What started out as a DIY project turned into the need for a plumber because the pipe stud that the shut off valves screw into were corroded. Tim was efficient and informative and was able to replace them without cutting into the wall. I will definitely call Henco for future plumbing needs.

My experience with Henco Plumbing Services was exceptional. I encountered an urgent issue with a malfunctioning tub faucet. Within an hour of requesting an estimate, Cody arrived at my residence. He promptly identified the problem and provided a reasonable estimate. Ultimately, we were able to resolve the repair ourselves, and there was no pressure to schedule services. I will undoubtedly consider this company for any future plumbing, electrical, or HVAC requirements.

Tim Kulting was so wonderful. Our water heater ended up being from 1991. We are so lucky to have not experience an explosion of that water heater. He showed up around 9:30 a.m., and was finished with everything by 2:00 p.m.. that included him leaving and going and getting us a brand new water heater, taking the old water heater out and all of the work that came with it. He was friendly, relatable and very knowledgeable. We really appreciate him and hope that you do as well. We would definitely recommend Tim and Henco plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing services.

I had a great experience getting an estimate from Jesse. He was punctual, arriving exactly when scheduled, which I really appreciated. He took the time to thoroughly assess the situation and provided a comprehensive estimate that clearly explained the scope of work and potential options.

What stood out most was how open and collaborative he was — he listened to my concerns, answered all my questions patiently, and was willing to discuss different approaches to fit my needs and budget. Even at the estimate stage, his professionalism and transparency were evident.

This is the second time in a week that I’ve had to call a plumber and of course this was my go to company. We had a leak in the wall and the water to the house had to be turned off. We were without water overnight until the leak company could find the leak. Once found Proline came out the same day and fixed the leak. We’ve never worked with Eddie before and he didn’t disappoint. Fantastic customer service which is why we’ll continue working with Proline. Their company card has earned a spot on our fridge.

Dustin was super fast and efficient! He was very knowledgeable on what happened in our bathroom and how to fix it. The job was done in 20 mins! He was super friendly too

Our Technician was knowledgeable, Personable, He has been here before and it nice to have him again. Hope we don’t have to see him again. But, when we have smother issue it will be comforting knowing we can have a good worker.

Tyrone is an absolute life saver! I called in the morning and did a same day service call. He showed up in time and explained everything to me. Proline plumbing and Tyrone saved the day. I had called every plumber in town and they were booked solid. I had even one scheduled with their after hours line and they called to cancel because they weren’t suppose to do that.

I highly recommend Proline and ask for Tyrone.

Proline was fantastic all around—emergent weekend issue and they were able to send a plumber out Sunday morning—Eddie was phenomenal—on time, quick assessment and great work getting things resolved. Very professional and I’ll definitely use Proline in the future!

"Chris was punctual, explained his work, salvaged my bushes that were dug up, showed me the completed work that was done, offered suggestions going forward to prevent this from happening again, and cleaned up leaving the area free of debris.".

We went through our home warranty and were referred to Proline. Our homes previous owners had jury-rigged together the drainage pipes under the kitchen sink, mostly with black electrical tape. I took the pipes apart to get a nasty clog out but I wanted a professional to rebuild it so I knew it would be done correctly. We had Joe, he was very courteous and knowledgeable. He rebuilt everything, and explained that the previous owner also installed the garbage disposal and sink backwards. He installed a slightly angled pipe to help remedy the slow drainage and gave me tips on how to ensure it doesn't clog as easily in the future. Excellent experience, I highly recommend them.

Joe came to the house and gaved me a bid to add a gas line so we can have a gas range. No doubt he knows hes work and he was very friendly and nice. The reason I'm given them 3 stars is because I paid $69 for a professional inspection prior the job being done so I could figure out if I could I afford it. When I thought the work was done he came up with a supply line problem and another $1100 on top of the $530 that I already paid, I which I wish I would of known that ahead since I paid for a PROFESSIONAL inspection prior the work being done. I understand things can come up but considering I already paid to have the job partially done you will think they would have done better then their average 10% off. Where I'm going with this is make sure they check all your line pipes prior any work is done and get a second bid since I got the job done with an amazing plummer 3 times less of the mount.

Joe arrived on the early side of the appointment window and got right to work. And he was fully suited up for the plague, and as a home with an immunocompromised occupant, this made us extremely happy. They care about their technicians and their customers. We do not want to need their services again, but will happily make Proline our first call.

Adam was very kind, did a great job, cleaned up a mess that was not his. I appreciate his professionalism, kindness and he was very quick and agreed personality. He deserves a bonus. I highly recommend.

We had a leak on our main water line. I called Ashley and she put me in touch with Tony. He was there within a half an hour and everything got fixed and my toilets flush again. He was efficient, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I can’t thank Tony and Proline enough.

EDIT: in response to the owner, there was not a foreign object lodged in my pipes. When I called your office and left a message asking for a detailed list of issues to be emailed to me, nothing was sent. Evergreen plumbing found a way to clear my pipes with out even suggesting I gut my entire bathroom and spend thousands on something that was fixed with a bit more effort and again, a fraction of the price.

The plumber showed up, was unable to clear the line. He worked for about an hour maybe 2. His conclusion was that needed to my bathroom torn up and re-plumbed. He did NOT clear the line and sent me a quote a few days later for several thousand dollars. I feel like he saw a female in a desperate situation and saw dollar signs. Thankfully I followed my intuition, and used a much more professional company. IF you have to use proline for anything involving your toilet, do your self a favor and pull it your self because that alone will cost you around $200! Not only did they not fix the totally fixable issue but the plumber left sewage splattered on the walls of my bathroom!

We had an emergency on a Friday, and while there wasn't anyone able to help us until after the weekend, dispatch was great at calming our fears and letting us know that we were okay to wait until they could get out to see us. Once they were able to schedule a service person, Tyrone was on time, incredibly helpful, very quick, and went above and beyond what I expected.

I’ve been meaning to leave this review for months, time got away from me. I had a pipe damaged by the ac installation guys that needed to be repaired ASAP. Joe was called out to the job, he was able to fix the pipe with no problems and and installed a garbage disposal for us. He was professional, friendly and went above and beyond to help us out. I would recommend him for any plumbing needs!!
