Hi. My Name is Nickolas. My wife and I have 1969 house we love it. Our sewer pipe got plugged up. Kids couldn't brush their teeth for 2 weeks, thanks to Roto-Rooters that kept me waiting for weeks for a plumber to come in (never will call Rotor-Rooter again) Called Roto-Rooter and couple big corporations places, no result after they came in. They said we have to repipe the house plus they cancel my appointment last day before they had to do work. That is thousands upon thousands of dollars if big company would come in. I called Alex loosing my hope. He came in and just did miracle. I couldn't believe his professionalism and unbelievable positive attitude. Call Alex he will save you, your money and your house. Our kitchen sink had started to back up and my husband called Mojo Rooter and they were at our home in an hour. Alex was very personal and professional. Hands down, the best plumbing company!
It is a Saturday morning and I was taking a shower when the shower pan started filling with water! When I yelled out to my significant other I got a response that it was backing up into our main bathroom as well.
We went through the reviews online and this was one of the few 24 hour plumbing services. We gave them a call and by 5pm that day we not only had clean drains, but he made a point to cleaning the over flowed mess and even made us a inspection video!
We were worried about prices, checking credit cards thinking it would be over $700 at a minimum but we were really surprised when it was under $300

I highly recommend them to everyone!
I would give them 20 stars if I could!

I had have 3 people work in the issue before I find Alex. He was friendly and understand my problem. Came the same day after I finish work. And he was amazing he open the drain line and left everything working and clean. I really appreciate his work highly recommend him. Almost cry when he finish because other people let me with no hope and they charge crazy expensive. Definitely I will use his services again excelente services, very professional good quality and affordable.

I'll be honest, I never wanted to have to call someone to fix home issues. My husband is a Jack of All Trades. But our problem was/is bigger than him. So, rather than go with a big name business that's in all 50 states, we'd rather go with a local business with only positive reviews. There are literally no stars lower than a 5 for this company!
To start, basically all of our plumbing is connected and clogged! 2 bathrooms and 1 working toilet are not a good time. We contacted Alex, through Google Maps of all places! No calling involved! His responses were quick and he was very friendly and professional throughout the entire conversation. He was free to come out the same night. He even stayed super late to continue working on the clogs!
I truly appreciate the time, work, and sweat that he's put I to making sure this doesn't happen again! His #1 goal is to make his customers happy, not making a bunch of money. I'll also add, his prices are so reasonable! Not cheap, but definitely not expensive at all!

This was the first time using NW Sewer & Drain, and we are very pleased & satisfied with the work that was done. Alex was able to come the same day that I called. We needed a storm rain drain checked out. He arrived with all the equipment needed to see inside our drain, he invited us to watch the video screen as he treaded the scope down the drain pipe, he was very knowledge and answered our question. Alex explained everything he did through the whole job. We were very impressed and please with the work that he did. Very straight forward with recommendations and suggestions. I have had dealings with other sewer & Drain companies which I would never recommend or use again. I highly recommend NW Sewer & Drain in NE Salem, OR and will call them again for any repairs or home inspections. It is always great to add another repair company to my list of trusted home repair businesses.

I don’t know what happened. He was a no show. No call. No text. Why? I get there are a lot of people with plumbing problems. If you’re so busy just tell me. You probably should not have the ad that you are a 24/7 emergency place. You have so many great reviews, but I see you have done this no call no show before. I do not understand why you can’t just call and say you apologize but can’t make it because you’re so busy. I waited around all day and night hoping you would show up because you clearly state emergency any time of night. All it takes is for one little text that you can’t make it. This is so unprofessional to leave people hanging.its very disappointing. How do you feel when you read these? Could you care less? Do you feel bad? Is it because we said we have someone scheduled in two days? Because it difficult to wait two days for a shower or to flush the toilet. Anyway, I really hope you take this to heart and don’t do this to another person.

Excellent professional and courteous service! I called after having maintenance do several plumbing repairs in my apartment. They were never able to clear it completely so I took matters into my own hands and called NW Sewer and Drain. Alex was quick to answer the call and took less than an hour to fix a recurring problem that wasn't fixable by two other professionals in the months prior. Next time Alex will be my first and only call, thank you!!!

Not really sure what happened here, but I called on 07/16 to discuss having a camera inspection done on my rain drain system. They were super professional and helpful during this call. I got scheduled to have them come out on 07/23 to perform the inspection.
On 07/23 - they no-call, no-showed the appointment. I called and left a voicemail trying to figure out if this was a miscommunication on my end, or a mismanagement on theirs. My voicemail was never answered and I haven't heard from anyone at the company since.
I don't know why they never followed up, but I guess I'll be looking elsewhere for service.

Sudden after business hours our kitchen sink started backing up in our basement utility sink. Everyone was closed- and Rotor Rooter didn’t have availability until tomorrow. Not using our sink or wash machine was not an option. Alex came out a couple hours later from finishing another job and saved the day. Little bit of a drive for him. Quick, efficient and answered all my stupid questions. Very nice guy, reasonably priced! I expected it to be a whole lot more $ than it was. Thoroughly impressed and highly recommend! Would give more stars if I could!

NW sewer and drain is your best option out there. Called a few places and they were all trying to over charge me even just to come out and check out the problem. Alex took his time and didn’t leave until the problem was fixed. This is the type of company you want to support and do long term business with. Saffron is a fantastic old school hardware store. If you have a problem with a DIY plumbing project their staff can help you solve it, they are experts. Their tool selection is not huge or cheap but it's all high quality. If you need a shovel that will never break or an axe from Sweden or advice on setting up a large, low psi drip irrigation system this is the place to go.

Saffron hardware has some interesting plumbing stuff. Like these old independent ma and pa hardware stores quite rustic. Little disappointed some of abs fittings i was looking for were sold out. Bins not replenished. No 3x2 double wyes or 2 inch twin double ells.
