Early this morning, my water heater went out. Jeff from evergreen plumbing came out and replaced my tank. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He got the job done and I have hot water again. Thank you so much for all that you did!

Marcus and Jeff were great and came by our home for a whole home evaluation. Marcus went down in our crawlspace to inspect, and Jeff took care of our concerns above. It was a bit cold out to be taking photos outside but were very pleased with our service today. Thank you!

We called several different vendors trying to find someone that could replace the key valve on our gas fireplace. Some were booking several weeks out and others had a charge of $250 - $400 just for an estimate. But fortunately we found Evergreen!! They were able to come out within one day of calling them and they were able to replace our key valve that same day!! It wasn’t an easy task either as the brick facing on the fireplace had to be removed to access the pipes that went to the key valve.

We were so impressed by the technician that performed the service, Camerron C., that we signed up for their HVAC and plumbing maintenance program. We had a contract with a different company but Evergreen’s pricing was just as competitive but it includes even more things!!

The pricing that they charged for our repair was very good! Paying for home repairs is never a fun thing, but I felt their pricing was not only competitive but a great value!

I am so happy that we found Evergreen and feel totally confident recommending their services! Thank you to Camerron and Evergreen!!!

Carson helped me out super fast with my sink repair. He has a great attitude and was professional. He can help me with plumbing issues any time.

Jacob is the best. He walked us through everything and checked out all of our plumbing. The price was very reasonable and we are extremely happy with the service. We were going to put in the kitchen sink ourselves but found ourselves in over our heads. They came out same day and saved us. We love that it's a small mom and pop company. Thanks for everything. I highly recommend them, and Jacob is the best.

Shout out to the re-pipe elite special forces that were out here at my place. Peter, Mason, Christian, Corey, Max, Koa, and Jaymeson. These guys swiftly changed over the plumbing from aging copper pipes to PEX pipes and had everything turned back up and working in a single 8 hour day. No complaints. Highly recommend this outfit.

Juan helped us install two bidet toilet seats. “Easy,” he said. And it was. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and very pleasant! Asked if we needed him to check the crawl space for leaks. I wasn’t sure about the headroom, but Juan climbed right in through the floor in the back closet. Something else we don’t have to worry about! Thanks so much for another great service from Evergreen!

Well the plumber was friendly. I had a leaky shower faucet that needed fixed asap and I was far away from home. He Spent more time trying to upsell more work than fixing the faucet. Some of the upsell quotes were unnecessary and I’m glad I didn’t approve.

I finally came home a month after the work to find it with a slow leak. Further inspection, the damaged cartridge wasn’t replaced(I just replaced it) and it was installed wrong(180° off). I don’t feel Iike the plumber was very experienced.

Jeff from Evergreen was extremely knowledgeable and his help was greatly appreciated. He was able to come onsite quickly, and provided a very thorough inspection laying out my options and answering all my questions. He was able to generate a list of quotes and options very quickly and the scheduling options were very attractive. Highly recommended.

Peter and Rich and their team were all great! Professional. Quick hard working guys who knew what they were doing! Brandon was also great communicating with us in the weeks before having the job done. They also gave us a great deal for this large of a job. Peter even offered to replace our spare bathroom faucet at no extra charge so it would match the new shower head! Special shout out to the entire crew for keeping everything so clean! Evergreen was flexible with arranging for our free estimate. They were VERY thorough and friendly, they took great care to keep our home clean, and they took the time to explain all the equipment and options available. Follow up was prompt and polite. I commend Evergreen on their employees' knowledge, training, and customer service. I can't recommend them enough!

Eric was phenomenal! He explained what needed to be done for hooking up our new gas range, got all the other gas appliance pilots working again, and installed new gas valve, supply line and fittings. What a pleasure to work with such a professional (and a really nice guy!).

Richard and his wonderful crew replaced all the pipes in our home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The job took three days to complete, and the team was fantastic from start to finish. They were extremely professional, courteous, and respectful of our home—taking extra care not to dirty the floors or leave any mess behind.
What really stood out was their communication. They made sure we understood exactly what they were doing every step of the way and were always happy to answer any questions we had. It gave us a lot of confidence in the quality of their work—and they absolutely delivered.

Aside from very expensive new toilet install charge, I found them a professional company. From the lady answering the phone (no annoying phone tree!) to the text reminders, messaging to confirm and update, to arrival, Eddy Evergreen Plumbing was great. The plumber was David Minner and he loves dogs. The bill was quite a bit more than I expected but he gave me a senior discount and was great about describing all processes for the project. I had a new toilet installed and he disposed of the old one as well so, that made up some of the high price for me. He cleaned as he went. Zero water mess and helped advise on several other things I asked about like bidets, water main turn off and senior safety bars. Thank you David! You’re the best. Photos before and after toilet replacement. After my review I looked up price at Lowe’s for same parts and toilet and it was $118 for the toilet and $38 for the new braided line. So, it looks like I was charged $969 for disposal of 6-year-old toilet and labor. Total charged $1125 to remove & dispose of an old toilet and replace with new one. As a disabled senior, That includes $59 “discount”. I’m not sure if this is the going rate or seriously if I was seriously over-charged.

Eric Davis diagnosed my broken water heater, gave me a menu of quotes and replaced the unit all in a space of less than three hours. He was professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. I was also able to get an appointment for the very next day which was a lifesaver. Will recommend to friends. Thanks!
