I had a leak, and Hillside was very responsive, and scheduled appointment in very timely manner. The Plumber who arrived quickly repaired the problem, was polite and neat, and I will certainly call this company again whenever I have future issues they can help with!

Always when you least expect it, there's a leak. Finding someone these days whom can come out to your home in a reasonable frame of time isn't easy. Hillside went out of their way to book our job in the first spot on their schedule. When they came, it was on time and the job was done in a timely manner. Friendly service, and well knowledgeable on a variety of plumbing needs. When they finished the job, they left it clean. Disposed all the debris. They even checked twice to make sure it had no leaks! The pipes worked great, even after they were long gone. As they said they would rather make sure their work is done well, than come back later. I would recommend Hillside Plumbing to anyone, knowing I can trust that they will do the job, and the job will be done right.

John is an amazing individual who thinks outside the box! He is trustworthy and honest, 2 traits that you don't find in many people or businesses these days. He was willing to take a look at a 'home grown' older Lennox unit (Complete Heat) and make modifications to make the water heater work with the existing air handler. Highly recommend.

Had a tankless water heater installed replacing two traditional hot water heaters. Hillside provided a competitive quote. John and crew showed up on time and removed the old ones and did the installation within a few hours. John clearly is a master plumber and knows his trade. The install looks perfect with no issues. This company actually takes the time to figure out the issues! I had a new construction home and a tub that was not filling up with hot water. Would lose water pressure. The plumber that installed the tub said it was due to two flakes of sediment. He left and would not return my calls. I called Hillside Plumbing based on their reviews. I 100% see why they have such high ratings. Kraig and Marcos came and made sure the faucet did not have a defect. They thought it was the water tank and called the owner, John. John had the tech's call the water heater company. They were on hold for 15 minutes! They ran through all the trouble shooting with the water tank company. It was discovered that a valve was defective. The ordered a replacement valve that is covered under warranty and will be back to replace it. This has been a nightmare for me over the past 3 months. The techs were professional and really enjoy what they do. That seems to be a trait that is lost now days. I will be using Hillside Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs if I need them. Hoping I won't, but if I do this is the company I will use.

Even with their Friday schedule full they found a workable time quickly. First tech came earlier than the appointment promised, informed me of critical details, and soon was joined by second tech in the hard labor of completing the repair. When finished, they diligently made sure water pressure had been restored & work site cleaned up thoroughly.

Can't say enough good things about this company! We have had 3 plumbers come to our home and try to clear a drain unsuccessfully. Hillside plumbing found the obstruction and had to cut out a piece of the drain in a location that was very challening. They did a phenomenal job and the worker, Marco was awesome! He was very professional and friendly and his work was top notch!
