Though I had to wait for the technician to arrive (over 3 hours longer than scheduled), he instantly recognized my problem and explained exactly what needed to be done. He worked on the repair and cleaned up the work site. He was pleasant and enjoyable to have around. I have used Roto-Rooter before and received the same experience each time. I highly recommend them.

Mac was awesome. We woke up to a major sewage leakage. He was here within an hour and a half. He was here about 4 hrs. He snaked all our toilets, showers, and sinks. He showed me pictures of the build up. Yuck! His partner Leonarco came out and inserted a camera at the overflow in the backyard. Come to find out we have a pipe issue. They will be here Monday or Tuesday to start digging up the area needed and laying new piping. Thank you for your promptness and great work

Maq did a good job. I was walked through how the process will go and whet results to expect . Had a root protruding into the sewage line . Maq did cleared the roots perfectly . Was shown the results by sewer scope. Totally satisfied with service.

Christopher (4391) was absolutely incredible! We had a plumbing emergency and Chris showed up like a super hero. He helped walk me through the process and gave all the information I needed up front. He was so pleasant and solved all our issues fast. Chris also gave us information on next steps and prevention spaces. He kept a great work space and took out everything he brought in. I would highly recommend him and roto rooter! I would have paid double, he is wonderful!

We had a major root blockage in the main waste line out of our house. Roto-Rooter came with their tow behind water jet and cleared it out after a couple of other companies failed. Technician worked quickly and cleared the blockage in just an hour.
