I'm in construction and this place is a last resort for me and my company. They are rude and they treat their non regular customers as if they know nothing. The worst part is that they don't care that they are rude and unhelpful. A manager was supposed to call me back but never bothered. Go elsewhere if at all possible.

Staff was very helpful, but corporate took away their showroom because their "display area was too small". Now we have to drive 40 miles if we want to see their product. No thanks!

Trucks drivers. They shipping n receiving are from 9 am to 2pm. limited parking best not show up till 9am. Nice people.

Very unorganized!!! I place an order for items in stock, they say they will pull the order and have it ready. I show up and it takes an hour for them to pull the order. Also I place an order that needs to come from a manufacturer, they forget to order it. This is their regular work flow not a once in awhile mistake. I have changed to the other guys as my supplier.

Just wanted to do a shoutout to Kayla. She went above and beyond in helping me find the jacuzzi parts I needed. She took the time to call around and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very high customer service, exceeded all expectations. Thank you!

Went in to get a quote for some products for my business. The guy at the counter treated me like I am a idiot (woman) and tried to talk down to me then when I told him exactly what I wanted and needed a quote, he stated that "we do hundreds of thousands of dollars with companies" and so kindly (sarcasm) passed a quote to me which actually was decent and if I would have cared to do business with them, I am sure I would have negotiated an even better price but I was so irritated with this guy and the men behind him knew he was being an jerk but they just kept out of it. That says alot to me about the culture at CS. I almost lost my cool but decided he was not worth my time. Too bad for them because they lost a new customer. My business partner is male and I told him that under no circumstance will be be using them as a supplier. Too bad because it could have been beneficial to both of our companies.

Been here at least a half dozen times over the last decade and this Salem branch has always been extremely professional and extremely helpful, plus better prices than other retailers, on quality merchandise no less.
I'm surprised these people don't have a solid 5 stars they're so awesome, but when you're retail and dealing with the public, especially these days, good luck because one random karen having a bad day will ruin an honest man's reputation with glee.

Jared from Einstein plumbing from Salem has done an amazing job for the 2nd time. Prices have been very fair each time. I highly recommend them.

My hot water heater had to be replaced when it sprang a leak. I called on Friday late and Jared was here the next morning on a Saturday. I didn't have to wait until Monday which would have meant the wood flooring would be flooded and warped. And I could enjoy a hot Saturday shower !!
I am forever indebt and so grateful.

Jared was great. He got the flange extension and toilet installed in a reasonable amount of time. Very professional and a great job cleaning up. We really appreciated the quick turn around from the time we called to scheduling service.

Jared was kind and courteous, and fixed our issues in no time! He explained our issues in detail and was clear about our options and pricing up front. We will definitely be using Einstein in for any future plumbing needs.

I highly recommend this business! I had a pipe burst during the ice storm. Due to inclement weather most businesses were already closed for the day or so backed up it would take days for them to fit me in their schedule. Thankfully, Tony returned my call - he fit me in the next day and had no problem working with my Home Warranty company. Price for repairs was fair and reasonable. What a life saver!

Einstein Pros Salem has the best prices on plumbing! I shopped around for a faucet installation and Tony got the job done for less money than any other plumber around. Plus, he completed the job so quickly, he had extra time for a sink repair at no cost.
