Of course, no one wants plumbing problems... Our house was aging, and three pipes started leaking over the course of a year. The damage was expensive, and we had to replace our flooring in a couple locations, which was expensive and time consuming. So, we decided that the time had come to re-pipe the house.

Hillside Plumbing gave us superb service. They explained the process of replumbing, answered our questions, and then did a masterful job of repiping our home.

Their team was very skilled in their work, friendly, and answered all of our questions. They also did their work in such a way that we were able to stay in our house and have the ability to use our water in the midst of the project.

I hired Hillside Plumbing LLC to repipe my home and install a new incoming service line to replace original galvanized pipes that had deteriorated. Crew arrived promptly on time every day, respected my home and my rescue dog, and cleaned up after themselves as soon as they were through with a task. They discovered holes in my cast iron drain pipes under my home, took clear pictures, and showed them to me right away so I could make an informed decision on how I wanted to deal with it. Since they were already here and working, I had them add the repairs to the existing estimate after getting an updated quote from John. I chose Hillside Plumbing to do the replumbing of my home with a new supply line, over another company, because with a smaller crew it would take three days and cause much less stress to my rescue dog. They were very respectful of her limits. I’m very glad I did because of the quality of the work, complete answers to my questions, friendly crew, neat work habits, keeping me informed of their progress, and very reasonable pricing. I’ve done work on my homes in the past so I am familiar with quality brands and skilled techniques - both of which Hillside used. Hillside provided great service, a bit above what I expected. Had a slow toilet leak we only discovered when more than a couple of people used the toilet (blamed people for missing the bowl lol), and a drain issue with my shower/tub. Resolved both pretty quickly, professionally, and courteously. I feel the price was comparable, maybe a bit less, that prices we've paid other companies for minor/quick fixes.

I recently purchased my first home, a charming house built in 1941. Since some of the plumbing was original and hadn’t been updated, I contacted Hillside to replace the drains.

Joshua was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to walk me through all of my questions and concerns, making sure I fully understood the work being done. He and his co-worker also provided helpful information and thoughtful suggestions for future updates I may need.

On the 4th of July, I woke up to a huge leak in the kitchen faucet. Call Mr Rooter and was happily surprised at how promptly they responded. The plumber was very professional and understanding. He had the perfect replacement faucet. He quickly removed the old leaking faucet and installed the new one. I am so pleased that a bad situation was quickly turned around. THANK YOU!!

Colby did a sewer inspection for us today and he was great, professionaland very informative. I had never caller Mr. Rooter before and he really left a great impression. The cost was as estimated and fair, and he even diagnosed an issue for us.

If I could do no stars I would. They sent a tech to clean out roots from my drain. After working for awhile he was able to open the the drain to what he described as 30% open while telling us the pipe was too damaged and clogged to get any better. His only suggestion was to not put any paper down the drain until it could be replaced. That afternoon I had another company come out to give me an estimate on the repair and was told that he could not give me an estimate because of the clog left by Mr. Router. I then paid him to open the drain. He then proceeded to quickly clean out the clog and my drain is completely open now. Mr. Router even sent an estimator out the next day to give me a bid on replacing the old pipe so roots would not be an issue going forward. That Mr. Router person confirmed the drain was clear and in good shape. Mr. Router refuses to refund my payment for what was obviously a job not completed.

My interaction with Mr. Rooter's was amazing. Front desk person, Michelle(?) was very pleasant and professional. When I called, she said she can have a service person available in an hour. And true enough, Brett was already at my front door...after about 45 mins! He is very professional, really patient in listening to what the issue is, fixed it and even gave some tips on what to look out for and other plumbing related issues that may arise in the future from an old house.

We had Colby from Mr. Rooter show up for our appointment and I just wanted to take the time to write to say that he was such a trustworthy, professional, communicative Vendor, he addressed my issues, was super thorough in his diagnosis and talked about our options. I never felt pressured to do the next steps and I really appreciated working with Colby. He was terrific. I will always call this company, Mr. Rooter is very credible and Professional and they are going to be first on my repair list. Good people!!

We had an emergency (water never flows faster than when it's all over your property) and our plumber Gabriel showed up within the hour. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and jumped right in and fixed my problem. He gave different estimates for multiple problems. What an awesome company! Will call them in the future.

Not only did Taylor repair the leaking pipe, he gave some good advice on how I can check for water damage and if appropriate, take measures to prevent further damage.

The service was very efficient and thorough. Both the sewer line and the roof drain lines were clogged. Flanery discovered the problems and conscientiously resolved them. Flanery is the man!

I initiated the first call at 8am and we were all done by 11am. Turns out we thought what was just a simple clog was kitty litter from previous owners. Thankfully Colby recommended a hydro for us and had we not agreed to his recommendation we likely would have had another problem down the road.

I had this company come out to repipe all my plumbing on their recommendation.. I paid over 12 grand to have this done..I wrote a bad review and took it down thinking they corrected the problem.. the problem was the plumber they sent out did everything and I thought it was good… then I-realized he did not connect my kitchen to the rest of the houses plumbing!!!! Hello how does a plumber overlook the kitchen!!! Their fix was a plastic pump outside my kitchen window they said that would be fine… now after having to call for the 3 rd time with issues with this pump I have reposted a review… I paid to have my plumbing done correctly am still paying on this bill… how do you explain a half ass pump in the front yard when you go to sell your house… I feel they should have correctly fixed their mistake.. that I am still paying for.. I’m seeking legal advice now.. please do your research and go with a company that has integrity and will own up and correctly fixed their mistakes

Water heater went out, called Mr. Rooter, Gabe was at the house quickly. Had the water heater we wanted, installed & updated everything( our water heater was 29yrs old !)...he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, & fast !!! Love these folks...Thank you !
