, expert service. They resolved our problem in the evaluation meeting.

They were extremely prompt in responding and coming out, provided good warning, and were quick to get to work and get the work finished and the work was very well done. Person on the phone was pleasant, seemed genuinely wanting to help, and was informative and clear.

Only negatives were the price for what was done seemed expensive, although the promptness mostly made it worth it. Also the two workers were not wearing masks or anything of the like and had a habit of standing close to talk when not needed, normally not a problem but concerns with COVID19

The people who answer the phone and make the appointments are so understanding and helpful. I was made to feel important and had 2 follow up calls to enusre appointment timing was still ok, even after being told the plumbers were running behind at a previous customer. Frank and Juan were so friendly and very good with their knowledge and skills. They were professional and even good about showing me my damaged pipes they cut out and replaced and explained how the repair parts work. I would use them again and recommend them.
I got the impression they are small and family owned, not sure if they are, but they made me feel that way.

Kitchen sink backed up for 2 days…A1 showed up and within an hour my sink was free and new pipes under the sink. Kyris and Michael were very professional and a joy to have in my home! I highly recommend! They squeezed me in on a full morning.

I did not hire. I had a busted pipe and have had similar work done before so I had an idea of what the job should cost+/_. Their estimate was more than twice what my last similar repair was. Not sure how they calculated. Got to pay them $49.00 for the call. Got a different company out the same day and their final bill was about a 1/3 of A-1's estimate.

Moral of the story is shop around. A-1 did have someone out there the very next day and they did say what it would cost to just come out and said payment was due right away if hired. I guess that's all good info to have. Thought I would give them a shot based on their rating but I'll skip them altogether next time.

We hired A-1 to video scope the sewer line of a house we are about to purchase. Juan was on time and very professional and friendly. I received text and email updates about my appointment, as well as a phone call from Juan as he was on route to our site!

He was quick and gave a great thorough report on what he discovered in the scope.

My only reason for giving 4 stars is the additional fee(s) for having to scope through the roof vent were a bit unexpected and higher than the cost range discussed with me on initial phone call. I would still very much recommend A-1, and the fee was worth my peace-of- mind having the inspection done!

Called to have an inspection done on a bathroom. They were out the next day and completed the inspection in a timely manner. Walter was friendly and nice to work with. I will recommend their services and use them in the future.

A-1 came out quickly to take care of our plumbing issue. Plumbers were knowledgable and took care to inform us of their process along the way. They are on our to call list for future plumbing concerns.

A-! plumbing responded quickly when the main water line on our 100 year old farmhouse burst. Juan and Carlos arrived on time to evaluate the job and offer a bid. They were very knowledgable, friendly and communicated clearly. They were honest, explained my options and offered a very reasonable price. Their timeline for scheduling the project was ideal. They were recommended by my contractor and I felt very comfortable with them.

They were very prompt, seemed very efficient, and they did take care of a few known and 1 discovered problem. One spare part and maybe 30 minutes of their time. It cost me $350. And no detail of what costs made up this total. I also recieved an estimate for replacing the regular toilet with an ADA one, and that would cost $775. No thank you. Another estimate was also twice what it cost a neighbor to have the same thing done.
So, they are prompt and seem to know what they're doing. But either they thought I was rich, or they are seriously overrating themselves. Thanks for what you did do, but I will not call them again for any reason.
