I am a senior with a disability I had a moen shower cartridge fail and could not turn off the water in our shower . I contacted Forbes plumbing who we had worked with for years only to find they had been bought out by Henco. Because they had a file for us and it was a small scale emergency I had Henco out but not on an emergency basis just the next day They showed up and came up with a $ 2300 “best option “ or a $610 good option. I opted for good but subsequently found out the going rate from either Mountain View plumbing and Wolf Pack plumbing is $265 per cartridge Even though their plumber was very nice I believe this company takes advantage of seniors and recommend using some one else

Dillon knows his stuff! He gave helpful explanations and demonstrations throughout installation of the water heater. I have a few more plumbing projects coming up that I’ll ask Dillon to do, without hesitation.

Cody was very nice, very polite. He knew his stuff and for us to install our new oven wasn't the gas line. The problem is the electrical and their company is setting it up to where they are going to come out and hopefully fix that prior to the oven being delivered on Friday. Otherwise thumbs up. Keep up the good work you guys!

My water heater needed to be replaced and Dillon came out the next day after I contacted the Henco. Once I accepted the estimate, he got right to work on it the same day. Dillon was friendly, efficient and thorough in completing the job. I’m happy with the results and would use this company again for any plumbing needs.

The repair wasn’t hard, it was a male adapter swap and the female so it wasn’t a big job but I need paperwork since it was reported to the city.

That being said, they are expensive as hell. Henco wanted $726 dollar for swapping out the male and female adapter. Jesse was a good guy and worked with me, I ended up paying $500.

Originally I decline and they wanted a $120 fee for coming doing here and looking at it. Mind you, I had the pipes exposed and had dug about 2 feet to find the pipe. All they had to do was swap the adapters and give me a receipt. I decline paying them $120 because no one had told me and after re listening to my original phone call, they realized I was right.

Super expensive and wouldn’t have bothered calling them but the leak was big and I needed to have paperwork that a company took care of it or city won’t approve.

Would I call them out for my plumbing issues? No, I would not. If a simple job is worth $726 in their eyes, I can’t imagine what a bigger job would be worth.

    Would Recommend!

Shane was professional, polite, and extremely helpful. I appreciated his interpersonal approach and willingness to talk through the process as he worked.

The estimate was given in advance and adhered to once work was completed.

We had a toilet that was very old and continuously plugging up. I called Henco Plumbing and Shane Schnepp came to our rescue. He gave me several options to address the problem and explained each one very thoroughly. He was a very pleasant and polite young man. We decided to go with a new toilet and Shane completed the job in a very timely and efficient manner. I will be recommending Henco Plumbing to all my friends and family and of course be using them for all of our future plumbing needs. Thank you again Shane for a job very well done!!! Jill Barnes

Our shower drain backed up Sunday evening. Henco was able to send Shane out Monday morning to remove the clog and get our drain flowing again. Great service and a wonderful technician. All of our questions were answered while Shane was here.

Dillon Dumire was great. He was honest, thoughtful and helpful. He was here to quote a water heater replacement.

I own a condo in Corvallis. The tenant, who is also my daughter, noticed a leak coming from the shower faucet. She called Henco on a Sunday and they offered her an appointment the next day. She has a job and couldn’t make that work so she scheduled them on Tuesday morning. The leak was not bad, therefore the situation was not emergent.

The plumber arrived and was unable to find the units water shut off valve despite being shown the water heater and the shut off valve is plainly visible behind it. The handle was off but as we were informed by Henco after the fact, that is not unusual, thus it should have been recognized by the plumber.

In the meantime the plumber had determined the shower cartridge needed to be replaced and left for Home Depot for the part. When he returned, without talking to our tenant again, he opted to turn the water off to the ENTIRE building! .He did not ask our daughter how to reach the HOA manager nor did he attempt to find the units shut off valve again. This caused undue drama at the complex with many unit owners contacting the HOA manager about their unexpected loss of water. The HOA manager then had to respond to what NOW had become an emergency thanks to Henco.

When the shower was finally repaired the plumber left a mess in the tub and didn’t replace the handle/face plate correctly so the water temp indicators did not line up with the handle. Just shabby work. Our tenant had to fix that herself.

For a job that costs around $250-300 with other plumbers, we are left with a $600 bill (twice what it should cost), a Henco branch manager that wants nothing to do with resolution, and an experience that was nothing short of traumatic for everyone involved.

I am so thankful we have an onsite HOA manager and that he was able to step in and sort out the situation quickly to return water to the complex and support our tenant through what was nothing less than unprofessional and unnecessary.

I also know this manager does everything to get bad reviews taken down so what you see is not reality

Addition: after I posted my review the following response from Henco was added below. It should be known that prior to leaving this review our tenant did discuss the situation with the branch manager. Rather than a solution, our tenant was left feeling taken advantage of, gaslit and frustrated to the point of tears. She was kind and told the truth to which they challenged with misinformation about the water shut off.

The bottom line is, in our experience, Hencos plumber did not follow protocol as it relates to turning off water at a condo, he left a mess at the job site once the work was complete and incorrectly replaced the shower faceplate, the fee Henco charged is twice that of other plumbers and the treatment received after the fact was not enjoyable.

Was very helpful and had a lot of great information will be having them do our repipe of the house and new water heater installation. Receptionist was very helpful. They did the work and everything turned out great. The staff was very helpful with questions. The city also comes out afterwards to check the work to make sure things look right.

Dillon Dumire came to my house today to give me a free estimate on repiping. He was kind and honest. I am thankful that he gave me a couple of pricing options. He also gave some great advice and feedback for plumbing issues.

I had Shane from Henco out to take a look at a potential break in one of our septic lines. He suggested a course of action that was very prudent and cost effective. Thanks.

Jesse from Henco repaired the cold water connector under our kitchen sink. He was professional and very patient. He took his time to make sure we understood everything. He came out on a Saturday. Prices very reasonable. Highly recommend.

I did not get any work done due to finances but Jesse was kind and informative about the work that would need to be done on their end and there was no pressure or sales pitch to have anything done.
