I had a great experience! I had already been to the big box stores when one of their employees referred me to Saffron. I called first and they were super friendly but I needed to come in. No biggie as I didn’t even know the name of what I was looking for. The two men that helped me were knowledgeable and eager to help. They solved my issue and the part was obtained quickly. Best of all, as a woman, I felt SAFE with those men. Thank you. 💙

I went in clueless, looking to replace the aerator on our sink. They didn't judge my lack of knowledge, got me the part in less than a minute and had me out. Everyone there was friendly and professional. I'd definitely go back!

They made an appointment. They confirmed that they would be there. I confirmed by text and verbally over the phone. Then on the day they were supposed to come, they never showed up and we waited the 5 hour window. They would not answer the phone or return texts and they still have not. They never called to reschedule or answered or returned my texts to say they were sorry. Just nothing.

Jose and his team did an amazing job on my new house and I cannot believe they were able to accomplish the whole install in such a short time and for such an amazing price! 10/10 recommend these guys for your next project!

Tried MANY times to contact company via text and voicemail, with no return call. When I contacted them via their website to ask if they serviced the Springfield area (an hour drive from Salem), they said "Sometimes." I had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday between 3 and 8 and he never even verified that in his response. Someone called and left a voicemail after 4 pm they were in my area the Friday before the scheduled appointment. I could not accommodate this, when I already made arrangements to be off work the following Tuesday when the appointment was actually scheduled. They HAD to have known earlier than 4 pm they would be down in my area, I would think. Then on Tuesday for the scheduled appointment, NO CALL and NO SHOW. I can understand not wanting to make the hour drive down, but at least have the courtesy of calling back to say so. It's not how I do business. I hope they are more courteous to their local clients.

I CALLED you (541 area code) and left voicemails on November 29 to verify you served Springfield that was unanswered, again on December 2 after you left a message that you were in town that was not returned to me, December 5th to confirm the SCHEDULED appointment the next day and a text message, ALSO unanswered. I understand if things fell through the cracks, but NONE of my communications except the website were ever answered by you. I'm not sure which number you tried to reach me. I only have one number and it should show up in your text and phone log. I wish you the best of luck.
