Tony and the rest of the crew are consistently friendly, communicative, and quick. When I needed a full re-pipe last year, Tony worked with me to figure out how to prioritize things based on importance & what I could afford. And this week when I had a sudden clog I wasn't able to snake out myself, he answered the phone right away and fit me in very quickly. As a new-ish home owner I very much appreciate him!

Tony installed our Springwell whole house water filter 3 years ago and did a phenomenal job! He was extremely professional and answered every question I had. He was very careful to ensure that it was installed exactly as directed so as not to void any of the warranties. Three years, later, we decided to replace the pre/post filter canister housing with a newer model and called Tony. He actually remembered installing our system and all the details about it -- truly amazing! He did a wonderful job replacing the canister and again answered all my questions and provided a helpful tutorial on changing the filter in the new canister. Excellent service at a reasonable price. We will definitely call Tony for any other plumbing issues we have!

I highly recommend Einstein’s. They came out to our rental to replace the hot water heater. Jared was very nice and professional. One of the supply lines started leaking a few days after the install. I called Tony and informed him, he immediately send Jared back out to resolve the issue. That’s customer service at its finest!! I cannot recommend Tony, and his crew enough!

Waking up to a heavily leaking water heater (20 yrs old) in the garage first thing in the morning only a couple of hours before a house full of guests was to arrive was stressful, to say the least. A quick online search led us to Einstein Plumbing and Heating in West Salem. I called right at 8am when they opened and was greeted with a friendly voice who let me know that he had a technician in my area and would be able to stop by for an inspection and quote within 30 mins!! I could not believe it. Our water heater needed to be replaced. They surprisingly had an opening right then same day, and it was out the old and in with the new within 4 hours! I know this might not be typical. We had hot water just in time for our guests. I was very pleased with their efficiency, professionalism, quality, and speed with which we had our needed services completed! The I felt very valued as a first time customer.

We are thankful for excellent service on our water heater, installed by Einstein Plumbing two years ago. For some reason, a part became defective and the pilot on the water heater would not stay lit. Einstein Plumbing texted us immediately on the weekend with encouragement and support. As soon as the replacement part arrived from the company, they came to our house and repaired the water heater. Same day service, Jared came out on his way off from work, later in the day and advised likely he’s only be able to asses it. Plumbing issue (low water pressure) was fixed within 5 minutes. Lots of hoses under my sink and I didn’t want to start troubleshooting, so out of caution, I called. Problem fixed and fixed for free, literally no charge. This company is clearly out to fix issues and zero hassle, very nice man Jared is. Even offered to immediately take boots off!! Thank you so much Einstein.

Can't say enough good things about Einstein Plumbing! Both Tony and Jared came out on a Saturday to assess and fix a water heater leak. Jared stayed on to not only repair our leak, but also stabilized, leveled our water heater and installed safety straps. Pipe work is immaculate! The price was very reasonable and the work is stellar!

Jared and Tony are life savers. We have been using them for years and have never had an issue with any of their work or pricing. In a world that tries to take advantage of people, I know when they tell me something needs to be done and give me a price, they are not pulling my leg. I even feel comfortable for Jared to come over to the house to complete work when I am not home. Really goes to show the character of the people that this company hires.
