ISO Plumbing and Mechanical's faulty work destroyed our home. 250k in damages from water damage. ISO admitted it was 100% their fault (I have that recorded on video) and said that they and their insurance would pay to rebuild our destroyed home. It's now been 8 months and our house still lays in ruins. ISO Plumbing and their insurance company have paid exactly ZERO to make things right. This company is completely unethical and morally corrupt.

Dustin and his partner were great. They were very nice, extremely polite and made sure everything was explained to us. They also took time to answer all of our questions about procedures and recommended equipment.

ISO just installed the new hose bib and a gas line for me, and they were amazing. Very professional, clean and tidy work, and just some nice guys. Highly recommend!!

I recently had a need for a plumber to do an emergency service for a customer of mine. I called around to 8 different plumbers in less than an hour. The owner of ISO picked up the phone while on a hunt in another part of the state, and referred me to call the number of his office manager. She picked up, I told her the situation, and she was able to scramble some technicians after hours that were willing to do the work. My customer ended up not needing the work done that night, but we still stuck with them for the repair the following week due to their willingness to help out in our time of need! Great service and great team!

I had a hot water pipe break at my home during Thanksgiving and couldn't find a plumber to come fix it. I saw an advertisement for ISO PLUMBING and Mechanical, so I called them. They returned my call and was here Monday morning first thing. Very SATISFIED with their service. SUPER WONDERFUL SERVICE and their Technicians are EXCELLENT to work with. I have been a General Contractor in Salem for almost 20 years, and have used the many of the big name plumbers in the area, with the majority of them doing questionable work, unprofessional demeanors, and leaving messes in their wake.

Great service. Trevor and his assistant (Joey, if I remember correctly), came out and replaced our water heater. Very clean and professional looking install. Great attention to detail and he took the time to explain how to perform maintenance on the unit, to help keep it running longer. I also appreciate the Military Veteran discount they gave me. I would absolutely recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Frank was very helpful and stopped the leaks although one started leaking again in the bathroom but we tightened it and fixed it. We will be replacing the faucet in that room and let you know if any leakage is still happening. Thank you so much and not sure if we were supposed to get the 10% discount on the visit price but we did not

Such a good job! They explained what was wrong in terms I could understand. They were very polite and quick getting the job done. They showed me the faulty pipes and how it caused the issue. The bid was so much better than other bids. As an added bonus, while under my house, they were singing along with music from their phones! It was hilarious! Highly highly recommend.
