I was referred to Saffron by our local Ace Hardware. After many stops to Ace and to Home Depot trying to figure out the correct parts I was told I needed (and all failed), Saffron PUT together and created something for me on the SPOT and had it ready in just a few minutes. I came home expecting to fail again but didn’t! The replacement part was exactly what I needed. Wish I had heard about them sooner. They will now be my first stop for any project. When we had a broken pipe due to extreme weather, I tried calling every plumber in town and any plumber from the surrounding area, they ALL where booked up for days and we would be out of water to the whole house, one call to Saffron and I had someone come out within the hour, and diagnosed the issue He then sent out a crew by the afternoon, and we had our water back. Great job guys, keep up the great service 👍

Experienced some well issues last spring and called Saffron looking for a rental tank with pump to get me by. Didn't realize they also offered well pump services too. Life savers!! They worked through my site issues and hooked me up to a cistern system. I highly recommend these guys!!

Joe Repasky is amazing to work with. He is definitely one of the “above and beyond” salesman that is hard to find these days. We were looking for a very specific tub and he did everything he could to help us. Very upbeat and happy to help. Would definitely come here again for any future remodels!

Parking is close to the door, and the counter is near inside. I love being able to get friendly help within seconds of parking the car. When I bought a relief valve for the water heater, it proved to be a little short. Their solution was a close nipple and coupler made of brass, no charge, so I'm completely satisfied with these guys.

This place is our go to for gas line fittings and hardware. Everyone we have dealt with is very professional and make you feel like they care. Highly recommended.

My father went to Saffron Supply based on a recomendation. An old water faucet in our house needed a replacement rubber seal, but as the faucet had been out of production for 30 years, no other shops we visited had what we needed. At Saffron Supply, they not only had what we needed, but were kind to let us have it at no cost. Very kind and helpful service. Highly recommended.

Absolutely blown away! Joe was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable while helping us design our dream bathroom. Then when it was time to pick up the order, Johnny in the warehouse was friendly and helpful. Can't wait for the showroom to be finished, will be back

After going to Home Depot (where no one helped) then to ACE Hardware where they helped look for a toilet gasket but didn't have it in stock, ACE referred me to Saffron. This place was so helpful. Didn't try to sell me the replacement part, just the gasket he could tell was worn in the pictures. He even showed me how to replace it at home. Super helpful!!

These guys are great! One little screw in the handle of our kitchen sink broke off and I thought I was going to have to replace the whole thing. I showed them what broke off and the knowledgeable staff quickly found the piece and told me which wrench to use to replace it and just like that a working kitchen sink. I'm pretty dang happy right now!

They not only have a large variety of parts, they are also have fantastic service! Knowledgeable too!

Brent and Angel set up our well filtration system in 2024. They have come out to service it and change filters twice now. They are always prompt, courteous and excellent in every interaction. We so appreciate their work.

Saffron Supply will from now on be our first and only stop for plumbing supplies instead of the big box stores. After purchasing, installing, and returning kitchen faucets from Lowe's and Home Depot, we got excellent customer service and a high quality and very reasonably priced kitchen faucet from Saffron. They were extremely helpful to quickly identify what we needed and we very grateful. We highly recommend this company!

They had " hard to find " part in stock. Knew what they doing, unlike the box-stores, and helped me reassemble my kitchen sprayer. Great service, price and sense of humor. Recommend 10 Stars !

I own a rental house-small farm, near Sheridan. Recently, the well essentially stopped working. I live in Seattle, so I completely relied on Saffron Supply to get my
well running. Angel was in charge of all the work on my well. Because past work on the well had been done incorrectly, the repairs were more complicated than usual. Angel did a superb job of figuring out what was wrong and then correcting the problems, This included replacing the poorly designed control system and installing a new pump, and then carefully checking to make sure that there was adequate water for the house.
Angel is extremely knowledgeable about wells, and took time to make sure that I understood what he was doing, his customer service skills are amazing. Because, Angel obviously strives to excel at what he does, I have a high degree of confidence, that my well will be trouble free for years.

The whole team did an amazing job at helping us find exactly what we needed. They went above and beyond!! Great place!

These day it can be difficult to get help when you need it.
Not with Saffron. We were out of water and they were here that day and fixed the problem.
Unfortunately we needed an even bigger fix and next day Angel came and brought our pump house up to the standard we needed for years
We are getting great pressure and hope with improvements it will fix very expensive water leaks and electricity from pump running too hard.
Just very nice caring people Angel and his young partner who came first.
Unusual these days to get such quick and caring customer service.
