Jenna is amazing I recommend her services %100. I can’t say enough great things about her. She was super friendly and patient and her communication was On point!

I believe that the man who helped us was named Jason. He was very personable and did a great job fixing our leaking pipe. He was the second person to work on it and ended up finishing within 30 minutes! He also took the extra time to put our dryer machine back in its original spot and re-attach the vent. Great person and great service, thank you Jason!

Jacob did a wonderful job fixing a clog from our kitchen sink. He even left us with a monthly drain cleaner to prevent future clogs. He was prompt and was thorough in explaining the root issue.

Thanks to Maq or Mag for the quick and efficient service. He was very kind and solved our plumbing issue.
I did notice that our toilet is scratched inside though. 😞 not exactly happy about that.

Had plumbing issues & was not able to use any appliance or water without the toilet downstairs overflowing. Maq was very kind & efficient. Was able to fix my issue within a couple of hours & figured out the issue with the plumbing so this will not happen again. Super appreciative!

Jenna was incredible! She managed to unclog our catastrophically plugged sewer drain (of which I’d spent weeks plunging, snaking, and crying over to no avail). She took care to ensure the issue was resolved. Despite the extraordinary effort required to do so, she provided exemplary service and expertise. The job was obviously more than most would have been so pleasant with having to do, especially considering the late hour (11pm on a Friday evening!). I am so thankful for her service and Roto-Rooter in turn for hiring such a personable, professional, and proficient person. I highly recommend them and specifically, Jenna, for any plumbing issues you may encounter. 5⭐️+ for sure!

Every time I call Roto-Rooter to unclog a toilet, they never disappoint. They are fast, prompt, and very courteous. The job feels well taken care of and complete when they leave I wouldn’t hesitate to call them for my next service. Maq Was especially accommodating and incredibly informative.

Mag, the Service Technician, explained what he would do to clear the bathtub drain, and revealed the price which was far above my expectations. He cleared the drain, cleaned the area, billed me, and left several business cards at my request. Oh, he also explained the six month warranty on the work he did.

Excellent service from Paisiy and Tyler Bishop. They took the time to explain what was going on with my septic and drain and I highly recommend these two as well as Roto Rooter.

The two gentlemen who put in my new toilet were extremely nice. I showed them my home gym 🏋️‍♀️ and they really liked it. Now days it is nice to have service people have a fun personality and have humor. They did a great job and I was very impressed.

Caiden did a wonderful job. Professional, to the point, and did the work efficiently and quicker than I had expected. It was great that he came out after booking only a few hours prior for service unlike the other 4 plumbers I talked to in the area that couldnt be here for more than 3 days because it wasnt an emergency. I don’t normally write reviews but this was the WORST experience I had with a company as a home owner. Do not ever go with this company for any water mitigation work at all. This issues started when roto came out to snake out our sewer line. That night they snaked it our toilet started gurgling and sounding weird. Within two weeks we started smelling a TERRIBLE smell! Come to find out a pipe was completely popped off and sewage was leaking into our crawl space. Coincidence? I think not. Then I call roto back Saturday morning when we found the issue as this was need ing attention asap. They said they would have someone out there that afternoon. Waited all day for no one to show and to get a call that they needed to reschedule for the next morning which is interesting because it saids 24/7 service. Then come Sunday their field supervisor Steve comes over. We took him to the crawl space he SAW how much water was under there and even measured and assured us no problem they can definetly get this done by Christmas. The next day they’re techs come out with their small vans. Two very young guys. Within 30 minutes they’re tank was filled. They proceeded to tell me they needed to drive an hour to dump it so that’s 2 hrs gone. Then I get a text that the dump site had a road closure so we need to wait another hour to have another van come. In the meantime they parked in our lawn and when driving out got stuck and dug huge holes in our lawn. My husband thankfully was home and had to literally pull their van out with our tractor but they destroyed our lawn. Then come to around 5 pm and they tell em the water keeps filling up. My husband tells me it’s not they jsit lifted the vapor bearer and the water under there refilled on top. They then proceeded to tell me they can’t do anything else as far as replace the vapor barrier and that it looks like it’s ground water. I call their supervisor Steve and he tells me there is way more water then they expected and they don’t have the resources and I need to go find another company who has a pump truck to finish the job after I signed a contract. Their own supervisor saw how cheater there was and I told him it was across the whole crawl space. Also they’re trucks told me to go and get my own sump pump to keep pumping out the water. Im sorry but why the hell did I hire you guys then. I did not sign any satisfaction form and was scrambling that even to find another company who was able to get a pump truck out to pump it out and replace the barrier and get everything sanitized because Toto didn’t have “the resources” so not only did I need to find another company to finish the work that roto started and only completed 10% of the work and pay another $7,000 oop but now I still have a bill with this company. And I was offered a discount for having to delay the tech to come and take a look in the beginning. Never ever will I trust this company and when I told them the pipe seemed to have burst from their tech snaking it I was then gaslit saying “we didn’t break it pipes break all the time and we’re not liable if we did break it”. I spent my whole Christmas week is such stress trying to sort this out and now I still owe them a huge hill and getting told they’ll send me to collections.

I had a great experience with the Salem Roto-Rooter team dealing with a clogged drain in my bathtub. They addressed the issue, provided options to avoid it in the future and spent quite a bit of time attempting to locate the clean out for future needs and scope. The bad news is we didn't find the clean out, but now I know it is likely not accessible. Overall it was a great experience with some very pleasant people. Thank you

Roto Rooter came right away after we first called them. They stayed late that evening to make sure our plumbing was usable again. The staff that came were pleasant, professional and stayed until the job was done. We would definitely use Roto Rooter again.

When the tech showed up he had to fix his tools on our drive way that took 1 hr he had to untangle his snake in my driveway, then put it back together.
2 hrs later I got my drain fix. But my driveway and my walk though and back porch has rust all over it.
Mind you I had to get to work but was 2 hrs late.
In the end I got my drain unplugged but out 570$ and 2 hrs short at work and rust stained driveway and patio.

I have to say the tech was a hard worker just had to deal with bad equipment.
