We got a competitive bid and went with Roto Rooter because their fee structure was more fair. We could pay hourly instead of a flat fee. Justin showed up on time. He was incredible to work with. Nicest guy in the world. He was patient with me. He took the time to explain the process to me… he was super efficient and thorough. It was very comforting to feel like I could trust him right off the bat. He also gave me pointers for how to extend the life of my system. We had an incredible experience. Our expectations were far exceeded. Highly recommend Justin!

Not a fun experience to have to call a plumber on a Saturday but Jake made the situation a lot less painful. He explained everything he was doing and did a very thorough assessment before any work was completed. He was very considerate of the house and made sure to not leave a mess. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. I would definitely call Roto Rooter again if I ever need them (hopefully I don’t) and I would be very happy to have Jake complete the work again.

First of all, the response time by Roto-Rooter has got to be impossible to beat. I put in an online request at 2:30am this morning, and Paisiy was at our home at 9:00am ready to work. Very helpful, very respectful of our space, and got a fairly large project done in a short amount of time. He was upfront on the costs, and wasn’t pushy at all on any of the recommended fixes. I highly vouch for Paisiy and the service of Roto-Rooter.

They truly tried to rip me off and then laugh in my face about it. I called to ask for a quote to unclog a slow draining bathroom tub, and they insisted they could not do a quote over the phone, it must be done in person. We said okay and waited 2 hours for them to arrive. The employee showed up and immediately quoted us OVER $550. When I said I absolutely could not afford that, he laughed and said I would not find anyone willing to do it do for $200 or less.

I’m so glad I did not listen to that snarky employee because the very next call I made quoted me $150 to get the drain unclogged on Monday, or $200 if I need it rushed this weekend. Don’t waste your time waiting for Roto Rooter to come for you a quote, they just want to put you under pressure so you agree to their absurd rates once they arrive.

EDIT: I was contacted by the hiring and training manager, David. He was very kind and apologetic regarding the treatment we received. Unfortunately, Roto Rooter’s policy of refusing to provide quote ranges over the phone still stands, therefore so does my review. People nowadays deserve a heads up before being blindsided by a hefty quote from a stranger in their home.

I love these guys! They’re normal people doing great work, but when the normal creeps in and something isn’t awesome, they have the integrity and follow through to come back out and make it right! That is what makes a GREAT company. (They also have a guy on staff who is fluent in text messaging, which is super helpful for quick communication.)

Robbie was very promt and let me know what to expect before doing the work. He did a very good job. I'm very happy with his work.

They’ve always been there when I’ve needed them even in an emergency even when I know that they have many other jobs to get done they show up get the job done timely very personable. Chose ISO PLUMBING out of 3 companies to replace all our c drains. They were very prompt in giving us an estimate and did an excellent job. Very competative in price as well.They also installed a new kitchen faucet and disposal. Very happy with their service and recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.
